Rahu in Swati

Written by:

Swati – the “Real Pearl”. Swati – the “perfect balance”. Swati – the “beauty of relating”! A wise man always understands the depth and beauty of SWATI Nakshatra. A woman born on SWATI is a blessing – a goddess and a man born on SWATI is lovely human being. Being Human is the most appealing slogan for SWATI Nakshatra beings – it is indeed a ‘Real Pearl’!

Swati has always been a special Nakshatra that dwells in the neighborhood of wise, intelligent men and women. It resides in a ‘high-class’ locality of ‘intellectuals’. It is NOT a Nakshatra that belongs to the lower class – but to the higher class. When I say “High-Class” – I mean ‘HIGH VALUES’ – ‘DEEP UNDERSTANDING – and ‘COMPASSIONATE’ heart. SWATI has all of it!

WINNING or SUCCESS comes only when you SHOW a certain quality, a certain CLASS…

“SHOW CLASS. HAVE PRIDE. DISPLAY CHARACTER. WINNING WILL TAKE CARE OF ITSELF.” -Paul Bryant

Your words, your comments, your REACTIONS simply SHOW YOUR CLASS and when it comes to SWATI Nakshatra – the natives are quite sophisticated having a balanced perspective towards matters of life in general. A matured native will never pass or post a comment that makes no sense or is offensive by nature – instead he will balance his act by choosing the right words at the right time! That’s what the WESTERN PUNDITS address as EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE. An emotional intelligent person always stay balanced.

“I’M NOT SUGGESTING YOU DENY OR SUPPRESS YOUR EMOTIONS, BUT JUST DISCOVER FOR YOURSELF WHAT IT TAKES FOR YOU TO HANDLE YOUR EMOTIONS AND STAY BALANCED” -Wenfy Hearn

BALANCE is one word that SWATI Nakshatra loves a lot. But when RAHU comes in SWATI – the native becomes obsessed in finding balance in life. And the irony is that they think that they are balancing well but that is their illusion (RAHU) and the reality is something else. RAHU in SWATI simply miss to find balance in life – and that creates many miseries in their life.

“Always keep in mind the paramount importance of living a balanced life with emphasis on nurturing strong friendships and family ties, while still doing the things that you find rewarding for reasons other than mere monetary income.” -Derric Yuh Ndim

Natives born on SWATI Nakshatra are indeed beautiful souls – they have a certain aura of ‘intellectualism’ around them – the love to read books, they love to read poems – they are avid readers as well as also good writers.

Rahu in Swati is a perfect relaxing placement for RAHU. In Ardra – RAHU is communicating – trying to build relations. In Swati Rahu is successful in building relationships, doing good business, cracking the deals so that money flows in. While in Shatabhisha – Rahu is all set to enjoy the ‘profits’ – ‘benefits’ of his hard work (communicating, establishing contacts) & (succeeding in forming relationships, establishing business)!

So you see – SWATI is the Middle Ground – the actual point of manifestation of relationships, business deals, and public support (fame). Men and women having beneficial planets in SWATI – do well in life. Because SWATI is indeed a blessed star! A wise man always perceives SWATI with high regards!

Rahu in Swati brings obsession towards forming relationships. Obsession towards sex. Many women and many men with Rahu in Swati – try to perfect the art of lovemaking! Love making is also an art – and someone as artistic as Rahu in Swati knows very well on how to enact the art of lovemaking. SEX indeed is the most important subject for these natives – but they are NOT vulgar – they love to do sex in an artistic way – in a romantic way!

ROMANCE – Rahu in Swati native are very romantic by nature. They want more and more romance in life. People in general relate the word ‘Romance’ with LOVE – but the English dictionary defines the word “Romance” as ADVENTURE.

And so when you have RAHU in SWATI and by chance if you fall in love and there is a strong Yoga of LOVE MARRIAGE in your horoscope – and there are many ‘challenges’ to overcome before you marry the LOVE of your LIFE – then such a RAHU SWATI native goes all the way – HE may RISK his life – HE may go against the whole society – He may not bother about his status – because he perfectly understands the fact that when you love – you simply love!

The dashing-ness, the courage, the willing to go all the way – just to marry the love of their life – comes naturally to a RAHU in SWATI native – because they like a life of romance and adventures! It is a possibility that James Bond – may also have had RAHU in SWATI Nakshatra! Well that was on a lighter note.

Womanizer – RAHU in SWATI often is labelled as a man who is always in search of a woman – he just loves woman, he wants to romance as many women as he can – and that makes him a perfect womanizer – you can say that ‘WOMAN’ is his weak point. The man who says “My name is Bond, James Bond” – goes weak in his knees when he stumbles upon a sexy, good looking woman!

Woman anyhow is the ‘weak’ point of every man – though in case of Rahu in Swati natives – woman is indeed the weakest point in their life – the natural tendency to get attracted to opposite sex and to have intimate relation with the opposite sex is quiet intense in these natives.

However it is also interesting to know that opposite sex also gets quickly attracted towards these natives. Women find RAHU in SWATI man quiet appealing and so forming relationship (primary mission of RAHU in SWATI) becomes an easy ride for these natives.

SEX is necessary. In fact there are men and women who remain as married couple but sleep separately. And then there are men or women who simply keep running like a horse in a race – trying to gain more money, more status but when it comes to SEX – they have no answer – there is no sex in their life and then they keep visiting all temples and astrologers – asking “Why my life is miserable – why I feel lost – why I feel stagnated in my life?”

The answer is simple – “You have forgotten or rather ignored the basic need of your physical body – sexual need. Your body is hungry for sex but your ignorant mind has kept your body starving while you keep roaming around the town asking for HELP!”

Nobody is going to HELP you and nobody is going to tell you the TRUTH because we are living in an idiotic hypocrite society which instead of telling you to address the sexual hunger of your body – will give long lectures on how it is good that you have had no sex for last 10 years! This is the whole idiotic state of our society – where priests have been condemning sex.

“SEX has become more and more attractive because of its condemnation by priests.” -Osho

The general myth is that whosoever avoids sex is considered as a saint – though his body may be going through intense sexual starvation! It is funny that what is ALIVE – you ignore and what is DEAD – you worship! SEX is very much alive – we are born out of sex – how can we condemn sex? How can you go on ignoring sex? The answer is simple – because you have been following your MIND and the MIND becomes the priest – the MIND goes on condemning SEX.

“The mind becomes the moralizer, the mind becomes the puritan, the mind becomes the priest. The mind goes on condemning. All that is alive the mind goes on condemning and all that is dead the mind goes on worshipping. And sex is the most alive thing in you because life comes through it: you are born through it, you can give birth through it. Wherever there is life, aliveness, sex is the source.” – Osho

You cannot condemn the source of life. But that is what you do and then you ask “Why I feel lost? Why my life seem to be dead.” You are not letting your body have sex and a starving body will only create more issues in your life than otherwise – that is how SEX SCANDALS are seen in many ASHRAMS and many BABAs and so called spiritual beings fall prey to SEXUAL ATTRACTION because SUPRESSION is dangerous – a little movement and the ‘bomb’ can explode leading you to many sexual scandals!

RAHU in SWATI natives – should never starve themselves – they should get married – or else – have satisfying sexual relationships.

“Sex can give you the answer to what the reality of life is because sex is the most alive thing in you. Mind is the most dead thing in you and sex is the most alive thing in you. That is why mind is always against sex, and mind is always for suppressing it. They are enemies. Mind is a dead thing and sex is the life force; they go on fighting. And whenever you move into sex, the mind feels frustrated and the mind says, ‘This is wrong. Do not move into it again.’ ” – Osho

There are men and there are women who just do ‘lip-service’ – meaning they keep chanting “Ram, Ram Ram” when inside their mind – SEX – the thought of sex is always lurking. What is the use of such ‘lip service’ – you are just fooling your SELF.

Why do we have many SEX PERVERTS in this human society? You know why – because these men and women are simply starving – they don’t do sex – they either condemn sex or they just don’t get the sexual pleasures that they expect – and then such SEX PERVERTS are ‘born’!

RAHU in SWATI – if is denied sexual pleasures – then many SEX PERVERTS are born with RAHU in SWATI. And when sex fails or sex is absent in your life, then many perversions happen to the mind. These perversions are expressed in hatred. Hatred is a failure of sex, a failure of love energy. Violence, lust for money, the continuous conflicting attitudes of egos: war, politics – these are all sex perversions.

RELIGION creates sexual perversions – because religion goes on condemning, blocking, putting many hurdles on your way – that you simply give up the idea of sex – you go on suppressing your sexual needs and that is how one day – a great SEXUAL PERVERT is born – a perfect creation of so called RELIGIOUS HYPOCRITE SOCIETY.

“One of the most fundamental things to be always remembered is that we are living in a hypocrite society.” Osho

It is interesting to note that Psychologists consider ‘LOVE’ as a FOREPLAY that initiates you in to the actual act of sex.

“Psychologists say that love is nothing but a foreplay to sex. They are right – because they have no other specimen to study. They study you and then they come to conclude that love is nothing but a foreplay – just creating a situation in which sex can happen, nothing else. So when sex has happened, love disappears. It is just like when you feel hungry you gravitate toward food and look at food with enchanted eyes. But when your hunger is satiated, you look away from the food. All the enchantment is lost.” – Osho

This is a very realistic view of the LOVE that the society or the common man knows of. LOVE simply plays as a LUBRICATING AGENT that gets you into the act of sex. And when sex is satisfied, the husband moves to his own side of the bed and goes to sleep. He is finished; all the enchantment is gone. It will come again only when he feels a type of hunger. Psychologists say that love is nothing but a foreplay – just a mannerism. And they are right, because they do not know any other type of man.

RAHU in SWATI natives naturally do well in enacting the foreplay – and so sex is always good – though the thought that whether love is possible without sex always remains as a puzzle in their mind – which rarely they are able to solve!

In reality – when you love someone very deeply – then SEX takes a BACKSEAT. Because SEX has limitations – as long as you are physically fit – you can have sex – but when body becomes OLD – when sexual organs cannot perform – then it is ONLY LOVE that can keep you and your partner bonded – Bonded WITH Love!

“If you go on loving a person deeply, by and by sex disappears. Intimacy becomes so fulfilling, then there is no need for sex; love is enough unto itself.” -Osho

RAHU is the other word for DEMAND. The moment you meet a DEMANDING person – you should be alert that you are interacting with a RAHUISH person.

A demanding person is the most idiotic person and it is always advisable that you try to keep yourself as disconnected with them as possible.

It is good to love someone – but the moment you start becoming demanding you have killed the very essence of love – because love blossoms only in that person’s life – who is NOT demanding.

“The moment love becomes attachment, love becomes a relationship. The moment love becomes demanding, it is a prison. It has destroyed your freedom; you cannot fly in the sky, you are encaged. -Osho

The real lover will NEVER demand. The real seeker will NEVER demand. The conscious being – one who is living with consciousness will NEVER EVER DEMAND.

Less evolved souls, ignorant foolish beings always go on demanding and that brings more miseries in their life then otherwise! RAHUISH men and women are too demanding and that is one of the many reasons for their miseries – their frustrations and depressions.

DEMANDING MEN AND DEMANDING WOMEN (RAHUISH) NEVER ARE CONTENT because they NEVER ACCEPT WHAT LIFE PROVIDES WITH A SENSE OF GRATITUDE.

“If we are always demanding something out of life, then we will never be content. But if we accept life as it is, then we will know contentment.” – Thich Thien-An

RAHU in SWATI is demanding in relationships and especially when it comes to SEX and EMOTIONS.

SWATI brings EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE – but RAHU in SWATI simply damages this emotional intelligence because emotional intelligence is about finding balance in managing your emotions and RAHU simply doesn’t have the word ‘BALANCE’ in his dictionary!

The primary reason that stops RAHU in SWATI native from becoming a STAR PERFORMER is their inability to show emotional intelligence.

“Emotional intelligence, more than any other factor, more than I.Q. or expertise, accounts for 85% to 90% of success at work… I.Q. is a threshold competence. You need it, but it doesn’t make you a star. Emotional intelligence can.” -Warren G. Bennis

Emotional Intelligence is missing in RAHU SWATI natives and the sooner they understand – what is emotional intelligence? – the better for them.

“Emotional intelligence is your ability to recognize and understand emotions in yourself and others, and your ability to use this awareness to manage your behavior and relationships.” –Travis Bradberry

LIBRA and moreover SWATI is very much able to recognize and understand emotions in themselves and others and also are good in managing relationships – but RAHU in SWATI spoils the game – the person becomes too emotional in relationships – and impulsive by nature resulting in sudden breakups and many personal setbacks in life. Emotional intelligence is when you restraint from REACTING – but RAHU in SWATI native is quick to REACT and this impulsive nature of reacting brings many miseries to their personal life – especially to relationships.

“You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you. True power is sitting back and observing things with logic. True power is restraint. If words control you that means everyone else can control you. Breathe and allow things to pass.”-Warren Buffett

Rahu in Rahu’s Nakshatra (SWATI) precisely brings great importance to the placement of VENUS in the Ascendant chart. Rahu simply follows the ‘orders’ of VENUS and so the ultimate results depends on whether the VENUS is in good positive state or negative state.

SWATI rules the CHEST. And RAHU in SWATI can lead to problems in CHEST – especially during old age. When you breath – the breath has to go deep in your heart – but people breath shallow because when breath goes deep – it excites the sex center – you become more sexual – that is how many SADHAK – in the beginning during their spiritual penance – face this common problem that is increase in sexuality!

“Out of fear of sexuality, people don’t breathe, because when you breathe deeply, your breath goes exactly to the sex centre and hits it, massages it from the inside, excites it. Because you have been taught that sex is dangerous. each child starts breathing in a shallow way – hung up just in the chest.” -OSHO

When you are on the path of spiritual journey – it is natural development – because the energy (MARS) is in the sex center – you just have to be more aware, conscious – The increased sexual energy will channelize on its own towards the upward direction as you remain committed towards the Master – as you remain devoted towards the compassionate master!

Obsession with – Partnerships, Dealerships, Negotiating, Diplomacy, and Socializing are some of the common traits of RAHU in SWATI.

Rahu in SWATI always is trying to appease – OTHERS – and so ‘buttering the boss’ to get promotion or ‘buttering a woman’ to get her is something that these natives passionately indulge in.

The main reason for the miseries in their life is primarily because they live under the wrong assumption or illusion (RAHU) that it is only when they can make OTHERS happy that they can remain happy! The reality of matter is – that it is not that when you make OTHERS happy – you will be happy. It is when YOU – yourself are HAPPY that you can make others happy.

When you go on submitting to the DEMANDS of OTHERS – you forget the fact that DEMANDS never END. If you give in to one demand then the same person will come up with second demand! And that is how you become a ‘puppet’ – you lose control of yourself – you lose control over your life – you simply become a silly person who thinks that by living to the demands of others and making others happy – you will be happy – and that is indeed suicidal and dangerous!

Always remember – by focusing on the OUTSIDE – by making OTHERS happy – you cannot find happiness because happiness is an inside job.

RAHU in SWATI does make you an EXTROVERT person – a person who is too much focused on the OUTSIDE and when you depend on outside – when outside situations DRIVE you than – your happiness is short-lived because the outside situations always keep changing!

The whole message to my fellows – especially to my close followers having RAHU in SWATI is – ‘start focusing within, turn inwards, and realize the fact that you have the power to control your mind and NOT the situations on the outside.

“YOU HAVE POWER OVER YOUR MIND -NOT OUTSIDE EVENTS. REALIZE THIS, AND YOU WILL FIND STRENGTH.” -MARCUS AURELIUS

RAHU in SWATI simply shows that the ‘DESIRE’ has always been towards – TURNING ON.

And natives do well materially – they prosper, they earn good fame, good properties but what about happiness? What about wisdom? What about peace of mind? What about experiencing the joy within?

The answer to all these questions is only found when you stop TURNING ON and start TURNING IN – and that’s KETU!

RAHU will always push you to TURN ON.

KETU will always encourage you to TURN IN.

The whole story of human life is caught up between RAHU (Turn On) and KETU (Turn In)!

That is why the ancient seers have held RAHU and KETU with high regards – because these two can either MAKE or BREAK your life!

Reminds me of a beautiful story – the Buddha story!

Once it happened, a very learned astrologer was taking a walk on the river shore when he stumbled upon certain footprints of a man. The astrologer quickly realized that these footprints are NOT of an ordinary man. All his life – the Astrologer have been reading many scriptures and the scriptures mentioned about certain signs that exist in the feet of a man who rules the world — a chakravartin — a ruler of all the six continents, of the whole earth. And the Astrologer saw in the footprints in the wet sand on the riverbank all the symbols so clearly that he could not believe his eyes! Either all his scriptures were wrong and he was wasting his life in astrology…otherwise, how was it possible on such a hot afternoon, in such a small, dirty village, a chakravartin would come and walk barefoot, on the burning hot sand? He became very curious. He started following the footprints…..and soon he came near a huge banyan tree. And beneath that tree – he could see the BUDDHA – engrossed in deep meditation.

The Astrologer was taken aback. He was an intelligent being. He quickly recognized that the footprints were of BUDDHA! Stepping closer to Buddha – he bowed before the master and said “I am sorry to disturb you – but I am surprised to see that your footprints clearly signify that you should be a chakravartin, a world ruler. What are you doing here, sitting under this tree? Either all my astrology books are wrong, or I am hallucinating and you are not really there.”

Buddha said, “Your books are absolutely right — but there is something which belongs to no category, not even to the category of a chakravartin. I am, but I am nobody in particular.”

The astrologer said, “You are puzzling me more. How can you be without being anybody in particular? You must be a god who has come to visit the earth — I can see it in your eyes!”

Buddha said, “I am not a god.”

The astrologer said, “Then you must be a Gandharva — a celestial musician.”

Buddha said, “No, I am not a Gandharva either.”

And the astrologer went on asking, “Then are you a king in disguise? Who are you? You can’t be an animal, you can’t be a tree, you can’t be a rock — who exactly are you?”

And the answer the Buddha gave is of immense importance to understand. He said, “I am just a Buddha — I am just awareness, and nothing else. I don’t belong to any category. Every category is an identification and I don’t have any identity.”

How deep are the words of BUDDHA – HE says “ I am just AWARENESS – and nothing else.”

Truly touching – it is said that this wonderful meeting with the Buddha – transformed the Astrologer – inside-out and he dropped all his knowledge and became a MONK – it is said that when Buddha died – when BUDDHA left his body – he was the one who cried the most…..

AWARENESS comes only through the doors of KETU. KETU is DETACHMENT and unless you start living in detachment – there is no possibility of bring AWARENESS to your being – there is no possibility of experiencing the BUDDHA LOVE – the BUDDHA HAPPINESS!

“Be grateful to all – those who have helped, to those who have hindered, to those who have been indifferent. Be grateful to all, because all together they are creating the context in which Buddhas are born, in which you can become a Buddha.” – Osho

A grateful heart is the most beautiful heart and God comes, the Guru comes seeking a man, a woman who is GRATEFUL – a person who is NOT demanding but loving by nature! Love NEVER demands – EGO demands – but LOVE – Never! Love is happy when it is able to GIVE – to SHARE, EGO is happy when it is able to TAKE something.

My answers and my sharing is for those selective ‘individuals’ who are NOT demanding but loving, understanding and has a certain depth of understanding.

“Understanding cannot be studied; nobody can teach it to you. You have to be a light unto yourself. You have to seek and search within your own being, you will have to learn how to dive within yourself – not in the scriptures, but within you own existence.” -OSHO

You can always turn the tables around- you can always change your life – you can always raise the quality of your life – everything is possible – ONLY when you start CHANGING yourself!

“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” – Rumi

Change Yourself – and to change yourself, you have to let change happen within you – and you can let change happen within you – only when you SURRENDER – when you start living your life by surrendering yourself to the almighty Lord – to the divine compassionate master.

“Surrendering to a master is not really surrendering to a master; it is just taking the help of a master so that you can surrender to yourself. The master is just a mirror: HE reflects YOU.” – Osho

Meditate every day – and remember that the journey begins with desires (RAHU) but liberation (Moksha) is possible only when the journey progresses towards the state of desireless-ness (KETU)!

Love to all my readers and followers and I humbly prostrate before the wonderful Nakshatra ‘SWATI’ – the Real Pearl!

Jai Shri Ganesha. Jai Guru.

Written by:

The real fellow – the most authentic being is not sane, but insane! The most beautiful being is not caught up in the head but in the heart. The world calls such a person – “MAD” – but in reality it is these ‘MAD MEN’ who have revolutionized the human world – who have invented many wonders and who have shown this world a new way of living by sharing a fresh perspective and making the world believe in the power of possibility.

Always remember – only a GREAT person has a touch of MADNESS and only a person having a certain touch of madness can become GREAT. GREATNESS & MADNESS goes hand in hand!

“GREATNESS AND MADNESS ARE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS AND THEY OFTEN BORROW EACH OTHER’S SUGAR.”

MADNESS is that state when you are out of the MIND – and the moment you are out of your MIND in a conscious way – you give birth to many new ideas, new innovations – because IMAGINATION is possible only when you are out of the MIND – when the LOGIC is DROPPED!

“Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.”
-Albert Einstein

Typical so called “sane’ people are always trapped in the four walls of knowledge – they just gather Knowledge – they become parrots. Knowledge can never let you ‘IMAGINE the BEYOND’ – because Knowledge is limited to your BRAIN and the BRAIN cannot imagine – the HEART can.

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.”
– Albert Einstein

A so called ‘SANE’ – logical person is always trapped in his books, and his gathered accumulated knowledge – he forgets the fact that the true sign of INTELLIGENCE is not how much knowledge you have – but how wild is your imagination!

“The true sign of intelligence is not KNOWLEDGE but IMAGINATION” -Albert Einstein

And you will be able to IMAGINE – only when you have NO HEAD – and that’s KETU!

ASHWINI is ‘KETU’s NAKSHATRA! The very first NAKSHATRA of the zodiac cycle belongs to KETU! And it primarily depicts the ‘KSHATRIYA flavor of KETU’! ASHWINI represents a WARRIOR – who will fight till the last drop of his blood but will never give up.

The class of WARRIOR is addressed as KSHATRIYA is the Indian society. To fight in the battlefield – to mount on the ‘HORSE’ (called ASHWA in Sanskrit) and to defeat the opponent is the true essence – nature of a KSHATRIYA (WARRIOR).

Always remember – whether it is on the battlefield – or in the meditation room – unless you are a WARRIOR – you cannot win – you cannot succeed! It is only the SPIRIT OF A WARRIOR that can help you succeed in MATERIAL WORLD as well as in the SPIRITUAL WORLD!

And that is how many great warriors have succeeded much faster in their spiritual journey – because when the SPIRIT is of a warrior – then and only then can you experience the beyond – the unseen – the Godly!

“THE TOTALLY AWAKENED warrior can freely utilize all elements contained in heaven and earth. The true warrior learns how to correctly perceive the activity of the universe and how to transform martial techniques into vehicles of purity, goodness, and beauty. A warrior’s mind and body must be permeated with enlightened wisdom and deep calm.”
-Morihei Ueshiba

GREAT WARRIORS on the battlefield & GREAT SAINTS in the monasteries – are born only when KETU – the source stands firm behind them – without KETU’s blessings – you can never do the unimaginable – you cannot become GREAT – GREATNESS comes only when there is a certain touch of MADNESS and this MADNESS comes only when you slip out of your mind and this slipping out of mind is made possible only by the blessings of Sri KETU!

In this human world – there are many millionaires and billionaires BUT people remember MAHARANA PRATAP – people remember CHATRAPATTI SHIVAJI MAHARAJ – people remember SAMRAT PRITHIVIRAJ CHAUHAN – because they did that which was out of the mind – their ADVENTURES and their valor, their contribution is so GREAT that it can happen only when there is NO MIND – but only the HEART – when there is NO LOGIC but only LOVE – deep love for their motherland!

A true WARRIOR is not much focused on KILLING or FIGHTING but in safeguarding the FUTURE of HIS people, HIS country.

“Warriors are not what you think of as warriors. The warrior is not someone who fights, because no one has the right to take another life. The warrior, for us, is one who sacrifices himself for the good of others.
His task is to take care of the elderly, the defenseless, those who can not provide for themselves, and above all, the children, the future of humanity.”
~Sitting Bull

To save HIS people – the warrior fights like a HERO – he then doesn’t care about his life, his security – he just FIGHTS LIKE A BRAVE MAN – there is no place for HEAD or LOGIC – and that is where KETU plays a significant role – a great warrior is therefore born only with the blessings of KETU. Remember – KETU is the right hand of GURU – the Righteousness – the DHARMA – the JUSTICE.

When a warrior is fighting on the battlefield – he fights keeping his head aside because the head blocks the courage and to a soldier – to a WARRIOR – to a KSHATRIYA – COURAGE is the primary source that enables him to be adventurous – courage enables him to take risks and then he fights – he fights like a true warrior – right, left, all directions he moves his sword and just the way you cut the leaves of the tree – he cuts the throats and the heads of the opponent army. KETU plays a vital role in a WARRIOR’s life – because unless there is a certain madness to your being – you cannot cut the throats and heads of the enemy army. A sane person can never fight like a WARRIOR – to become a great WARRIOR – there has to be a certain madness to your being which only KETU can bring along!

“The warrior knows that he is free to choose his desires, and he makes these decisions with courage, detachment, and sometimes – with just a touch of madness.”
-Paulo Coelho

ASHWINI brings this touch of madness! And that is why ASHWINI has been closely related to the ‘HORSE’ (ASHWA) because during the old times – WARS on the battlefield were fought by mounting on the horse!

The relation between the WARRIOR and HIS HORSE is beyond the power of expression. MAHARANA PRATAP – one of the GREATEST WARRIOR of the Indian subcontinent and his heroic horse – ‘CHETAK’ or Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and his heroic horse ‘MOTI’ – history has witness many such deep close relation that the great warriors of this human world shared with the heroic horse (ASHWA)!

ASHWINI ruled by KETU precisely has all the qualities of a HEROIC HORSE – and remember HORSE and WARRIOR are not two separate beings – they are ONE – ONENESS always exists between the WARRIOR and HIS HORSE – and so the HORSE also falls in the KSHATRIYA sect – because the horse has all the qualities of a WARRIOR. And just the way a true warrior has a touch of madness – the warrior’s heroic horse also has a certain touch of madness!

A true warrior is also a good learner – he has a certain deep desire of learning. In our Indian history – there was once such warrior – he was not a Hindu – his name was JALLALUDIN AKBAR – and he was the Greatest Mughal Emperor of the whole Indian Subcontinent!

Although AKBAR during his initial days had been very ruthless towards the Hindus – still during his later years he was the only Muslim Emperor of India who showed much compassion towards Hindus and he was the only wise Muslim Ruler after many centuries! A time came when Akbar was no more a Muslim but had converted himself to a new religion ‘Din-i-Ilahi’. The founder of this NEW RELIGION was AKBAR himself. “Din-i-Ilahi’ was a religion that was essentially an ethical system, prohibiting such sins as lust, sensuality, slander, and pride and enjoining the virtues of piety, prudence, abstinence, and kindness. The soul was encouraged to purify itself through yearning for God. There were no sacred scriptures or a priestly hierarchy in the Dīn-i Ilāhī. In its ritual, it borrowed heavily from Zoroastrianism, making light (Sun and fire) an object of divine worship and reciting, as in Hinduism, the 1,000 Sanskrit names of the Sun. In practice, however, the Dīn-i Ilāhī functioned as a personality cult contrived by Akbar around his own person. Members of the religion were handpicked by Akbar according to their devotion to him.

Although a great human being and a wise man – AKBAR was illiterate – much of his early years were spend in many wars and the many complexities of administration and so he had no time to learn. That was the primary reason for his attraction towards wise men. That is how he formed the ministry of NINE WISE MEN – called as NAVRATNA meaning NINE JEWELS of his court!

But it is said that AKBAR was not happy with these NINE wise men – because he could not learn anything from them. And so one day he called all the NINE wise men in his court and said “ You are here – and you are the wisest men in today’s world but I have not been able to learn anything from you. What is the matter? You all are here and yet I remain the same – then what are you doing here?”

The NINE WISE MEN remained silent. After all they were standing before the most powerful man on the planet – EMPEROR AKBAR! So they could not utter a single word – BUT there was a child. The child had come along with one of the WISE men. And listening to AKBAR’s words – the child laughed out loudly….

Emperor Akbar looked at the child and said “ Why are you laughing? It is insulting to the court. Seems your father hasn’t taught any manners to you.”

The child said “ I am laughing because these NINE WISE MEN are SILENT. And I know why they are silent. And I also know why you haven’t been able to learn anything from them.”

Akbar stared at the child’s face. A child’s face looks innocent but also very ancient. Whenever a child is very innocent – you can see a deep ancientness in his eyes as well – because no child is a child – he has lived, experienced much in his past births and rebirths – he carries all the wisdom from his past births.

Akbar said “ Then can you teach me something?”

The child said “Yes”

Akbar said “Then teach.”

The child said “Then you will have to follow me. Come down here where I am sitting and I will sit on the throne. Then ask like a disciple and not like a master.”

And it is said that Akbar understood. Those nine wise men had been absolutely useless. He could not learn – not because they couldn’t teach but because he was NOT ready – he was NOT receptive and he was NOT humble enough.

It is said that AKBAR sat down and the child sat on the throne and he said “Now ask like a disciple, not like an Emperor.”

Akbar never asked anything. He thanked the child, touched his feet and said “There is no need to ask. Just by sitting in a humble attitude near your feet I have learned much.”

A true WARRIOR is humble. There is a very old saying – If you’re not a humble person your horse will make you one.

That is how the ancient seers relate SATURN with the HORSE – because both – SATURN & HORSE likes only those men and women who are HUMBLE by nature!

“Humblessness is the basic thing. Even without a wise man, if you are humble you will learn much. You can learn from the trees and the springs and the clouds and the winds. If you are humble, the whole existence becomes a teacher to you. But if you are not humble and a Buddha is there, no intimacy happens. A Buddha is around you, but no intimacy happens – you are NOT humble.
You would like to learn but without bending, without bringing down your ego.”
-Osho

And only a humble man can learn – only humbleness can help you touch the skies.

Instead of having one hundred disciples – only ONE disciple is enough – one who is humble and NOT demanding. One who is understanding and compassionate by heart.

ASHWINI NAKSHATRA is the WARRIOR NAKSHATRA. And a true warrior always has a compassionate heart.

KETU is ZERO – SHUNYA. ASHWINI is therefore the BEGINNING – the START point of the ZODIAC GALAXY. ASHWINI is the FIRST NAKSHATRA – the WARRIOR NAKSHTRA, the NAKSHATRA that thinks less and feels more! And that is how they have a touch of madness to their being – which makes them HEROIC -DYNAMIC and DASHING by nature!

RAHU’s arrival in ASHWINI NAKSHTRA simply exaggerates the ‘WARRIOR QUALITIES’ – making the person a high risk taker, and highly impulsive by nature which compels the native to quickly react. And when you react – you invite trouble – you invite more miseries in your life!

“WHEN YOU REACT, YOU ARE GIVING AWAY YOUR POWER. WHEN YOU RESPOND, YOU ARE STAYING IN CONTROL OF YOURSELF.”
-Bob Proctor

The very first lesson for RAHU in ASHWINI nakshatra natives is to control their impulsive nature and stop reacting and start responding.

NEVER REACT – Always RESPOND.

On social platforms – there are occasions when some negative utterly cheap people comment to hurt you, to abuse you – to offend you – but it is up to you whether you want to REACT or you just want to IGNORE – because that’s what the wise do – they just IGNORE the ‘NOISE’ and RESPOND to the ‘VOICE’!

NOISE makes no sense – VOICE makes sense because it is the VOICE of your HEART and the HEART is always right! When a person comments positively then the wise understands and gives a response – the wise is perfectly aware of what is NOISE and what is VOICE.

NOISE is of the MIND. VOICE is of the HEART. A man enslaved by his mind will make a lot of noise. A man following his heart will always voice out his feelings – his understanding. A man of heart NEVER REACTS – but always RESPOND and that too only when it is necessary – when his heart directs him to respond.

Shallow people always REACT. Wise people always RESPOND. REACTING means you are no more in control of yourself – responding means you are in control of yourself.

Response can be in many ways – you may just disconnect or block those who create a lot of NOISE and disturbance in your life. Or you may simply take legal action – if someone is commenting or trying to hurt you badly – so many actions can be taken without REACTING – and that’s what a wise man – a wise woman does. The wise is always in control of his SELF.

RAHU in ASHWINI natives should also learn to be in control of yourself.

SPORTS, RACING, ARCHERY, SHOOTING SPORT – RAHU in ASHWINI natives do well in all kind of sports – sport and sporty nature comes to them by default!

The man with RAHU in ASHWINI will never hesitate to say those three magical words – “I LOVE YOU” to the woman of his life. However these natives also don’t take much time to BREAK-UP – if they find that their partner is cheating them or taking undue advantage of their goodness! So you see – these natives are QUICK in ACTION – quick to fall in love and quick to break-up as well!

ACTION, MOVEMENT, QUICKNESS, and constant CHANGE is what these natives like and so they get bored quickly. For a girlfriend – it is a challenge to retain a boyfriend having RAHU in ASHWINI – she got to be innovative and constantly present something NEW before him – so that he remains engaged.

Similarly for a boyfriend – it is a challenge to retain a girlfriend having RAHU in ASHWINI – he need to bring something new to the table so that his girlfriend remains interested in him and not breakup with him.

The most effective way to keep a RAHU ASHWINI girlfriend or boyfriend engaged is by constantly giving them pleasant ‘Surprises’ .

Life is always interesting when there are many surprises on your way!

“LIFE
has so many surprises. And when life has so many surprises boredom never settles in you.”
-OSHO

When it comes to spiritual practice – I always recommend ‘Walking Meditation’ to men and women born in Ashwini nakshatra or with RAHU in ASHWINI nakshatra. Because these natives always like to remain in action – and so walking meditation becomes more appealing for them than meditating by sitting in a closed room!

Walking meditation is effective way of integrating meditation into your daily life.

What is walking meditation?

Walking meditation is very simple. When you walk – just walk. Don’t think about anything – just walk. By doing so you bring your wavering mind to HERE & NOW. And meditation begins the moment your MIND is in the NOW moment.

“You are walking on the street. Just try to walk, don’t do anything else.It looks simple- it is not. It looks as if we are all doing it – it is not so. When you are walking, your mind is doing a thousand things. Move with every step. Just walk. Buddha has said: When you are walking, just walk. Be in the act totally. Don’t allow your mind to move somewhere else.” – Osho

Walking meditation is simply a state where you just walk with absolute NO THOUGHTS – NO MIND.

The other type of walking meditation is when you concentrate on just ONE THOUGHT (by chanting the holy Mantra) while walking – and that indeed is also a beautiful way of meditating while walking!

“Meditation is sticking to one thought. That single thought keeps away other thoughts; distraction of mind is a sign of its weakness; by constant meditation it gains strength.”
-Ramana Maharshi

Chanting while walking is the most beautiful and easiest way to control the wavering mind while providing the necessary exercise to the physical body.

Always remember – the NEGATIVE can always transform to POSITIVE! Similarly RAHU IN ASHWINI is a TERRORIST or a PATRIOT – remember the RISK is the same – the DASHINGNESS is the same – the willingness to DIE for a certain cause is the same BUT the nature of the cause is DIFFERENT.

A terrorist attacks because he want to cause trouble. A PATRIOT attacks because he want FREEDOM for his people, his country.

ASHWINI RAHU can go either way – a terrorist (NEGATIVE) or a PATRIOT (Positive).

ASHWINI has immense will power and strength of a horse (ASHWA is Horse in Sanskrit). And on top of that – when RAHU comes in ASHWINI – then you got a man who is fired up with a certain PURPOSE – a certain MISSION!

Whether it is the Hollywood movie “The Patriot” or Bollywood movie “Gaddar – Ek Prem Katha” – the HERO is just the way a RAHU in ASHWINI native is – full of action, full of dynamism, full of life. He has a certain mission – “Benjamin Martin” in the movie “The Patriot” had a mission to liberate America from the hands of the Britishers and “Tara Singh” in the movie “Gaddar – Ek Prem Katha” had a mission to rescue his wife from Pakistan and return to India – safe and sound. In both scenarios – the HERO has a certain madness to his character – he takes many risks, risks his life – shows great courage – that’s how RAHU in ASHWINI is.

And then you have a perfect example of “BAJRANGI BHAIJAN” – the Bollywood movie in which an Indian goes all the way to help a Pakistani little girl meet her mother by crossing the border and entering the most dangerous country – Pakistan – just so that he can little girl can find her mother who stays in Pakistan! The scene – in which ‘Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi’, the titular protagonist (Bajrangi Bhaijaan) enters Pakistan and denies to move on in spite of the Pakistani officer letting him go – depicts a perfect RAHU ASHWINI native – when the Pakistani officer says addressing the Hero of the movie that “HE is not just MAD – but FULL MAD.”

That is how ASHWINI RAHU native is – FULL MAD – but this MADNESS is so sweet because it has the fragrance of SELFLESSNESS – and a certain HIGHER purpose.

HUMANITY and BEING HUMAN is the very essence of RAHU ASHWINI natives. You all must remember that ASHWINI is the DEV (GODLY) NAKSHATRA! The only NAKSHATRA ruled by KETU – that is mentioned by the ancient seers as GODLY – DEV GAN NAKSHATRA!

Why?

Because ASHWINI primarily has the qualities of a true KSHATRIYA – qualities of a WARRIOR!

And in the ancient days – the KING – the KHSATRIYA was worshipped as GOD. A KING would sacrifice his whole life for the betterment of his people – and so people also would love their KING and worship HIM as GOD. Even today – after over five hundred years – people remember – Maharana Pratap, Chatrapatti Shivaji Maharaj, Chatrapatti Sambhaji Maharaj, Emperor Akbar – because these great men had literally lived for the betterment of their people – their country!

Emperor Akbar is the only Mughal Emperor – who is fondly remembered by many HINDUS – and he was the only Mughal Emperor who died NOT as a Muslim but as a follower of a new religion that he himself had formulated – the religion “Din-I- Elahi”!

“One of the greatest emperors India has known was the Mogul emperor, Akbar. He can be compared only to one man in the West, and that is Marcus Aurelius.” – Osho

The depth of Akbar can only be realized by someone who has a certain depth of understanding!

Among all the 3 Nakshatras that come under the rule of KETU – ASHWINI is the most dynamic, dashing and quick in action – many times native born on Ashwini do something that they never had imagined in their life – and RAHU just fuels in – and the person executes courageous actions – something like you all may have seen in the recent Bollywood movie – “Tanhaji – the unsung warrior”!

Great bravery, great courage, great spirits are born with RAHU in ASHWINI – the subtle desire is to be in action – show dynamism and do the unbelievable – the unimaginable!

It is a good placement for – a STUNT ARTIST, SPORTSMAN, MILITARY MAN – SOLDIER. To be a soldier one needs that special gene, that extra something, that enables a person to jump into one on one combat.

RAHU in ASHWINI loves combat – because then all the fire within his being comes out in the forefront and the native defeats the enemies or even if he has to face defeat – he dies like a true warrior – like a ROARING LION!

KETU’s rules three Nakshatras – ASHWINI, MAGHA and MOOLA however each of these 3 NAKSHATRA has a specific TATVA (essence) to showcase.

ASHWINI – the DEV GAN NAKSHATRA brings forth a RAJYOGI.

MAGHA – the RAKSHAS GAN NAKSHATRA brings forth a RAJBHOGI.

MOOLA – the RAKSHAS GAN NAKSHATRA brings forth a RAJDROHI.

How beautiful is this – always remember – RAJDROHI cannot be labelled as bad – because at times when the ruling KING is corrupt – then someone like CHANAKYA has to stand against the ruling KING – he may be labelled as RAJDROHI by the KING’s men but in reality he is going against the throne because he cannot stand the injustice and the suffering of his men at the hand’s of the corrupt KING!

So never be quick to JUDGE – a knife is not bad – because the same knife can also be used to save a woman, a child from corrupt hands!

Out of all the 3 NAKSHATRAS of KETU – ASHWINI is the most pious by nature – with its arrival – a new beginning is guaranteed – a better society is guaranteed. These are natives who has the potential to bring FREEDOM from oppression, corruption and injustice.

RAHU in ASHWINI is indeed the ROBINHOOD of the poor!

Someone has to stand up against the corrupt rule – someone has to risk everything – someone has to ‘JUMP’ first and then think – and RAHU ASHWINI is the one who ‘JUMPS’ first!

“They say: Think twice before you jump. I say: Jump first and then think as much as you want”- Osho

Only a man who ‘JUMPS’ without thinking much becomes a BUDDHA. Only a man who ‘JUMPS’ first experiences GOD – sees the unseen – the beyond!

This nature of risking everything – not thinking much (KETU – ASHWINI) and crossing all limits just to do the unimaginable (RAHU) is what comes your way when a person has RAHU in ASHWINI receiving positive aspects in the birth chart.

Falling in love, risking everything for love, chasing a certain goal, a mission and being always action-oriented is what RAHU in ASHWINI bring along.

Someone has to START – and always the one who STARTS is courageous by nature – is dashing – is dynamic – is a risk taker – is the HERO!

ASHWINI is the START – the starting point – the starting NAKSHATRA of the zodiac cycle and RAHU in ASHWINI simply loves to initiate a project – loves to start a series – to start a business – to start a relationship!

START is the word – that is why ASHWINI NAKSHATRA is highly regarded as the most positive Nakshatra by the seers. The seers have addressed ASHWINI NAKSHATRA as the GODLY (DEV- GAN) NAKSHATRA! Whenever you have to start something new – be it a project, new construction, new shop or new relationship – ASHWINI is the most suitable NAKSHATRA because ASHWINI triggers a START – an AUSPICIOUS START!

From spiritual perspective – ASHWINI is a wonderful NAKSHATRA to ‘initiate’ a person as a disciple.

Also ASHWINI is great to start reading the holy scripture (Bible, Quran or Gita) or to start a certain spiritual deep penance – sadhana.

Only a true warrior – only a man who has a touch of madness can succeed in his spiritual journey – and that makes ASHWINI and RAHU in ASHWINI significant in many ways. Because this RAHU brings the dashing, the courage – and courage is indeed one of the significant ‘key’ that can help you progress spiritually!

“I tell you that meditation is the greatest courage and the greatest adventure because even on a battlefield you are not so near to death. Even if you feel you are near death, it is only physical death.” – Osho

A coward cannot succeed in the spiritual world. In fact a coward would never enter the spiritual domain because to become a BUDDHA – you need the courage to renounce everything – SEX, MONEY, POWER. Prince Siddhartha dropped everything – HE decided to live in danger – he decided to go into the deep forests and live in the neighborhood of wild animals – HE REJECTED a SECURE LIFE and EMBRACED INSECURE LIFE – that is when HE became GAUTAM BUDDHA and that is how you all can also become BUDDHA – because BUDDHA is NOT a name – it is a TITLE – a STATE of BEING AWARE!

When Buddha was asked “Who are you?”

Buddha said “ I am AWARENESS. I do not belong to any category because every category brings identity and I HAVE NO IDENTITY – I AM JUST THE AWARENESS.”

To attain the higher realms of consciousness – to experience GOD in the true sense – one has to get out of his comfort zone and take risks.

“DEATH IS SECURE, LIFE IS INSECURITY. ONE WHO REALLY WANTS TO LIVE HAS TO LIVE IN DANGER, IN CONSTANT DANGER. ONE WHO WANTS TO REACH TO THE PEAKS HAS TO TAKE THE RISK OF GETTING LOST. ONE WHO WANTS TO CLIMB THE HIGHEST PEAKS HAS TO TAKE THE RISK OF FALLING FROM SOMEWHERE, SLIPPING DOWN.”
-Osho

ASHWINI RAHU can take risks – and because they take risks – they earn more, and attain fame and wisdom!

The deity of ASHWINI is the three ASWINI KUMARAS – they are also said to be the physicians of Gods.

FAST, QUICK, INSTANT – these are words that ASHWINI RAHU natives like. These natives are quick to judge – quick to express their feelings and emotions.

Generally a man or a woman who are spontaneous in expressing their feelings or emotions are good heart individuals. Because when you are spontaneous – there is no mind in play and so what you express impacts the other more deeply than otherwise!

A man can say “I LOVE YOU” thousand times – but still it will not touch the heart because it is not spontaneous – it is not natural. But imagine that you are driving or walking with an old friend – and suddenly – from nowhere – it was not even in your mind – it was not even planned – and spontaneously you look into the eyes of your old friend and say “I LOVE YOU” – and the miracle has happened! The friend is in tears – tears start flowing through his eyes – your words have touched his heart because those words have come spontaneously from the depth of your heart! And whatsoever comes from your heart ❤ – always reaches and moves the other ❤ heart.

KETU brings this nature of being spontaneous and RAHU in KETU’s ASHWINI NAKSHATRA – makes the person more spontaneous.

“Life is only if you live it raw, when you live it in all its wilderness, when you live it naturally, spontaneously.”
-Osho

You are spontaneous only when your mind is absent!

“Spontaneity is the fragrance of no-mind.” – Osho

Whenever you are spontaneous – you look beautiful!

Reminds me of a story – the story of Mary Magdalene.

Marry Magdalene was one of the greatest lover of Jesus. She was truly devoted to Jesus and so one afternoon she comes and pours a very expensive perfume on Jesus’s feet.

Jesus smiles. But Judas is angry. Judas must be a communist – because he says to Jesus “How can she pour such an expensive perfume – we could have feed the whole town from the price of such an expensive perfume. And why you allowed her?”

Jesus looked into the eyes of Judas and said “ Not knowing how to express her feelings – spontaneously she has poured this perfume on my feet. Unable to express her love – by pouring this perfume on my feet she has expressed her love. How can I stop her? The poor will always be with you, but I will not always be with you. You can feed the poor later on when I am gone, but I cannot stop her. You can see only the perfume, I see her heart. I cannot say no to her. In deep love, in deep overflowing, not finding a way to express, she has poured that perfume. I cannot say no to her.’

The heart is always spontaneous.

ASHWINI is always spontaneous.

I humbly prostrate before the beautiful nakshatra of KETU – ASHWINI – one who is spontaneous, one who has a pure heart – one who follows the voice of the heart!

START is very important. There are millions of people out there who want a SECOND CHANCE to START A NEW LIFE!

ASHWINI gives this opportunity – to START AGAIN!

And RAHU in ASHWINI never give up – reminds me of the greatest freedom fighter of our nation- LOKMANYA BAL GANGADHAR TILAK – his whole book on BHAGVADGITA was burned by the cruel British jailer – but TILAK was not a common soul. When his whole book that he authored while in jail was destroyed by the British officer – he said “PUNASCHA SHRI GANESHAYA” (पुनश्च श्री गणेशाय) – meaning “Lets start again”!

That was how his spirit was – high and that is how ‘tall’ Lokmanya Tilak was! Your ‘height’ is not based on how many feet you are tall – but how strong is your willpower and how deep is your understanding!

RAHU in ASHWINI has the spirit of starting up – no matter how many times you knock down these natives – they will STAND UP and START AGAIN!

“Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.”
-Confucius

STARTING is important – INITIATING is important – in the old days – the monarchy would fear that if a person establish his own empire than it will be difficult to manage him because now he has become independent – now he is no more our vassal but has become the KING!

That is how the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb became worried when he heard the news – that SHIVAJI MAHARAJ has established his own KINGDOM – SWARAJYA – that he was formally crowned as the Chhatrapati (emperor) of his realm at Raigad. And Shivaji Maharaj was the only man after centuries to establish the first secular state – the state of SWARAJYA that later blossomed under the rule of the mighty Peshwas and then a time came when the Mughal empire became a vassal of the great Marathas!

You see – how the tables turn – just a START – just the establishment of a new KINGDOM and slowly slowly the MARATHAS grew in leaps and bounds while the Mughal empire started declining!

You just need to START – many people will stop you from STARTING because many are aware that once you START something NEW – nobody can stop you.

Buddha always said “That you need to START meditating – you need to START turning inwards – you need to START accepting your mistakes.”

Those who listened to HIS words – progressed in life.

START brings progression.

ASHWINI brings progression.

The only message for RAHU in ASHWINI natives is that – just as you know when to START – you also should know when to STOP. And you should STOP only when you you have gone all the way – NOT until then.

“THERE ARE ONLY TWO MISTAKES ONE CAN MAKE ALONG THE ROAD TO TRUTH; NOT GOING ALL THE WAY, AND NOT STARTING.”
– BUDDHA

Meditate and remember to start again every time you fail.

“FAILURE IS SIMPLY
THE OPPORTUNITY
TO BEGIN AGAIN
THIS TIME MORE INTELLIGENTLY”
– HENRY FORD

A fighter always wins – not because he is strong but because he never give up.

Jai Shri Ganesha. Jai Guru.

Rahu in Magha

Written by:

In Ashwini – KETU is fighting the battle. In Magha – KETU has finally attained the seat of power. Magha is addressed by the ancient seers as the royal seat of power because MAGHA is where the Buddha sits and directs his disciples. Real POWER is not controlling others but controlling your self.

“Mastering others is strength. Mastering yourself is true power.” -Lao Tzu

MAGHA is the supreme seat of power – where enlightened beings dwell – Buddha, Mahavira, Jesus, Prophet, because real power is when you conquer yourself – then you don’t have to fight thousand battles everyday – you have become the real master – one who has controlled and overcome his mind.

IT IS BETTER TO CONQUER YOURSELF THAN TO WIN A THOUSAND BATTLES. THEN THE VICTORY IS YOURS. IT CANNOT BE TAKEN FROM YOU, NOT BY ANGELS OR BY DEMONS, HEAVEN OR HELL.” -BUDDHA

Real power is when you are out of mind (KETU) – miracles are performed here – because miracles are beyond mind while magic is born out of the mind. Magic is man made – Miracle is God made. Miracle is Godly. Only a Buddha can perform miracle, only Jesus, Mahavira, only the enlightened beings can perform Miracles because they are no more caught up in the MIND – they have gone beyond the mind – you cannot make them happy and you cannot make them unhappy – happy and unhappy are the states of the mind and the master dwells beyond mind – HE is the REAL KING – HE has found the REAL GOLD – that’s MAGHA (KETU).

MAGHA is worshipped by many seers because MAGHA is the seat of power – real power, power which not limited to the throne of the KING but power which can give birth to many kings and queens!

Once it happened – Akkalkot Swami Samarth was seated beneath a tree – and the King with his whole fleet of soldiers and ministers was coming towards Swami. Even while coming to meet the master – the King wanted to show-off his strength and his majesty. The King must be a MAGHA RAHU man because RAHU in MAGHA natives like to SHOW-OFF a lot. When the King stepped down from his chariot and bowed before Akkalkot Swami – Swami got up and gave a tight slap on the King’s face.

The King was taken aback. Real saints are NOT cats, but Lions. Swami raised HIS hand, looked at the King and said “I create ‘KINGS’ like you every day across this world. Next time you come – don’t come with all this show-off – else I will never meet you.”

The KING started crying like a child- he touched the feet of the master and said ” I am sorry – and I am so grateful to you for opening my eyes – bringing awareness to my being – next time I will never come with all this fleet of soldiers and ministers – I will come alone to seek your darshan. Please pardon me.”

Swami started laughing – this is how real saints are – their anger is also like a small child’s anger – for a moment they are angry and then the next moment the anger gone! Looking into the eyes of the King – Swami said ” Last birth you were a dhobi (cloth-washer) and you used to clean my clothes. Then one day you saw a huge proceeding of a KING – and an intense desire of becoming the KING – was born in your mind. I realized your desire and because of your selfless SEVA (service) towards me – I granted your wish and blessed you – my blessing has manifested – you have become the KING.”

The King’s eyes became wet – tears started flowing through his eyes. Swami touched the King’s forehead – just a soft touch and the King went back to his past life – and he could now remember his past birth name “Bhola”. He was a dhobi – a cloth washer. Before parting his ways – he had cried a lot – he had said “Although I will become the KING next birth but then I will miss you – when will I meet you again….”

And Swami had said ” When you will become the KING – then one day you will come in search of ME and you will find me – now don’t think much – you have a long way to go.”

The King having realized his past life connection with the master – could not control himself – he said “You please come with me to my Palace – I will take care of you – I will not let you have any trouble – I will personally attend you – just the way I was attending you in my last birth – I will wash your clothes but O master please come with me.”

Swami said ” Once hearts are connected – then there is no need to go anywhere. I cannot stay in a Palace, four walls cannot contain me – and you cannot stay in the forest because you have to take care of your people – remember you are now a KING and with power comes great responsibility. So go back to your palace and always remember – I am with you.”

The King returned back to his Royal Palace but with a very heavy heart…

The real power is the power that can create many such Kings and Queens – and MAGHA reflects such power which is beyond the human imagination!

However Rahu in Magha makes the native obsessed with attaining the seat of power. RAHU in MAGHA is a fortunate placement for POWER SEEKERS. These natives take keen interest in politics because that is where POWER is found! RAHU in MAGHA makes the person – a RAJBHOGI – meaning ‘person seeking royal pleasures’ – this placement gives birth to a person who just want to enjoy the riches, the luxuries of life. Such a person is also a spendthrift.

RAHU in MAGHA is a perfect placement that brings much trouble to the father of the native or fatherly figures or at times the father is absent because of early death.

Rahu in Magha is a perfect Dramatic character. They do exceptionally well in the field of drama/acting. Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has RAHU in MAGHA. Interestingly he played the lead role in the movie SARKAR RAJ – whose slogan was “POWER CANNOT BE GIVEN – IT HAS TO BE TAKEN”! What a coincidence – RAHU in MAGHA native Amitabh Bachchan and the role he played was of power seeker – Politics!

“POWER CANNOT BE GIVEN IT HAS TO BE TAKEN”

One of the finest Hollywood star George Clooney also has RAHU in MAGHA Nakshatra.

“YOU HAVE ONLY A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME IN YOUR LIFE TO MAKE YOUR MARK, AND I’M THERE NOW.” – George Clooney

RAHU in MAGHA natives are impressionist when it comes to performing on the stage or before the CAMERA. They want to make most of it in the shortest time possible. They are born ‘individuals’ – individualism means a lot to them – and so they focus on their performance and don’t worry much about the crowd – the people.

“A MAN WHO WANTS TO LEAD THE ORCHESTRA MUST TURN HIS BACK ON THE CROWD.”

A girlfriend having RAHU in MAGHA is very demanding by nature. And so is the boyfriend.

These natives are obsessed of showing-off – of much pomp and shinning and becoming a center of attention. They crave for an applause. They want more and more admiration – and often they become a victim of flattery. On the other hand – they themselves also know how to flatter others – and one who knows how to flatter others – also knows how to slander others.

“HE WHO KNOWS HOW TO FLATTER ALSO KNOWS HOW TO SLANDER.” -Napoleon Bonaparte

MAGHA RAHU is too obsessed with ROMANCE, LOVE RELATIONSHIP – and wants a certain ‘thrill’ ‘adventures’ in life. These natives are the perfect ‘MASALA MOVIE’ lovers. These natives always are looking for a variety – because variety is the spice of life and the native having RAHU in MAGHA always want some ‘MASALA’ (spice) in their life too.

“Variety is the spice of life. We all want surprises.” -Tony Robbins

This Rahu brings intense desire of ‘learning’. If other placements are positive to this RAHU – then a good student is born out of this placement BUT not a disciple!

A student is someone who is just curious – he is in rush – he is not willing to be patient. He is in rush because he wants to gather all the knowledge as much as he can – so that he can make ‘use’ of it in the market and earn money. There is nothing wrong to be a student – it is just that the stage of student exists at the very base level.

A disciple is an altogether different phenomena – a disciple can wait – he can wait for eternity because he is NOT in rush. He has surrendered himself at the feet of the master. Remember – a student never surrenders – he remains just on the circumference – but a disciple has surrendered – he is no more separate for the Guru – he has merged at the feet of the Guru. ONENESS!A disciple is NOT interested in gathering knowledge from the outside world but from WITHIN. And that makes a disciple far superior to a mere student.

“A disciple is a rare phenonemon. It is very easy to be a student because the student is searching knowledge. The student can only meet the teacher, he can never meet the master. The reality of the master will remain hidden to the student. The student functions from the head. He functions logically, rationally. He gathers knowledge, he becomes more and more knowledgeable. Finally one day he will become a teacher, but all that he knows is borrowed, nothing is really his own. A student can become a teacher but not a master” – Osho

RAHU in MAGHA is searching for knowledge – he or she just goes on accumulating knowledge – they can become a good student – but not a disciple!

A disciple is always patient – he can wait and wait and wait – because he has tremendous FAITH in the master.

A student is always impatient. A student is always demanding. A student is a ‘commercial’ product who just ‘pays’ to learn – and the teacher is one who ‘charge money’ to pass on knowledge! It is a very commercialized arrangement – and you cannot expect sharing of ‘the beyond’ in a commercialized environment – and so the student may learn and become a teacher someday – but not a master – because to become the master – you first have to become a disciple!

To experience GOD – you first have to become ARJUNA – you first have to become ANANDA, you first have to become John, the Baptist! These were the greatest disciples – the love between the master and the disciple is beyond the power of expression.

“The relationship between a student and a teacher is that of the head, and a relationship between a disciple and a master is that of the heart – it is a love relationship, mad in the eyes of the world, utterly mad. In fact, no love is as total as the love that happens between the master and the disciple.” – Osho

RAHU in MAGHA spoils all the possibilities of become a disciple – though the person becomes a good student – at the most earns a few degrees from Oxford or Harvard and earns a good amount of money and status – but that’s all – nothing beyond the material world comes his/her way because they are too much caught up in their HEAD – the ‘focus’ is on learning from a ‘teacher’ – because to learn from the master – you need to surrender yourself at the feet of the master – you need to have patience – and to have patience – you need to have unwavering faith which is absent in a RAHU MAGHA native.

RAHU in MAGHA is a state of a corrupted conscious – and a corrupted conscious cannot become a disciple – cannot melt into the master – cannot evaporate – cannot merge – cannot surrender.

“A real disciple starts melting into the master. The disciple destroys all distance between himself and the master, the disicple yields, the disciple surrenders, the disciple effaces himself. He becomes a nonentity, he becomes a nothingness. And in that nothingness his heart opens. In that absence his ego has disappeared and the master can penetrate into his being.” – Osho

Reminds me of story. Story of Rahim.

Rahim was one of the greatest Sufi saints – and one day his disciple asked “ What happened when you met your master?”

Rahim had become very old. Looking at his disciple – Rahim’s eyes became wet – the fond memories of his master brought tears in his eyes – he said “ When I met my master, the master never looked at me for three years. I was sitting from morning till evening. So many people were coming and going and he was talking to people and he did not look at me, as if I did not exist for him yet. But I was persistent because I had felt the presence of the master and I had tasted the sweetness of his surroundings. I remained — in fact the more he ignored me, the more I became certain that there is some secret in his ignoring me.”

“ Then after three years – one afternoon when I was sweeping the floor – the master looked at me – that was the FIRST TIME – when he looked at me. That was a recognition that I am NOT a student but a DISCIPLE. A student would have got lost in three years; no student can stay that long waiting just for a look. Then another three years passed and he never looked again.”

“Then – then what happened…” asked Rahim’s disciple.

Rahim said “ After three years the master looked again and smiled too, and his smile went almost like a sharp sword into my heart. I wanted to ask “Why you smiled?” But the master didn’t give him a chance to ask – he started talking with other disciples.”

“Then when was it that the master looked at you again?”

Rahim said “ Three more years passed – then one day he called me – kissed on my forehead and said “My son, now you are ready. Now you can go and spread the message.”

Nine years – after nine years I had heard him talk – and my heart was moved – I started crying – the master gave me a hug and said “ You are ready – why you cry, I am with you.”

That was all – the master said “You are ready and now you can leave and spread the message.”

No message was shared in words – just a touch – just the omnipresence of the master and his ‘Aadesh” – Order and I was set on my greatest journey of life – the spiritual journey!

For nine years Rahim had been there. The only message was that once he was looked at, once he was smiled at, and once he had been kissed on his forehead.

But if the master is saying you are ready, it must be so. Touching the feet of the master in gratitude he left.

No student can wait for NINE years just for a look, just for a smile, just for a kiss from the master! A student is always in RUSH – RAHU in MAGHA can give birth to a good student but not to a disciple – to become a disciple – you need more than what a student has – you need PATIENCE, you need FAITH, you need the willingness to live your life by surrendering yourself in totality at the feet of the compassionate divine MASTER!

Eklavya learned the art of archery just the way Arjun learned from his teacher “Dronacharya”.

EKLAVYA remained a STUDENT. DRONACHARYA may not have taught him – but EKLAVYA made a statue of DRONACHARYA and learned – he was a self-learner – a good student. Arjun also was a good student of DRONACHARYA.

Then what made ARJUN superior to EKLAVYA – when EKLAVYA also was as expert as ARJUN?

While ARJUNA was a STUDENT of DRONACHARYA – later he became a DISCIPLE of KRISHNA! There cannot be any good example than this – and only a wise can relate – only a man of understanding can realize the difference between a STUDENT and a DISCIPLE. EKLAVYA never was able to find his master because he could not go beyond the level of a student – he remained a student – he never was able to become a DISCIPLE. Whereas ARJUNA became one of the greatest DISCIPLE of Lord KRISHNA – that the world had ever known!

“A disciple is the rarest flowering of human consciousness, because beyond the disicple there is only one peak more – the master. And one who has been totally a disciple, one day becomes a master. Disciplehood is a process of becoming a master. But one should not start with the idea of becoming a master; otherwise one is going to miss because then it is again a ego trip. One should come – simply to evaporate.” – Osho

RAHU in MAGHA – basically is a typical placement that does well on the material world platform. ‘Student’ is also a version of material world – while ‘Disciple’ is the higher version – a version that is made available only in the spiritual world. To become a DISCIPLE – you need a certain depth of spirituality within you – which RAHU in MAGHA lacks and so they do well as a BRIGHT STUDENT who goes to a good university – earns a degree and earns money and fame. Their whole energy is in becoming the center of attention – the ‘knowledge’ that they seek is also to gain more attention – they want to SCREAM to the whole world that “I AM SOMEBODY”.

RAHU in MAGHA can become a good SHOW MAKER. They can do well in DRAMA, POLITICS and also bestows the qualities of becoming a good entrepreneur.

These natives are highly obsessed with their children. They are also demanding towards their children – these folks are the ones who demand “ You should come first this time in your class.” – “You should win this race” – “You should make us feel proud.” – a long demand list is always lurking the minds of these people. Many times their children are fed up of this demanding nature and so they often face a ‘breakup’ from their children – they blame their children but in reality it is their demanding nature and high expectation that break them apart from their children.

These natives become parents who are obsessed with their child – and this obsession comes from RAHU because RAHU is obsession – RAHU makes you one dimensional when life has to be multi-dimensional.

“Parents are telling their children, “We love you” and they are the people who destroy their children, they are the people who give their children all kinds of prejudices, all kinds of dead superstitions. They are the people who burden their children with the whole load of rubbish that generations have been carrying. And each generation goes on transferring it to another generation. The madness goes on, becoming mountainous. Yet all parents think they love their children. If they really loved their children, they would not like their children to be their images because they are just miserable and nothing else. Life has not been a blessing to them but a curse. And still they want their children to be just like themselves.” – -Osho

Even before the child knows what ‘doctor’ means or what ‘engineer’ means – the parents who say “We love our child” – goes on brainwashing their child – dumping their failed dreams of becoming a doctor or an engineer on their child – they go on feeding the child’s brain – “You should become a doctor” – “You should become an engineer” – and then they smile and say “ We love our children”!

If you love your children then you will NEVER cast your DREAMS – you will never enforce your DREAMS on your CHILD – you will give him/her FULL FREEDOM to become whatsoever they wish to – because that is TRUE LOVE – LOVE is NOT DEMANDING – LOVE is giving FREEDOM to the person you LOVE!

“Love can never possess. Love can never demand. Love is giving freedom to the other. Love is an unconditional gift, it is NOT a bargain.” – Osho

The very first lesson for natives having RAHU in MAGHA is – love the person but give total freedom to the person you love. If you love your wife – or girlfriend – give her the freedom to breath and take her own decisions. If you love your daughter or son – give them the freedom to make their choice of career – don’t force your desires and dreams on your children – they are NOT products that should carry the labels that you want – they are living beings – they are individuals – let them have their life – let them have their freedom.

“When you give freedom to somebody – you have given the greatest gift and love comes rushing towards you.” – Osho

RAHU in MAGHA natives are good parents but they miss to experience love from their children because they become too demanding and too possessive or at time the child dies early in life leaving the RAHU MAGHA native in a deep shock.

Joe Biden – the current POTUS – having RAHU in MAGHA – lost his first wife and two children – his daughter died in a car accident and his son from second marriage died of brain cancer.

“No parents should be pre-deceased by their sons or daughters,” Biden said. “I, unfortunately, have that experience, too.” -Joe Biden

RAHU in MAGHA attracts many tragedies in life – and many of them come suddenly – pushing the native in a deep shock.

Interestingly – Joe Biden and Barack Obama – both have RAHU in MAGHA Nakshatra.

And both became attained the seat of power (MAGHA) – when Obama became the first black President of US and Biden the Vice-President! While Biden had to face tragedies in his mid thirties – Obama had to go through many difficulties and tragedies during his childhood days since he was raised by a single mom and later by his maternal grandparents.

“I didn’t have a dad in the house. And I was angry about it, even though I didn’t necessarily realize it at the time. I made bad choices. I got high without always thinking about the harm that it could do. I didn’t always take school as seriously as I should have. I made excuses. Sometimes I sold myself short.” Barack Obama

These natives find good SHOCK ABSORBERs because RAHU in MAGHA brings many shocking moments in their life. The best SHOCK ABSORBER is laughter and so the native having RAHU in MAGHA should learn to laugh – should take it easy. When Obama became the President in 2008 – the US was in deep economic recession – war and poor economy had led to a gloomy environment across America – and that is when he truly became a great shock absorber for his country – he tried to bring the ‘ALOHA SPIRIT’ among his people, his countrymen.

“I try to explain to them about the aloha spirit … And it’s that spirit that I am absolutely convinced is what America is looking for right now.”

Generally natives having RAHU in MAGHA avoid being too serious because seriousness is illness – seriousness stops you from being yourself. You miss humor, you miss life!

“Seriousness is illness; seriousness has nothing spiritual about it. Spirituality is laughter, spirituality is joy, spirituality is fun.” – Osho

RAHU in MAGHA – is a unique combo that gives a feeling to the native as if his life is like a roller coaster.

“Life is like a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs. But it’s your choice to scream or enjoy the ride.”

These natives go through many SUDDEN HIGH and LOW phases of life. However if the native’s birth chart has overall positive placement of planets then even though while going through the low phases of life – they NEVER lose their enthusiasm.

“Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.” -Winston Churchill

Investments in stock markets is a favorite subject for RAHU in MAGHA natives. Many also become good investment banker with this placement. They like to RISK. George Clooney having RAHU in MAGHA – is a perfect example of a high risk taker!

“Take risks: if you win, you will be happy; if you lose, you will be wise.”

RAHU in the MAGHA NAKSHATRA of a GREAT GAMBLER (KETU) – makes the person a high risk taker in the matters of stock market and investments. This placement brings great potential to earn a lot of money through stock market – or through gambling.

Many big time investors have RAHU in MAGHA nakshatra – because to become a good successful investor – you need to take HIGH RISKS.

“SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE TAKE BIG RISKS KNOWING THAT THEY MIGHT FALL HARD. BUT THEY MIGHT SUCCEED MORE THAN THEY EVER DREAMED.”

One good thing about RAHU in MAGHA is that they like everything to be GRAND – SPACIOUS – KINGLY in display. Generally you will not find stingy people having RAHU in MAGHA – they spend well and they also spend well for lavish parties and for friends and family.

Their motto is simple – LIVE BIG, LIVE KING SIZE.

“BETTER TO LIVE ONE YEAR AS A LION, THAN A HUNDRED AS A SHEEP.”

RAHU MAGHA native just loves to buy big brands – he or she is indeed a man who buys a thing by first looking what brand it belongs to!

RAHU MAGHA natives are large hearted men – who may do a favor but will not ask or expect anything in return. The ‘LEO’ (Lion) nature is of GIVING and just GIVING like a GODFATHER!

“Someday – and that day may never come, I’ll call upon you to do a service for me. But until that day, accept this justice as a gift.” -The Godfather

LEO zodiac natives are good friends – and when it comes to RAHU in MAGHA – then the native becomes too attached with friends. To him – friendship is more than family!

“Friendship is everything. Friendship is more than talent. It is more than the government. It is almost the equal of family. – Don Corleone” -Mario Puzo, The Godfather

RAHU in the ROYAL NAKSHATRA of MAGHA – naturally brings a craving for ROYAL LIFE – natives are naturally attracted towards ROYAL families – or towards ‘men and women who hold top posts in the Administration.” MAGHA RAHU native take great pleasure in establishing connections within the top Government circles – because that gives a boost to their ‘Status’ – their ‘Prestige’.

Prestige. Prestige is like ‘Oxygen’ for these men and women – they may be unhappy in their marriage but they will never knock on the door of the court – because DIVORCE means threat to their prestige and so they generally remain unhappy in their marriage but never dare to file a divorce because “What people will say?”

In exception situations they will take divorce only when they are pressurized by their family – otherwise they generally want to keep their ‘image’ as crystal clear as possible.

These natives generally don’t wait for others approval of their talent – they go out in the market – roar like a lion and build their own brand.

“Instead of begging to be picked by others, you have the choice to pick yourself and build your brand.” – Bernard Clive

Instead of begging for a seat, these natives build their own table.

For RAHU in MAGHA natives – driving on the road to greatness is possible when they bring humility, service and character to their being and self-realize the fact that GREATNESS is NOT found in position or prestige or power.

“Greatness is not found in POSSESSIONS, POWER, POSITION, OR PRESTIGE. It is discovered in  GOODNESS, HUMILITY, SERVICE, AND CHARACTER.” -William Arthur Ward

In this universe – three prominent energies dwell – the Sanskrit scriptures address them as:

  1. SATTVIC (Pious by nature)
  2. TAMASIC (Devilish by nature)
  3. RAJASIC (Pleasure-seeking by nature)

RAHU in MAGHA is TAMASIC by nature. And so the craving for POWER, for KNOWLEDGE, for POSITION is too much than otherwise. The subtle desire (RAHU) is to gain the SEAT OF POWER by hook or crook. Joe Biden finally attained the seat of power and became the 46th President of US – though many doubts and questions were raised by his opponent (Donald Trump) concerning the authenticity of the US Presidential elections.

Magha Rahu natives seek Knowledge -but this seeking is to gain more PRESTIGE and more POWER in the society. The focus is on the outside and not much on the self-growth! The whole focus is on the OUTSIDE POMP – the more the POMP the better.

TRUTH is HARD but TRUTH can also liberate you – transform you into a much evolved being – only if you are able to accept the TRUTH.

RAHU in MAGHA is determined individual who is power hungry and also hungry for attention. It is said that whatsoever you wish – whatsoever you desire – someday – during a certain birth cycle your desire manifests – it is pure science – it is the law of vibration.

“THE LAW OF VIBRATION You must be a vibrational match to whatever it is that you want to manifest. This is done by simply feeling good about having it.”

If you want to experience GOD – if you want to ‘see’ Krishna – then you first have to become ARJUNA – only then the vibrational match is possible. To ‘see’ Krishna you should have the ‘eyes’ of Arjuna! Only when there is ‘match’ – the desire – the wish manifests – it all begins from that one person – YOU.

That is why it is said that the master appears before you only when you are ‘READY’. This ‘READINESS’ is based on how much you have ‘succeeded’ through your self-efforts in expanding your consciousness.

“The term ‘DISCIPLESHIP’ defines the effort to live a life of service with its inevitable expansions of consciousness.” -Lucis Trust

When a soul holds an intense desire for POWER – then in some birth cycle his desire is manifested because he has shaped himself according to what he desires for!

“If your desire is strong enough, it doesn’t matter what your beliefs are. If you have a desire that is strong enough, that desire will be the dominant vibration, and it will over-ride any other vibration that you have.” -Abraham

DESIRE is what DRIVES us all – you cannot drop the desire but you can always raise the quality of your desire by purifying your desires.

“Desire has not to be destroyed, it has to be purified. Desire has not to be dropped, it has to be transformed. Your very being is desire; to be against it is to be against yourself and against all.” -Osho

The very first step towards raising the quality of your life is focusing on purifying your desire. Purifying the desire simply means that you want to hurt someone – but now you have decided not to hurt. Purifying your desire means you had the desire of having sex but now you have consciously dropped the idea of having sex. You have self-realized enough is enough.

When desires start transforming – when desires start purifying then RAHU signify positive results in your birth chart because Desire is RAHU. If you all are having trouble from RAHU in your chart then you all should focus on raising the quality of your desire – that in itself will change the quality of RAHU in your birth chart.

RAHU in MAGHA native is very ambitious by nature – and when ambition takes over – joy is not found. When ambition is curbed – you can find joy in life!

“How to find joy? Let your ambition disappear; ambition is the barrier.” – Osho

The road to spirituality and the key to spiritual growth begins only when you drop ambition – when you stop being ‘SOMEBODY’ (Rahu) and start being a ‘NOBODY’ (Ketu).

“WHEN YOU LOVE, YOU HAVE TO BECOME NOBODY. IF YOU REMAIN SOMEBODY, THEN LOVE NEVER HAPPENS.” -OSHO

The very source of AMBITION is RAHU – because the other name of RAHU is FEAR.

“All ambition is out of fear….! All ambition is out of an inferiority complex… Because you are afraid to be yourself!” -osho-

LEO has 3 NAKSHATRAS- MAGHA, PURVAPHALGUNI & a part of UTTARA PHALGUNI.

RAHU is more damaging in MAGHA and UTTARA PHALGUNI Nakshatra than otherwise – especially if it is with MARS or SATURN in LEO sign.

RAHU in MAGHA may satisfy the demands and desires of attaining the seat of power but in return the native also has to pay a heavy price. The native may fulfil his desires but he or she has to pay a heavy cost in return.

RAHU will never give you anything for FREE. If RAHU gives you MONEY – he takes away your PEACE in return. If Rahu gives abundance of sexual pleasures than he he takes away your awareness in return. If RAHU gives you immense POWER than he he takes away your love life in return. In fact a man who LOVES POWER will never fall in love or he will always keep himself away from LOVE!

“The men who love power never fall in love. Even if they fall in love they keep themselves at a distance.” -Osho

RAHU in MAGHA natives are POWER ADDICT people – and when a man is behind power – he fails miserably in personal relationships – his family life is in chaos or he simply has NO family life!

“There are power addicts who spend their whole life tring to become more and more powerful -how to reach New Delhi or Washington. Their whoe life seems to be just an effort to reach the capital. For what? Why do people enjoy power so much? Why this madness, this political madness? The reason is that they don’t have any power over themeselves. They need a substitute. The can feel happy if they have power over others.” -Osho

To a power hungry person – LETTING GO is not possible. RAHU in MAGHA native find difficulty in LETTING GO – they will NEVER forgive – because they can NEVER LET GO.

“There’s a difference between goodbye and letting go. Goodbye is “I’ll see you again when I’m ready to hold your hand, & when you’re ready to hold mine. Letting go is “I’ll miss your hand. I realized it’s not mine to hold, and I will never hold it again…”

KETU is LET GO.

KETUISH man can easily LET GO – and because he can LET GO – he can FORGIVE. KETUISH man is detached from everything and yet connected to everything.

Paramhansa Yogananda – the divine master and Author of the legendary book “Autobiography of a YOGI” was born on rising MAGHA Nakshatra(Ascendant LEO). It is said that at the time of death — Steve Jobs had only ONE BOOK on his i-pad and it was “Autobiography of a YOGI”!

“The AUTOBIOGRAPHY of a YOGI” – Paramhansa Yogananda -PARAMAHANSA YOGANANDA

MAGHA NAKSHATRA is perfect NAKSHATRA when it comes to LETTING GO – because it is ruled by KETU. In fact MAGHA has all the essence of a MONK, a SANYASI – a man who is on the greatest journey of his life – the Spiritual Journey!

People connect with me spontaneously – when they are born on MAGHA NAKSHATRA – especially when their ASCENDANT is rising with MAGHA!

But when RAHU arrives in MAGHA – the LETTING GO nature of this beautiful NAKSHATRA is reversed and native is unable to LET GO. And when you are unable to LET GO – you cannot forgive and when you cannot forgive you are bound to experience more miseries and more sleepless nights.

A good night sleep comes only when you go with the flow – when you accept – when you LET GO.

“In the end, only three things matter, how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.” -Buddha

Much of the miseries come your way because you are not willing to LET GO – and the primary reason is your MIND. RAHU is the NORTH NODE of the MOON which signify the MIND and RAHU loves to CLING – and a man who goes on CLINGING – is bound to lose the person or thing he clings to!

“You can only lose what you cling to.” -Buddha

RAHU in MAGHA natives just cling to power – and so they always are under the fear of losing the SEAT OF POWER (MAGHA) – and usually they lose the seat of power – because you only lose what you cling to!

When it comes to POWER – it reminds me of ALEXANDER, the GREAT because he had been winning many continents – he was an EMPEROR – EMPEROR ALEXANDER – the GREAT. He was the epitome of POWER, AMBITION, STRENGTH.

Although ALEXANDER was another name to ‘POWER’ – it is said that when ALEXANDER came to INDIA, he collected many precious treasures – abundance of GOLD and DIAMONDS, and when he was about to leave India – he came across a naked fakir.

Alexander asked the fakir “Do you see my treasures? Have you ever seen anybody with so many treasures?”

The fakir said, “All your treasures are nothing, but I can give you one thing that will really make you rich!”

Alexander could not imagine what this naked fakir could give him. In his begging bowl the fakir had a small mirror. He gave the mirror to Alexander.

Alexander said, “This mirror will make me the richest man in the world? You must be mad!”

The fakir said, “First look in the mirror.”

And Alexander looked into the mirror: it did not show his face – it showed his inner being, it showed his interiority, it showed his subjectivity. His being was reflected in the mirror.

He touched the feet of the fakir and said, “You are right – all my treasures are nothing before this mirror.”

It is said that he kept this mirror continuously with him.

That mirror represent meditation. The fakir must have given him some meditation because only meditation can make you aware of who you are.

POWER cannot help you to realize who you are – greed for POWER drags you away from your ‘SELF’ – you go on killing thousands of people just to gain more power – more territories but within – you remain a restless miserable man.

POWER is NOT bad – only if it is in the hands of an awakened being – a BUDDHA, a Christ, a Krishna, a Mahavira!

POWER becomes bad – when it is in the hands of an ignorant corrupted being.

RAHU in MAGHA does well when the individual or the native has brought much awareness to his being – then through the ‘seat of power’ (MAGHA) he can help the common man, the nation and its people.

It is a MYTH that Power corrupts YOU. Power cannot corrupt you – unless you are already a corrupt being. Power simply brings your corruption into action.

People are full of violence, greed, anger, passion – but has no power; so they remain a saint. To be violent you need to be powerful. To fulfill your greed you need to be powerful. To satisfy your passions you need to be powerful. So when power happens into your hands, all your sleeping dogs start barking. Power becomes a nourishment to you, an opportunity. It is not that power corrupts, you are corrupted. Power only brings your corruption into the open. You wanted to kill somebody, but you had not the power to kill; but if you have the power, you will kill.

“It is not power that corrupts you, corruption you carry within yourself; power simply gives you the opportunity to do whatever you want to do.” – Osho

POWER in the hands of an awakened being will not cause harm but only help to those who are in need.

“Power in the hands of a man like Gautam Buddha will not corrupt; on the contrary, it will help humanity to raise its consciousness. Power in the hands of Genghis Khan destroys people, rapes women, burns people alive. Whole villages are burnt – people are not allowed to get out. It is not power…this man Genghis Khan must have been carrying all these desires in him.” – Osho

Whatever is hidden in your seeds, whatever is your potentiality, power gives you a chance – because most human beings are living so unconsciously that when they come to power all their unconscious instincts have a chance to be fulfilled. Then they don’t care whether it kills people, whether it poisons people….

Power is misused because you have desires which are ugly. The real character of a man comes out only when he is given power – absolute power.

“IF YOU WANT TO TEST A MAN’S CHARACTER, GIVE HIM POWER” – Abraham Lincoln

RAHU in MAGHA is NOT a bad placement because it brings POWER – it is a great placement for someone who aspires to shine in Politics, in Drama, in Acting, in Modelling. POWER is NOT bad – that is what the society has been labeling always that POWER is BAD – POWER CORRUPTS YOU – no, power is NOT bad – if you are not bad, if you are living with AWARENESS.

“For thousands of years we have condemned power, without thinking that power has not to be condemned; people have to be cleaned of all the ugly instincts that are hiding within them, because everybody is going to have some kind of power or other.” Osho

RAHU in MAGHA natives are power seekers – the intense subtle desire is to attain the seat of power (Magha) – which is good as far as you clean all the ugly instincts that are hidden within you – and to cleanse yourself the only way – is by meditating every day!

“Meditation is a process of getting rid of the whole past, of getting rid of all diseases, of getting rid of all the pus that has gathered in you. It is painful, but it is cleansing, and there is no other way to cleanse you.” -Osho

Just the way the physical body needs a good bath every day – similarly your inner being also need a good bath every day and it comes in the form of meditation.

“Now I meditate twice a day for half an hour. In meditation, I can let go of everything. I’m not Hugh Jackman. I’m not a dad. I’m not a husband. I’m just dipping into that powerful source that creates everything. I take a little bath in it.” -Huge Jackman

When awareness comes to your being – when awareness, consciousness expands – then all the RAHUISH (WORDLY affairs) can be very effectively managed for the well being of others!

This is how you can change the quality of your life – this is how all those having RAHU in MAGHA can brings a pleasant change in this human world by cleansing themselves and expanding your consciousness – which is possible only when your meditation is not limited to a few minutes but becomes a way of life.

“Meditation is a kind of medicine; its use is only for the time being. Once you have learned the quality, then you need not do any particular meditation, then the meditation has to spread all over your life.” – Osho

Every day millions of buds blossom into a beautiful flower…..

You also can blossom, you also can dance, you also can sing a song – only when you live by surrendering yourself to GOD – only when you start meditating on God’s holy name.

Chant the name of the Lord – every day, with unconditional love, with no expectations. And then the miracles will start happening – miracles happen every day in our life – we miss to ‘see’ these miracles because we are still ‘blind’ and the fakir has given us a mirror – the fakir must be really mad because he is giving mirror to blind people like us – but the mirror he gives is the most wonderful gift of the beyond – the mirror is ‘meditation’ – through meditation you can ‘see’ – it is only through meditation that you will gain a new ‘perspective’ towards life – a fresh perspective – a new vision.

Meditate with love – because there it is only through LOVE – unconditional love – that you can experience the beyond – the Godly – the Divine – and that’s what MAGHA is all about – the Divine Seat of POWER – where the enlightened beings sit and direct this human world.

I humbly prostate before the divine seat of power – MAGHA – the majestic Star where the angels dwell.

Angels represent: the totality of life, innocence of life, celebration of life.

MAGHA is the home to angels – and RAHU in MAGHA natives perfectly understand the fact – that life is NOT logic, that life is NOT a philosophy – life is a celebration!

The real meaning of ‘creativity’ is – loving whatsoever you do, celebrating it as a Gift of God!

RAHU in MAGHA brings creativity because they love whatsoever they do – they dance, they sing – they are perfectly aware that the true religion is in celebrating life. They don’t analyze, they celebrate life.

When you celebrate, the whole existence participates with you.

“To be able to celebrate life is religion. In that very celebration you come close to God. If one is able to celebrate, God is not far away; if one is not able to celebrate life, then God does not exist for him. God appears only in deep celebration, when you are so full of joy that all misery has left you, all darkness has left you.” – Osho

God comes only to a open mind and not close mind. You have to open up to the existence, you have to share your thoughts – you have to express yourself without thinking who will say what – RAHU in LEO’s MAGHA – gives that open window – to express, to sing, to share, to dance!

Dance – but when you dance – become the dance – don’t let the dancer (ego) control you – when you sing – become the song, when you love – become love.

“I love, because my love is not dependent on the object of love. My love is dependent on my state of being. So whether the other person changes, becomes different, friend turns into a foe, does not matter, because my love was never dependent on the other person. My love is my state of being. I simply love.” – Osho

The solution to all the miseries of human life is found only in one word – LOVE.

Love can heal – Love can forgive. And Love can lead you to the state of liberation (Moksha).

Leo is indeed the sign of individuality – and only an individual can truly love – only an individual can understand the essence of true love – because he is not bothered about the society – he is not chasing respectability – he is happy to BE – he is not interested in BECOMING.

“The best gift you can give yourself, is the gift of Being Yourself.”

Be who you are and share what you feel because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.

Freedom is the fuel – freedom is the foundation of a blissful life but this freedom should come from within – inner freedom. Inner freedom is possible. It happens as you go deeper and deeper into awareness. Watch your body, watch your thought processes.

Buddha says: Watch, witness the whole process of your thoughts. Slowly, slowly, you will be aware that you are not any thought—you are not mind at all. You are a pure witness. The experience of pure witnessing is the experience of total freedom, but it is an inward phenomenon. And a man who is inwardly totally free has no hankering to be outwardly free. He is capable of accepting nature as it is.

Such a man lives with ACCEPTANCE – to such a man, Buddha calls a TATHATAGATA – one who has experienced total freedom within – one who is the real LION – the real GURU – the real MASTER who reigns over the ‘space’ to which the world calls MAGHA – the seat of power, real power whose roots are found in the seed of Love.

Love to all my readers.

Jai Shri Ganesha. Jai Guru.

DHARMA (Righteousness) – is the essence of Moola. Moola born natives are religious by nature. However the definition of ‘Religion’ differs and is very subjective. To natives existing at the base level of consciousness – religion means following a certain dogma, certain rules, certain customs and traditions.

“Life exists without rules; games cannot exist without rules. Only false religion has rules because false religion is a game.” -Osho

However natives whose consciousness has evolved to higher state – to such natives the definition of religion is ‘Love’ – ‘Humanity’.

“The greatest harm that the so-called religions have done to humanity is to prevent humanity from finding the true religion.” -Osho

A true religion requires real experience.

“A true religion will not require faith from you. A true religion will require experience. It will not ask you to drop your doubt, it will help you to sharpen your doubt so that you can inquire to the very end. The true religion will help you to find your truth.” – Osho

True religion is about being righteous and living with awareness. It has nothing to do with being Hindu, Muslim or Christian or Sikh – it simply has to do with the state of your AWARENESS. The greater the awareness the greater is the depth of your religion.

“True religion is real living; living with all one’s soul, with all one’s goodness and righteousness.” -Albert Einstein

Swami Vivekananda specifically mentions that the true essence of ‘Religion’ is being true to yourself.

“THE GREATEST RELIGION IS TO BE TRUE TO YOUR OWN NATURE. HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELVES.” -Swami Vivekananda

Swami Vivekananda was against all kind of organized religions because organized religions simply make you a ‘pawn’ – they use you to spread more violence and more regulations – organized religions have always lead to more suffocation than freedom.

“If you want to be religious, enter not the gate of any organised religions. They do a hundred times more evil than good, because they stop the growth of each one’s individual development.” – Swami Vivekananda

A less evolved soul having RAHU in MOOLA will become a follower of an organized religion. He will spend his whole life in proving how the religion in which he is born is superior to the other religions.

Organized religions are ‘climbing ladder’ for politicians – by making religious propaganda – the politicians have grabbed the seat of power. Organized religion has become a synonym for the word ‘Politics’.

“No organized religion can be in favor of a totally open mind. That’s why an organized religion is not a religion at all; it is a politics.” -Osho

It all depends on the level of your consciousness – there are men and women who have killed thousands of men and women on the name of ‘Religion’ and there are men and women who have made this human world a better place by nurturing love – by being human.

“THE ESSENCE OF BEING HUMAN IS THAT ONE DOES NOT SEEK PERFECTION” -George Orwell

Perfection is a myth. Perfection means – you are dead. There is no further scope of improvement. Whereas the whole UNIVERSE operates in IMPERFECTION and because it is imperfect it is GROWING – had it been perfect – it would have been dead by now.

A perfectionist is always restless and cause much pain to those who are involved in his work.

“Just the other day I came across a statement: a perfectionist is a person who takes great pains, and gives even greater pains to others. And the outcome is just a miserable world!” -Osho

MOOLA nakshatra native anyhow is NOT a perfectionist. He or she loves to be natural – and because they remain natural with all their imperfections – they look beautiful! When you live by being yourself- you look appealing, you look brilliant, you look beautiful.

“You are naturally beautiful when you are yourself”

Only that woman looks beautiful – who is natural – and only that man is trustworthy – who is natural in his body language – in expressing his feelings, his emotions!

And you will be able to express yourself naturally – when there is NO HEAD but only the HEART that beats with love, with feelings – and that is what KETU – the Lord of MOOLA – is all about!

MOOLA is a beautiful nakshatra simple because it operates without logic – the only danger is that if the native is a typical hardliner religious person – then he may not think – but just cut your head on the name of religion. However if the native is an evolved being – matured and meditative being than he will not think but save your life at the cost of his life because to him – the only religion is the religion of humanity – of love!

So you see – MOOLA is just like the KNIFE – it depends on whose hands the knife falls – if it falls in the hand of a hardliner religious activist then on the name of religion – he may simply go on cutting the heads of innocent men and women. And if the knife falls in the hand of a spiritual meditative being – then he will use the knife to protect the innocent – he will try to stop the madness and the killings that are done on the name of religion.

MOOLA – therefore gives two versions – a typical RELIGIOUS HARDLINER OR a Humanist spiritual being.

Depending on the ‘version’ you belong to – RAHU in MOOLA will manifest its results. In a religious less evolved soul – RAHU in MOOLA will exaggerate his religiousness and make him utterly religious hardliner. While in a much evolved soul – RAHU in MOOLA will boost his/her spiritual growth – making them more focused on meditations, Yoga, and alternative therapies that bring a positive change in their being and in turn in their life as well.

MOOLA RAHU natives – especially the evolved souls cannot stand INJUSTICE – cannot tolerate CORRUPTION. And so many times they go against the CORRUPT ADMINISTRATION – the ADMINISTRATION may frame them as RAJDROHI (going against the KING/ADMINISTRATION) but they are like CHANAKYA who stood against the might MAGADHA emperor because he was utterly corrupt, rude, ignorant and arrogant in his behavior.

RAHU in MOOLA is a very hot-tempered native. They are fired up with so many ideals and principals of life that they can become great revolutionist who fight for Justice and Equal rights. If they are hardliner religious activists then they will fight for the rights of their religion and if they are spiritual humanists then they will fight for HUMANITY. RAHU in MOOLA native is a fighter by birth.

“NO NONSENSE” is the primary mantra of all RAHU in MOOLA Nakshatra natives. These natives like to stick to the point – if you try to go round and round the bush – they will simply ask you to get to the ‘BOTTOMLINE’ – because they like to get to the point as quickly as possible. The are fast movers and their favorite slogan is “MOVE FAST”.

“Work smart. Get things done. No nonsense. Move fast.” SUSAN WOJCICKI” -CEO OF YOUTUBE”

Rahu Moola natives will NOT run around the bush – they will come direct to the point.

If a RAHU MOOLA man loves you – then he will not waste time running around the bush – he will simply step ahead – bend on his knees and say “I LOVE YOU”.

RAHU in MOOLA is a very HOT affair. They are intense in their love relationships and at times this intensity brings ‘jealousy’ – ‘insecurity’- and a ‘possessive’ nature which ultimately leads to a break-up in their relationships.

BREAK-UP is very hard for RAHU MOOLA natives. When love is intense – love-breakup is also very intensely hurting experience and RAHU in MOOLA often goes through intense pain when they go through break-ups.

MOOLA by nature is a LETGO Nakshatra – since it belongs to KETU.

However RAHU reverses this nature of LETTING GO and instead makes the person more attached and more entangled – which eventually leads the native into depression and frustrations in relationships. They continue to ‘HANG ON’ to the memories of their past relationships even though their ‘partner’ has left them long back.

“MY LOVE FOR YOU IS NOT GOING TO END NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU MAKE ME CRY.”

The very first message to all my readers having RAHU in MOOLA is – learn to LET GO and realize the fact that YOU deserve MORE than the person who have left you.

“BE STRONG ENOUGH ΤΟ LET GO AND WISE ENOUGH TO WAIT FOR WHAT YOU DESERVE.”

RAHU in MOOLA natives are GOD FEARING men and women.

In reality – one should be GOD LOVING and NOT GOD FEARING!

The men who call themselves – RELIGIOUS – are GOD FEARING men. And GOD FEARING men can NEVER be RELIGIOUS in the true sense.

“The ordinary GOD is nothing but a projection of your fear. It is not love, it is not trust – because love knows nothing of fear, and trust knows nothing of fear. Just as light has never seen darkness, love and trust have never met fear. But in all languages of the world there are expressions like “God-Fearing” – the religious person is known as God fearing. That is sheer nonsense. A religious person CANNOT be God Fearing. If he is God Fearing he is NOT religious yet. How can you fear GOD?” – Osho

EXPLOITATION has happened in the CHURCH, in the TEMPLES, in the MOSQUES, in the SHRINES more than it has happened in the offices or elsewhere. And the reason is very obvious – “FEAR OF GOD” which the priests have been instilling in the mind of the common people.

“Priest have made so much fuss about hell, punishment, karma; they have made so much fuss about a God who is a very angry God – if you disobey him he will throw you into hellfire, and for eternity. It is the priest’s work to create fear in you, because once fear is there -then they can exploit you. A fearful person will go to church, to the mosque, to the temple – but he is NOT going to GOD, he is going to the priest and the priest exploits his or her fear.” – Osho

In reality – it is NOT just the priests – but a certain section of Doctors, Lawyers, Astrologers and Black Magicians – are busy in creating FEAR in you – because unless there is FEAR – you will NOT yield – and unless you start yielding – how will they run their business?

TRUTH is HARD – and only a truthful man or woman can face the reality – the truth of life.

RAHU in MOOLA gives birth to a typical GOD FEARING person.

However if the horoscope has a certain higher quality to it – then the same RAHU in MOOLA native can become a GOD LOVING person. The true essence of being RELIGIOUS is of tremendous love and NOT fear.

“A really religious person has a totally different approach toward life; it is NOT fear, it is of tremendous love. His God comes out of love, his God is nothing but another name for his total love. His God is another name for his total orgasmic joy with existence.” – Osho

When you are in LOVE with GOD – the only FEAR that exists is the FEAR of your EGO dying – the thought of “I am somebody” evaporating and that is indeed the most beautiful sign of your spiritual development!

A SPIRITUAL person is always a LOVER of GOD – and only a LOVER of GOD is ‘RELIGIOUS’ in the true sense.

RELIGION is about LOVE – about HUMANITY – about FORGIVING – about deep understanding of the various aspects of HUMAN LIFE!

MOOLA is a beautiful NAKSHATRA because MOOLA has the potential to understand the true essence of RELIGION – the true essence of RELIGION is LOVE. GOD is LOVE and LOVE has NO RELIGION.

“PEOPLE SOMETIMES ASK ME, WHAT RELIGION ARE YOU? I ALWAYS ANSWER BY SAYING, ‘I AM A LITTLE PART OF ALL RELIGIONS AND A BIG PART OF NO RELIGION’.” – Osho

A man confined within the four walls (dogma) of a certain religion is a lost man. He spends his whole life screaming and fighting to claim that his religion is superior to the other religions – but that’s all. His whole life is spend in ignorant – in an ego trip – in utter foolishness.

A man of awareness is NOT trapped in the four walls of a specific religion – he remains OPEN to the greatest religion of all religion – HUMANITY. He is perfectly aware that GOD has NO Religion.

“GOD HAS NO RELIGION.” -MAHATMA GANDHI

GOD has NO religion – but it human ignorance that has given different flavors (religions) to the ultimate consciousness – GOD consciousness.

Reminds me of a beautiful story…

There was one great Sufi saint and his name was Abdullah.

One night Abdullah had a dream and in his dream he saw that he has reached Paradise. And the whole of Paradise is decorated, millions of lights and flowers everywhere — some celebration is going on — and great music. He enquires, “What is going on?”

And they say, “This is God’s birthday — we are celebrating it. You have come at the right time.”

So then Abdullah stands underneath a tree to see what is happening, because a great procession starts moving on the road. A man is sitting on a horse; he enquires, “Who is this man?” and they say, “Don’t you know him? He is Prophet Mohammed.”

And then millions and millions of people behind him, and he asks, “Who are these people?” and he is replied to. “They are Mohammedans, Muslims – followers of Prophet Mohammed.”

And then comes Jesus, and millions are following him. And then comes Krishna on his golden chariot, and millions again are following him. And then comes Buddha and millions are following him and so on and so forth… the procession continues……for a very long time.

And then finally, in the end, on an old donkey an old man is coming. And nobody is behind him; he is just alone. Abdullah starts laughing looking at this man — it is hilarious: nobody following him. And why should he be going on his donkey? He asks, “Who are you, sir? I have seen Mohammed, Christ, Krishna, Mahavira, Buddha — who are you? You look like a kind of joke! And nobody following you.”

And the old man is very sad and he says, “Yes, I am God. This is my birthday. But some people have become Mohammedans, some have become Christians, some have become Jews, some have become Hindus — nobody is left to be with me.”

It is said that this dream was so moving that Abdullah – the great Sufi Saint woke up – and he told his disciples the next day, “Now I am no more a Mohammedan. The dream has been a great revelation. Now I am no more part of any organized religion — I am simply myself. I would like to be with God, at least one person following HIM.”

Spiritual man is never apart of any religion – he is simply with GOD because he is perfectly aware that GOD has NO religion – in fact GOD can be experienced – GODLINESS can come to your being only when you drop the idea of belonging to any specific religion and embrace LOVE, embrace HUMANITY – for that is the REAL RELIGION and an evolved soul, a meditative person having RAHU in MOOLA perfectly connects with the true essence of RELIGION – which is LOVE.

Base level souls having RAHU in MOOLA – continue hurting and fighting and causing much harm to innocent beings on the NAME of RELIGION – when in reality they have never realized the true essence of RELIGION – that RELIGION is a BRIDGE to reach GOD – and not a roadblock to stop you from experiencing LOVE, experiencing JOY – experiencing the DIVINE.

That is why – in the very beginning I have specifically mentioned that RAHU in MOOLA can either give birth to a typical RELIGIOUS HARD LINER – or an evolved SPIRITUAL BEING who thinks beyond religion – who understands the true essence of HUMANITY, of FORGIVENESS, of LOVE.

MOOLA is a NAKSHATRA of EXTREMES. You are either a HITLER (HARDLINER RELIGIOUS MAN who killed millions of people because they were JEWS) or you are a BUDDHA who nurtured millions of men and women.

There is no middle ground – mediocrity is not a word that exists in the dictionary of RAHU in MOOLA natives life.

RAHU in MOOLA are either detached from their siblings or siblings cause much trouble to them. These natives should not expect much from their siblings.

If the placement of the planets in general is positive then RAHU in MOOLA can be put to good use – the native can become a social activist, a revolutionary figure, a motivating coach, an inspiring preacher, an aggressive merchant or businessman.

MOOLA is a haughty nakshatra and RAHU makes MOOLA more haughty by nature.

If the placement of the chart is negative then this RAHU in MOOLA gives birth to a very quarrelsome native who is not much liked by his people or family. The native’s haughtiness becomes the primary reason for his fall from grace.

“When a person is haughty, he distances himself from other people and thereby deprives himself of one of life’s biggest pleasures-open, joyful communication with everyone.” -(Leo Tolstoy)

RAHU in MOOLA can either give birth to a PHILIOSOPHER or to a SPIRITUALIST – depends on the level of consciousness – based on how matured the individual is.

Always remember – a philosopher imagines. While a spiritualist is a realistic person – he is not imagining GOD – he has experienced GOD – he has seen GOD – the ultimate TRUTH – the unseen – the BEYOND.

The philosopher thinks about things. It is a mind approach. A spiritual being lives in the state of NO MIND – and that is the state of BUDDHA! TRUTH cannot be realized by your MIND – TRUTH can be realized only when you are in the state of NO MIND.

“In the space of No-Mind, Truth descends like Light” – OSHO

A philosopher is caught up in his mind. Philosophy is the blind man’s effort. It is said: Philosophy is a blind man in a dark room on a dark night, searching for a black cat which is not there!

“A philosopher thinking about truth is just like a blind man thinking about light. If you have eyes, you don’t think about light, you see it. Seeing is a totally different process; it is a by- product of meditation.” -Osho

All the philosophers have been thinking about the truth. But thinking about the truth is an impossibility. Either you know it, or you don’t. If you know it, there is no need to think about it. If you don’t, then how can you think about it?

Real Saints and Real Masters are NOT philosophers – they are not thinking – they have experienced the REAL – the TRUTH – the GOD CONSCIOUSNESS.

“The philosopher thinks about things. It is a mind approach. My approach is a no-mind approach. It is just the very opposite of philosophizing. It is not thinking about things, ideas, but seeing with a clarity which comes when you put your mind aside, when you see through silence, not through logic. Seeing is not thinking.” – Osho

Buddha was NOT a philosopher – Mahavira was NOT a philosopher – Jesus was NOT a philosopher – Prophet was NOT a philosopher – Krishna was NOT a philosopher – because philosophy is the product of the MIND – and the MIND is a MONKEY – the MIND is just a traffic of thoughts – an ocean of illusions and assumptions!

“The mind is a great philosopher. And life is not a philosophy, life is a reality. And philosophy is an escape from reality; philosophy means thinking. Life is – there is no question of thought.” -OSHO

Philosophers have attributed nothing to the human world than mere arguments and debates. A man who has never seen an elephant – will go on arguing – how an elephant looks and what it stands for – however a man who has actually seen the elephant will remain SILENT. TRUTH is always silent – whereas LIES and ASSUMPTIONS make a lot of NOISE!

It is said that when Jesus was hanged on the CROSS – and was to be crucified – the Roman Prefect – Pontius Pilate asked Jesus the last question – “WHAT IS THE TRUTH?”

And Jesus remained SILENT.

It was the Buddhist Silence. TRUTH happens in SILENCE. GOD happens in SILENCE. LOVE happens in SILENCE.

Jesus did not answer because answer has to be given – TRUTH has to be given only to that man who has a certain depth of understanding – one who is truthful to himself.

Philosopher will teach you the philosophy of religion – but BUDDHA, MAHAVIRA, JESUS, KRISHNA will never teach you the philosophy of religion because religion is something like love – you cannot teach it.

“Religion is something like love – you cannot teach it. There is no way to teach love, and if you teach love and somebody becomes trained under your teachings, he may go to Hollywood and become an actor, but he will never become a lover. Your very teaching, your very discipline will be the barrier. So I say I don’t teach religion. Religion is something that passes heart to heart, not head to head. The moment religion passes head to head, it becomes theology. It is no more religion.” – Osho

MOOLA is a NAKSHATRA that is spiritual by nature. BUT – it all depends on which soil (chart) this beautiful spiritual seed of MOOLA fall – if it falls in an evolved chart – then it works wonders – brings great spiritual growth and godly experiences – and if it falls in a base level chart – then you see a typical close minded blind follower of a certain religion – someone who spends his whole life – boasting on how great his religion is while how other religions are trivial and bad! He remains a ‘child’ – keeps fighting and causing harm to others on the name of religion which he himself have never understood – he is just a nuisance to the society and to this beautiful planet – Mother Earth.

MOOLA NAKSHATRA and especially RAHU in MOOLA at some stage brings great interest in SPIRITUALITY in an evolved being’s life. Steve Jobs had RAHU in MOOLA and his conversion to BUDDHISM and his travel to INDIA to satisfy his spiritual thirst is well known. Steve Jobs had travelled all the way from US to India – to seek the darshan of the spiritual master – NEEM KAROLI BABA. Steve Jobs, along with his friend Dan, traveled to India in April 1974 to study Hinduism and Indian spirituality; they had planned to meet Neem Karoli Baba, but when they arrived – they came to know that Neem Karoli Baba had taken Samadhi the previous year. Deeply touched by the teachings of NEEM KAROL BABA – Steve Jobs and Dan stayed in Baba’s Ashram for a long time, listened to the teachings of Baba, meditated far-off before going back to the US to start Apple Inc. Interestingly, Dan became the first employee of the Apple company and the rest is history.

It is said that Neem Karoli Baba’s favorite fruit was APPLE – and so Steve Jobs made APPLE as the logo of his company – the logo that today people like to flaunt with great pride!

Steve Jobs was the ‘evolved’ positive example of RAHU in MOOLA Nakshatra. These fellows are deeply faithful and never give up. Steve Jobs was kicked out of his company that he formed by his own intelligence but still he never gave up – after a long gap – he returned back with a revolutionizing concept – the ‘I-phone’ – the ‘I-pad’!

“Sometimes life is going to hit you in the head with a brick. Don’t lose faith.” -Steve Jobs

RAHU in MOOLA is a revolutionary figure. He will NEVER stand INJUSTICE – he will fight to bring JUSTICE to his countrymen. The ruling government may call such a man as TRAITOR or DESHDROHI but in reality he is going against the ruling throne because he cannot stand its corruption. During the great AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE war – one such great man stood against the corrupt British imperial government. His name was George Washington.

George Washington was the first President of United State of America. He was an American political leader, military general, statesman, and Founding Father of the American constitution.

George Washington had RAHU in MOOLA Nakshatra.

The selfless spirit of MOOLA combined with the FIRE AMBITION of RAHU is such that George Washington spend his whole life in serving his countrymen – his service to his people, his nation is so great that he has been memorialized by monuments, art, geographical locations including the national capital, stamps, and currency, and many scholars and has been regarded as one of the greatest U.S. Presidents. And yet – RAHU in MOOLA brings forth Washington’s spiritual side when he quotes – ‘I will be happy to be on farm then to become the emperor of the world!

“I had rather be on my farm than be emperor of the world.” -George Washington

A great spirit – RAHU in MOOLA brings intense desire to FIGHT for RIGHTEOUSNESS – for JUSTICE – for EQUAL RIGHTS – for FREEDOM.

“If freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.” -George Washington

DHARMA (Righteousness) is at the root of MOOLA. MOOLA means the root – root of righteousness – root of the universal consciousness. In fact there one AYANAMSHA based on MOOLA NAKSHATRA – which is called as MOOLA AYANAMSHA.

RAHU in MOOLA brings great interest towards suspense, thrill and mysteries of life.

And when you have RAHU in MOOLA in the 8th house then it is a double whammy – because 8th is also the house of suspense, thrill and mysteries/secrets of life! Alfred Hitchcock had RAHU in MOOLA – placed in the 8th house of his birth chart. He became one of the greatest filmmaker – known as the “Master of Suspense”, he directed over 50 feature films in a career spanning six decades.

“To make a great film you need three things: the script, the script and the script.” -ALFRED HITCHCOCK

RAHU and MOOLA – both are TAMASIC (Devilish by nature). And so the focus on emphasizing on the negative aspects of life is more than the positive aspects of life. Although if you observe closely – you will realize that the HERO is born only when a VILLIAN exists! The more bad the VILLIAN is – the more GOOD the HERO appears. And that is how life is – the more bad you face – the more you appreciate the good in your life, and when you start appreciating and valuing the good in your life – the picture of your life becomes a HIT – a super success.

“The more successful the villain, the more successful the picture.” -Alfred Hitchcock

RAHU in MOOLA usually brings hardships to the father of the native or the native feels absence of father or absence of father’s love. The native by birth is a ‘father’s boy’ or ‘daddy’s girl’ – the native wants to be with father but events happens in such a fashion that the father cannot be with the native – though the native continues to crave for his or her father’s love.

Steve Jobs never lived with his biological father – he was put up for adoption. RAHU in MOOLA generally leads to absence of father in the native’s life. Steve’s biological father was a Muslim and his biological mother was a Catholic Christian. His mother put him up for adoption and he was adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs. Steve Jobs regarded them as his real parents – in his words 1000% because Paul and Clara Jobs loved him dearly. Steve Jobs called his biological parents as “my sperm and egg bank. That’s not harsh, it’s just the way it was, a sperm bank thing, nothing more.”

Steve Jobs would become upset when Paul and Clara were referred to as his “adoptive parents”; he regarded them as his parents “1,000%”.

RAHU in MOOLA natives are hard working people – because they go through many difficulties of life – they become stronger, more faithful and more hardworking and always smile with a NEVER GIVE UP attitude.

“Woz and i started apple in my parents’ garage when i was 20. we worked hard, and in 10 years apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a $2 billion company with over 4,000 employees.” -Steve Jobs

Desire to become a preacher, a Godly person, a spiritual guide or a real time mentor is very much imbibed within natives having RAHU in MOOLA Nakshatra.

It all depends on the ‘quality of the horoscope’ – if the quality is good, positive – then the native truly turns out to be a genuine mentor, a genuine spiritual guide or a genuine preacher or teacher.

However if the horoscope of inferior quality then the native is just a FAKE person – trying to disguise himself/herself as a Godly Man or Woman – or a PIOUS Man or Woman – when in reality they are fake to the core!

In today’s RAHUISH World – the FAKE gets more attention while the REAL remains away from the world – in his own bliss, his joy – his peace! The REAL master will never make you DEPENDANT on HIM – HE will come when you are READY and HE will leave when you are truly READY.

“When the student is ready the teacher appears. When the student is truly ready the teacher Disappears.” – Lao Tzu

The REAL MASTER never becomes a crutch for you – never.

“Beware of The Master! Beware of the Master… because you can fall in love too much. You can become too much attached. The real Master is one who helps you to fall in love, and then helps you to stand on your own so that you can leave the Master. A real Master never becomes a crutch for you. Never! Before he sees that you are clinging too much, he starts getting out of your life — because the ultimate goal is freedom – freedom from all crutches, freedom from all props, and freedom from every discipline, doctrine, method. Freedom from all: that’s the goal.” -OSHO

The who essence of the master’s sharing happens in the state of DETACHMENT and so a real master will never become a crutch for you – instead HE will set you free – so that you can spread your wings and fly….

Always remember – there is a ‘bird’ in each one of us – waiting to fly! And Birds are meant to fly. The master simply helps the ‘bird’ within you to takeoff and experience the higher altitudes – the peak of consciousness – God consciousness!

COURAGE is the key to succeeding in life.

“You cannot be truthful if you are not courageous. You cannot be loving if you are not courageous. You cannot be trusting if you are not courageous. You cannot enter into reality if you are not courageous. Hence courage comes first. And everything else follows.” -Osho

You will be courageous – you will step in and voice your heart out only when you are truthful to yourself. Courage is a love affair with the unknown.

“Courage is needed -courage to be alone, courage to drop the attachment to the crowd, courage to drop ambitions.” -Osho

This COURAGE comes through the valorous NAKSHATRA of MOOLA!

COURAGE is not possible as long as you are caught up in your HEAD. Courage is possible only when you drop your HEAD (Logic) and reach your HEART – only when you start following your HEART.

“HAVE THE COURAGE TO FOLLOW YOUR HEART AND INTUITION. THEY SOMEHOW ALREADY KNOW WHAT YOU TRULY WANT TO BECOME.” – STEVE JOBS

KETU therefore is the perfect source of COURAGE because KETU has NO HEAD — and only a man – only a woman who has NO HEAD – can LOVE, can JUMP, can experience the BEYOND – can experience the DIVINE – the GODLY.

RAHU in MOOLA brings courage – that is how you see Steve Jobs, George Washington and many such brave courageous men having RAHU in MOOLA – taking the risk – and in return provided this human world with – fresh perspectives, innovations, new ideas and establishments!

Courage is the willingness to risk failure. And only a man who is willing to risk failure – can rise to the higher altitudes of consciousness – and attain great success in his life.

“With courage you will dare to take risks, have the strength to be compassionate, and the wisdom to be humble. Courage is the foundation of integrity.” -Mark Twain

RAHU in MOOLA is indeed a NAKSHATRA that brings great courage. I humbly prostrate before -MOOLA – the Valorous spiritual Nakshatra. One who worships MOOLA Nakshatra is blessed with the spirit of righteousness – spirit of truth and only a man fired up with certain values, and ethics will show COURAGE – if he has loved a woman, he has loved his country, if he is in love with the work he does – then for his LOVE – he can go to any extent – he can even risk his life – that’s MOOLA – the valorous warrior who has come to this human world – to make a difference – a positive difference. Courage is indeed the foremost quality of a warrior – a RAHU in MOOLA native is indeed a warrior who always fights back – he simply never give up.

“Warriors are not the ones who always win, but the ones that always fight.”

It is through MOOLA – that the righteousness of this human world is intact. A warrior fights to safeguard righteousness.

“THE RIGHTEOUS ARE BOLD AS A LION.”

To sum up – an evolved being having RAHU in MOOLA is a man who fights for justice, for righteousness – who may be labelled as a traitor by the ruling Government – but he is NOT a traitor – he is just saying the TRUTH – he is just exposing the corruption of the ruling Government – he is a courageous being – he is a born warrior.

“The successful warrior is the average man with laser-like focus” – Bruce Lee

One who is a warrior – can also succeed in the greatest battle of life – the battle of knowing yourself – the battle of finding the answer to the question “Who am I?”

“You have to ask yourself the question “Who am I?” This investigation will lead in the end to the discover of something within you which is beyond the mind. Solve that great problem and you will solve all other problems.” – Bhagvan Ramana Maharshi

The answer to the question “Who Am I?” can only be found when you have the courage of a warrior – because to turn inward – to look within – to meditate – tremendous courage is needed. A weak soul cannot meditate – he or she will give up because the moment you close your eyes – you can experience a lot of chaos within you – millions of thoughts swarming like bees and you cannot tolerate – you open your eyes and give up on meditation!

That is why – I say that to meditate – you need to have the courage of a warrior – you need to have the intensity – the faith – the persistence of not giving up! To meditate – you need to be a courageous being.

“Meditation is just a courage to be silent and alone. Slowly slowly, you start feeling a new quality to yourself, a new aliveness, a new beauty, a new intelligence-which is not borrowed from anybody, which is growing within you. It has roots in your existence.” -OSHO

Everything we do – everything we achieve is through the MIND. And MEDITATION happens only when there is NO MIND. And so to overcome the MIND – you need tremendous courage which MOOLA can provide – and you can benefit if you are a man of awareness – a seeker of TRUTH – of LOVE – of GOD.

“The mind cannot penetrate meditation; where mind ends, meditation begins. This has to be remembered, because in our life whatsoever we do, we do through the mind; whatsoever we achieve we achieve through the mind.” – Osho

MIND therefore become extremely critical in the affairs of human beings – and that makes the MOON CHART (Chandra Kundali) very significant when it comes to predictions. Moon Nakshatra therefore is of great significance.

MOOLA is the energy – the KETUISH energy that can overcome the mind and lead you in the beautiful valleys of deep meditations!

RAHU in MOOLA is also a great placement for spiritual seekers – it is a perfect placement for those who seek the beyond. For the TRUTH dawns on you – only when you move beyond the mind – only when you come to the state of NO MIND – the state of BUDDHA – the state of KETU.

Meditate.

Rahu in Ashlesha

Written by:

Clinging is the nature of Ashlesha Nakshatra. Ashlesha is also called as the “Clinging star.”

And Buddha says – “You only lose what you cling to.”

Reminds me of a Buddhist story – the story of a Buddhist nun.

This Buddhist nun had a beautiful golden statue of Buddha. And she used to to carry the Buddha wherever she would go. Buddhist monks and nuns have to go on moving for eight months in the year, except the four months of rain. So from one temple, from one monastery to another….

She was staying in one of the temples of China — she had gone to travel to Chinese temples and monasteries and that temple has ten thousand statues of Buddha. It is a unique temple in the whole world. Ten thousand statues… almost the whole mountain has been cut into statues and made into a temple; perhaps it has taken centuries to build it. She was staying there.

And this had been her constant worry: Every morning when she worships her golden Buddha, she puts flowers, sweets, burns incense — but you cannot depend upon the wind, upon the breeze. The fragrance arising out of the burning incense may not reach the golden Buddha’s nose, it may move in any direction.

In that temple there were ten thousand other Buddhas, and the fragrance was going to other Buddhas’ noses. And this was intolerable; this was too much. She was feeling very hurt, that her own poor Buddha is not getting any incense, and all these vagabonds…”And my Buddha is golden and they are just stones. And after all my Buddha is MY Buddha.”

This is how the mind functions: it is so possessive, it cannot even see that they are all statues of the same man. Which nose is getting the incense does not matter — it is reaching the Buddha. But “MY Buddha” — the old possessive mind continues.

So she devised a small method: she brought a bamboo, a hollow bamboo, and cut it into a small piece. She will burn the incense, and put the bamboo on top of it. One side will take the incense smoke in, and the other side she will put on the nose of her golden Buddha — almost like making him smoke! But that created a problem: her Buddha’s nose became black. That disturbed her even more.

She asked the high priest of the temple, “What should I do? My poor Buddha’s nose has become black.”

He said, “But how did it happen?”

She said, “I feel very embarrassed to say, it is my own doing.” And then she explained the whole thing.

The priest laughed.

He said, “All these are Buddhas here. One Buddha, ten thousand Buddhas — to whom it reaches does not matter. You should not be so miserly, so possessive. Buddha cannot be yours and cannot be mine. The nose of the Buddha has become black because of your possessiveness.”

RAHU in ASHLESHA bring intense POSESSIVENESS which in turn goes on fueling the clinging nature and then a day comes when the person loses what she clings to!

Ashlesha is considered as not so good Nakshatra by the ancient seers – simply because – the nature of clinging attracts more miseries in life than otherwise.!

“The appearances of the world are not the problem, it’s clinging to them that causes suffering” -Tilopa

Ashlesha is primary a feminine Nakshatra – since the default nature of women is also of ‘clinging’ – if you closely observe then in most cases around the world – it is the ‘boyfriend’ or ‘husband’ who dumps his ‘girlfriend’ or ‘wife’. Usually the female partner is not willing to LET GO so easily – because WOMAN is primarily ruled by MOON and the nature of MOON is of ‘clinging’. RAHU in ASHLESHA – primarily falls in the sign of CANCER – which is ruled by MOON! Generally it is observed that it is the MAN – who dumps his girlfriend or wife. Woman usually is not inclined in letting go – the subtle nature of every woman on this planet is of clinging – remaining attached. A woman gets attached more than a man!

It is necessary for RAHU in ASHLESHA woman or man to realize the fact that LOVE has absolutely nothing to do with ATTACHMENT.

“Don’t confuse love with attachment. Attachment says: “I love you, so I need you because only you can make happy.” Love says: “I love you, so I want you to be happy. If I’m a part of that, fine. If not… I just want you to be happy.” -MONIKA KINLEY

The primary message to all natives having RAHU in ASHLESHA is – to live your life by being detached.

Real LOVE happens only through DETACHMENT. Attachments simply destroy all the possibilities of lasting love!

“Drop the idea that attachment and love are one thing. They are enemies. It is attachment that destroys all love.” -Osho
People are shallow – they think that ‘being attached’ is being in love – that is utterly wrong idea of love. Love blossoms and love lasts only when you remain detached – doubts and possessiveness arise through ATTACHMENTS – peace and bliss is born out of DETACHMENT. Understand the difference, savor the difference.

Ashlesha RAHU natives should remember that the moment LOVE becomes ATTACHMENT – you have missed LOVE because LOVE blossoms and stays only when there is FREEDOM – absolute FREEDOM.

Love should NEVER become attachment.

“The moment love becomes attachment, love becomes a relationship. The moment love becomes demanding, it is a prison. It has destroyed your freedom; you cannot fly in the sky, you are encaged. “ – Osho –
Those who seek relationship – are NOT true lovers – because LOVE is a matter of your inner nature – and not of relationship.
“LOVE IS A MATTER OF INNER NATURE, NOT OF RELATIONSHIP. LOVE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RELATIONSHIP. LOVE IS A STATE OF BEING. IT IS AN INNER COMPONENT OF ONE’S INDIVIDUALITY.,, Osho –
ASHLESHA being an emotional fool Nakshatra – often confuses LOVE with ATTACHMENT and in turn goes through much agonies and sufferings which are primarily – on mental level and not physical.

Buddha says “The root of SUFFERING is ATTACHMENT.” The nature of RAHU is a highly obsessive, possessive by nature and on top of that – he is now in the sign of MOON – who just loves to CLING – to remain ATTACHED!

Advice to ASHLESHA nakshatra born natives and natives having RAHU in ASHLESHA is:

“Don’t be an emotional fool because people are always ready to take advantage of your emotions.”

Emotions can be misleading. Emotions can fool you into believing things that in the true sense are untrue.

Emotions are of the MIND (Moon). The high and low tides of the ocean are impacted by the phases of Moon – and so does it impacts the ‘emotions’ of human beings. That is how – on a NO MOON day – you feel LOW and on a FULL MOON day – you feel HIGH. The menstruation period of women is also largely impacted by the phases of the MOON. Human body blood consists of 90% of water – and since MOON impacts the water bodies within the human body – the menstruation bleeding is primarily impacted by the phases of MOON as well as by the state of EMOTIONS that the woman is going through! Because EMOTIONS are of the MIND and the MIND is ruled by the MOON!

That is why – on spiritual path – the very first step is to purify the EMOTIONS – and to purify the EMOTIONS – first the MIND has to be purified.

How will you purify the MIND? That must be your next question.

And the answer is simple – by chanting the name of the Lord, by chanting a certain Mantra, by meditating every day, by reading the holy scriptures, shlokas every day.

Buddha says: “The most illuminating is a mind which is thoroughly cleansed of dirt.”.

The intense emotional nature that RAHU in ASHLESHA bring along is GOOD as long as you are a meditative being – because then you cleanse the dirt that has accumulated on your mind by meditating every day!

“Meditation is not something that you do once and forget about, because each moment of life you go on gathering dust. It is just like a traveller who is traveling. Each day he goes on gathering dust on his clothes, on his body. Every day he has to take a bath to cleanse his body. Meditation is like a daily bath.” – Osho

RAHU in ASHLESHA is actually a ‘blessing in disguise’ for evolved souls – because it can bring a certain awareness towards purifying the mind – and moving beyond the mind! It can become a great asset for meditation practitioner, spirit healers or phycologists.

However for a less evolved being – RAHU in ASHLESHA can literally lead to an emotional turmoil in life – simply because such a being has never taken any efforts to purify his mind by turning inwards!

But when less evolved beings take to meditations, prayers and consistent Yoga practice – then the emotional turmoil that they have been through – can actually become a ‘learning phase’ that reconnects them with the divinity within.

“Emotional turmoil can be a powerful catalyst to reconnect us with our divine nature. It propels us into a journey of self discovery and urges us to learn how to love and accept our entire being.” -Debbie Ford

RAHU in ASHLESHA brings inclination towards ‘wild imaginations’ and ‘unique ideas’ to the BRAIN (Mercury). However it is the state of the MOON in the chart that decides on which ‘route’ and in what way – the BRAIN will process the ‘desires’ initiated by RAHU.

MOON commands MERCURY. MOON is the MIND and your BRAINS works based on the direction that your MIND (MOON) provides! And so RAHU in ASHLESHA makes MERCURY and MOON instrumental in deciding the overall course of native’s life. If Moon and Mercury is well-placed then RAHU in Ashlesha can give birth to great writers, actors and artists who produce unique work of art that is mesmerizing and deeply engaging.

One of the finest Hollywood actor – Tom Cruise has Rahu in Ashlesha.

However RAHU in Ashlesha also brings great attraction towards the supernatural, the mystic, the occult – the science of scientology. Tom Cruise has been a scientologists for many years.

“Its well known that I’m a Scientologist, and that has helped me to find that inner peace in my life and its something that has given me great stability and tools that I use.” – Tom cruise

Scientology is a cult – a movement that believes in the fact that human being is an immortal, spiritual being (known as ‘Thetan’ (soul)) that is resident in a physical body. The Thetan or Soul has had innumerable past lives. To a large extent – Scientology is similar to Hindu Sanatan Dharma concepts – though it is more focused on ‘practical testing’ than just following the beliefs.

Scientology was invented by by American science-fiction author L. Ron Hubbard. Hobbard was also a United States Navy Officer. In the initial days – Hobbard came up with a unique healing technique called Dianetics. Dianetics is a counselling technique in which the healer assists the patient in conscious recall of traumatic events that happened in his or her past. It was kind of psychotherapy – however Hobbard defined Dianetics as a spiritual healing technology and an organized science of thoughts.

Hobbard later established three ‘Church of Scientology’ organizations – a “Church of American Science”, a “Church of Scientology” and a “Church of Spiritual Engineering”.

The difference between a normal Church and Church of Scientology is that the Church of Scientology has no set dogma concerning God that it imposes on its members. As with all its tenets, Scientology does not ask individuals to accept anything on faith alone. Rather, as one’s level of spiritual awareness increases through participation in Scientology auditing and training, one attains his own certainty of every dynamic. Accordingly, only when the Seventh Dynamic (spiritual) is reached in its entirety will one discover and come to a full understanding of the Eighth Dynamic (infinity) and one’s relationship to the Supreme Being.

In simple words – Scientology does not preach or impose a particular idea of God. Rather, people are expected to discover the truth through their own observations as their awareness advances.

“I think it’s a privilege to call yourself a Scientologist and it’s something you have to earn. If you’re a Scientologist, you see life, things, the way they are, in all its glory, in all of its perplexity, and the more you know as a Scientologist, the more you become overwhelmed by it.” – Tom Cruise

RAHU in ASHLESHA – at some stage of life – definitely pulls you towards ‘spiritual’ – ‘supernatural’ sciences. Tom Cruise – a perfect RAHU in ASHLESHA example.

Scientology or similar kind of ‘movements’ that are primarily focused on ‘HEALING’ by spiritual means – are very closely connected with the Nakshatra – ASHLESHA!

ASHLESHA is primarily related with ‘AIR’ – and all kind of ‘MAGICS’ happen through the ‘AIR’ – it is also related with ‘SPELLS’ ‘MANTRA” because ASHLESHA is ruled by MERCURY – the planet that rules over the ‘pronunciations’ (spells/spellings) of specific ‘words’ (Mantra)!

And so ASHLESHA is very closely related to the WORLD OF MAGIC – WHITE MAGIC or BLACK MAGIC – but MAGIC comes easily to the NAKSHATRA of ASHLESHA or for matter natives born on Ashlesha or having RAHU in ASHLESHA! A natural inclination towards the occult – the magic – the tantra is always found in natives having RAHU in ASHLESHA.

It is necessary to remember that the ENERGY used for performing a certain MAGIC is the SAME – however it all depends on the person – whether he/she has focused on expanding positivism within or negativity within.

“Black magic is nothing but when a man has accumulated thought energy without throwing out his negativity beforehand. And white magic is nothing but when a man has attained too much thought energy, and has based his total being on a positive attitude. The energy with negativity becomes black; the same energy with positivity becomes white. A thought is a great force, it is a thing.” – Osho

RAHU in ASHLESHA can really do wonders and magics and can be of great help to the society – if they focus on nurturing positivity within them.

CANCER RAHU ASHLESHA native do not get much love from his mother. Either the mother is absent in the native’s life (due to early death or divorce) or relations with mother are not as great as it should be. Positive or negative – but ‘MOTHER’ remains the focal point in the native’s life. Either the native is disengaged with his mother or the engagement is too much – so much that the native becomes a ‘mommy’s boy’.

Rahu Ashlesha native is too much obsessed with ‘security’. They want a lot of security around them – even if they have locked the door from inside – still before going to bed – at night they will again recheck whether the door is properly locked from inside or not. They just want more security – RAHU brings too much FEAR of being attacked by ‘outsiders’ and so the native takes too much (RAHU) care of his or her security. CANCER is indeed a sign that want to remain secured – that is how the CANCER sign is represented by a CRAB whose hard outer shell protects him from danger or attacks.

Ashlesha Rahu natives has the capacity to transform their emotional vulnerability into emotional intelligence.

“Emotional intelligence is your ability to recognize and understand emotions in yourself and others, and your ability to use this awareness to manage your behavior and relationships.” -Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves

RAHU in Ashlesha often brings certain super-natural elements to the house in which the native stays. These supernatural elements can either be constructive or destructive – based on the quality of RAHU,MERCURY and MOON in the birth chart. Natives with this placement are also interested much in learning Feng Shui or Vaastu Shastra (science of architecture).

In worst scenarios the native’s residence is haunted by ghosts or is affected by black magic spells. And in a positive scenario – the native nurtures the overall aura of his residence by initiating certain rituals that bring luck and prosperity in his or her life. But the bottom line is that the native becomes more interested in rectifying the subtle energies that exist in his or her residence.

In certain cases – it has been found that the native’s mother is haunted by ghosts or affected by black magic spells. Mother is ambitious or mother is a victim of certain fake spiritual beings. The essence of the matter is that Rahu in Ashlesha shows some problem related to native’s mother – it can be related to her nature, her situation or her tragic destiny.

Sexual drive of RAHU in ASHLESHA native is totally based on ‘emotions’ – ‘bonding’ – ‘connection’. To these natives – sex is about the connection.

“Sex is about the connection. Great sex is a by-product of a great relationship, where you have communication and sex is an extension of that. Where it’s just free. And that’s how it should be. It’s spectacular. If you’re not in good communication with your partner, it sucks. Meaningless sex outside of a relationship is really horrible and pathetic and lonely.” – Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise having Rahu in Ashlesha is the best living example of the psyche that these natives have when it comes to sex. These natives can get in the bed with a partner only when they ‘connect’ – when they are in a relationship. They cannot have one night stands with a stranger – that is just out of their way of ‘doing’ things.

Rahu Ashlesha male natives have great attraction towards breasts of woman – Cancer signify the breasts and Rahu in Cancer gives too much attraction – more than usual – towards the breasts.

It is necessary for all of you to remember that like woman – men too have breasts!

A young man once asked this question – “Why men also have breasts? They are never going to fed babies – it is only the women who breastfeed her baby – then why men also have breasts?”

Men have breasts but they are the negative pole – they cannot feed a baby. And because they are negative – men have always had great attraction towards the woman breasts! Because woman breasts contain positive pole – she has the potential to produce milk and feed her baby.

“When a child is concieved in a mother’s womb, after six weeks the body will become either male or female. If it becomes female, then the polarity of sex energy will be near the breasts, the positive pole – because female vagina is the negative pole. If the child is male, the sex center – the penis will be the positive pole, and his breasts will have the negative pole.” – Osho

Sex center of female is primarily based around her breasts. And sex center of a male is primarily centered around his penis. The female has no penis – although a body part called ‘clitoris’ exists but it is non-functional – it has no function. The male has breasts but they are non-functional. This great making of God – brings natural attraction because what a male has – the female doesn’t and what a female has – the male doesn’t – it is a perfect match!

Man’s attraction towards the female breasts have been from the very beginning of time. In fact so much of sculptures and poetry have been focused totally on the breasts.

“Physiologists have been raising question about why there are breasts in the male body when there appears to be no need because a child is not going to be fed. What is the need? They are negative poles. Hence so much attraction of the male mind towards the female breasts – they are positive electricity. So much poetry and painting, sculpture is concerned with female breasts. Really, it seems man is less concerned with the whole of feminine body, and more concerned with the breasts. And this is not something new. The oldest primitive paintings in the caves are of breasts.” Osho

The whole attraction between a male and female is simply because both are trying to become ‘complete’. Male has penis which is functional. Woman has ‘clitoris’ which is non-functional. Female has breasts that can fed the baby – Male has breasts that are non-functional. So you see – both complete and compliment each other – indeed human being is the greatest creation of God!

“Whatsoever is positive in the male body is negative in the female body; and whatsoever is positive in the female body will be negative in the male body. That is why when male and female meet in deep orgasm, they become one organism. The positive meets the negative, the negative meets the positive – and both becomeone – one circle of electricity.” – Osho

SEX is important for men and women who are still to embark completely on the spiritual path. Many married women or men are in dilemma – especially when they start becoming spiritual – they think to be spiritual means to condemn sex! That is a complete myth. As long as you are married – as long as you are living a material life – you should NEVER ignore sex or drop sexual life – and this message is specifically for my readers and close followers.

The whole message is that – ‘maintain balance’ – be a good husband or wife but at the same time also keep few hours of the day for your spiritual practice. That’s all – life is simple my fellows – but it is your mind that makes it complicated and then you come and ask “Why my life is so complicated?”!

One good aspect of Rahu in Ashlesha is that these natives too caring by nature. They can become great mothers – and they can also become great fathers. A single mom having Rahu in Ashlesha will leave no stone unturned when it comes to caring and nurturing her child!

“Being a single mother is twice the work, twice the stress, and twice the tears, but also twice the hugs, twice the love, and twice the pride.” – A single mom

Overall Rahu in Ashlesha is a highly sensitive person – emotional, a man of letters, and a person who can or has the potential to connect with the super natural world – the beyond! The human world needs such men and women because it is only when you experience of life goes beyond body and mind that you can give something unique, and beautiful to our planet – our Mother Earth.

If Human beings experience Life beyond one’s physical nature, the need for conquest, conflict, and violence shall not exist. -Sadhgaru

Meditate every day – because it is only through meditation – through chanting the holy name of your Lord – the Mantra that you can someday experience the first glimpse of God – within you!

“The first glimpse of God has to be in the innermost shrine of your heart. If you have not seen Him there, you can go on talking about Him, but you will not ever be able to see Him anywhere.” – Osho

God is within you. Devil is also within you. When you are utterly negative – angry – lustful – ignorant – you are in Hell – the Devil within you is leading the pack. When you are positive, when you are able to control your mind – when you are able to witness the ups and downs of your life – when you remain detached – when you are no more meditating but have become meditation – that even when standing in a marketplace – you are able to experience peace within – that is the moment – the sign that God within you is now leading the pack – and when God is in control – when God consciousness is driving you and your life – can anything ever go wrong?

Walk with faith – not with fear and the journey becomes the destination!

“The journey is the destination.” -Dan Eldon

Always remember – destination is a mirage – there is never a destination because life is an eternal journey – and so focus on the ‘journey’ of your life and not the destination. Live the moment – learn to BE HERE NOW – because past is no more and future is not yet. NOW is the only moment – life is flowing NOW – if you miss NOW – you miss life and that is how you go on missing life.

Meditation is simply to help you bring your MIND to the NOW moment – because the MIND is either thinking about the past or worried about the future – the meeting of the mind and the present moment rarely happens – and when it happens – meditation happens – focus on your breathing and bring your mind to the NOW moment – because NOW is the only reality.

“NOW” is the only reality. All else is either memory or imagination.” – OSHO

Life is flowing NOW. If you miss NOW moment – you miss life.

Stop clinging to your Past and stop clinging to your miseries – LET GO.

“Once you stop clinging and let things be, you’ll be free, even of birth and death. You’ll transform everything.” -Bodhidharma

Always remember – that life is a flux – a flowing river – change is constant – and so whether you are going through bad phase or good phase of life – whether you are going through emotional turmoil or not – nothing is going to last forever – because everything in this human world is temporary.

“Everything is temporary; emotions, thoughts, people and scenery. Do not become attached, just flow with it.”

Learn to go with the flow of your life – miseries continue to flow into your life as long as you continue to cling – the moment you start living your life in a Let Go – the moment you start living your life by being detached – a great turning point comes in your life and then there is no looking back – the sky is clear and you are ready to fly!

You can touch the sky – you can experience the higher altitudes – the higher realms of consciousness – only when you learn to live with detachment – total detachment.

Rahu in Jyeshta

Written by:

Rahu in Jyeshta brings great attraction towards exploring one’s sexuality. Exploring is the word! These native love to explore all that is hidden – unseen – unknown! And so from SEX to SUPER CONSCIOUSNESS – these natives go a long way in exploring all that is not easily visible to the naked eyes.

Human mind and its hypocrisy is indeed a JOKE. On one hand these so called SADHUS and NUNS and MONKS immediately will condemn you if you talk or mention anything about SEX – when in reality – the thought of sex is always lurking in their mind. Always.

“Out of my three hundred books only one book concerns sex, and that, too, not in its totality. The name of the book is From Sex to Superconsciousness. Just the beginning of it is concerned with sex; as you go deeper in understanding it moves towards superconsciousness, towards samadhi. Now that is the book which has reached to millions of people. It is a strange phenomenon: my other books have not reached to so many people. There is not a single Hindu, Jaina saint, mahatma in India who has not read it. It has been discussed criticized, analyzed, commented upon in every possible way. Many books have been written against it – as if that is the only book I have written!” – Osho

A man who is obsessed with SEX – will immediately condemn you if you talk anything about SEX. He will immediately label you.

“The people who call me ‘sex guru’ are obsessed with sex. I have not talked about sex more than I have talked about meditation, love, God, prayer, but nobody seems to be interested in God, love, meditation, prayer. If I say anything about sex, immediately they jump upon it.” – Osho

That is how the shallow human mind is! God, love, meditation, prayer – will not be heard as deeply as the word SEX! Mind (Moon) is sexual by nature – that is why it is said that all the 27 NAKSHATRAS are wives of MOON! Imagine 27 women – how much MOON (MIND) is sexual by nature!

You condemn only that – which is deeply rooted in your subconscious mind and you are NOT willing to FACE it – you have been suppressing it – and that is how hypocrite men and women go on suppressing their sexual needs and one day – at the most unexpected moment the suppressed sexual urge erupts -leading to many sexual scandals! Repression is not the way – always remember this.

“Sex is raw energy. It has to be transformed, and through transformation there is transcendence. Rather than transforming it, religions have been repressing it. And if you repress it the natural outcome is a perverted human being. He becomes obsessed with sex.” – Osho

It is a dark irony- that the BABA and SADHU who have been condemning sex in public have indulged in doing many sexual exploitations in private! Only that MAN is REAL SAINT who openly talks about SEX – I had met one such man – and he was the greatest yogi. He was fond of me. I used to visit him often. He would share many of his life events. He would mention about his past sexual life experiences (before embarking on spiritual path). He was very OPEN about his past life and his obsession towards SEX because he was REAL. The REAL has absolutely NOTHING to fear – let me tell you all from the bottom of my heart – the REAL has absolutely nothing to FEAR!

“To be “great” is an ego goal; to be real is existential. ” -Osho

All you need is to BE REAL. BE NATURAL. And so whenever I would meet him – he was always found in bliss – laughing, joking, very natural and very humorous.

“IF YOU FIND A SAINT WHO HAS NO SENSE OF HUMOUR, THEN HE IS NOT A SAINT AT ALL.” -OSHO

A true Saint is always filled with humor. And so the old man made us laugh – and I enjoyed his company. Just to be in presence was a blessing in itself. One day he shared his life story with me – he said “I was born in a very rich family – my father was the mayor of the town – I had everything I could wish for. I had an attendant to take care of me from my childhood days. And I had great attraction towards woman. In fact I had many love affairs – and then one day I stumbled upon a very beautiful girl – the moment I looked into here eyes – I was bowled. I wanted her at any cost. And I was thinking how to get her when a very old man came and stood before me – he was something – he looked Godly – I was having tea at a food stall – he came and said “Do you know where Digambar Kulkarni stays? I have come to meet him.” I stood up and said “I am his son. Wait I will show you the way….” And I started walking with the old man – it was indeed the turning point of my life – hardly I knew that I had taken the very first step with the master.”

His eyes became wet. I offered him some water. And then he continued……

“We reached home. And then came the greatest shock of my life. I opened the door – and inside I could see the same old man seated – I looked around – and I could see two versions of the same old man – one standing with me and the other already inside the house! I realized that this old man is something. The old man smiled – his smile was so sweet – I went inside and then after lunch – the old man asked me to stay with him for a while. I agreed. I thanked God because I thought that I can get that woman by his help – and so I started massaging his feet. But the master is the master! As I was massaging his legs – he looked into my eyes and said “Shreedhar – how beautiful it would be if you could have the same intensity in attaining GOD that you have for that woman.” Those words went so deep into my heart that I was moved inside out. Slowly slowly I started changing for GOOD. And one day – I went to the same old man – touched His feet and said “Now take me under your wings – I have realized the futility of all.” The old man gave me a warm hug – I was accepted. And then I never looked back – I left all my wealth, farmlands and properties and for last 40 years – I have been living in this single room – and yet there is nobody as RICH as I am – and this is all because of HIS divine GRACE – HIS BLESSINGS – HIS LOVE – my old man – the MASTER!”

The old man’s eyes were filled with tears – and so were mine. The fond memories of his master moved his heart – he remained silent for a while and then looking at me he said “Tamhankar – now you can leave. I need to take some rest.” That is how he used to fondly address me – Tamhankar. He was such a beautiful human being – and also a great spiritual master. I touched his feet and left. As I left I could sense a lingering fragrance around me – it was His blessings.

The master never shares the story without a message. It was his way of passing on the message – that there is a far beautiful world – divine world that exists beyond sex. All you need is the willingness to jump – to risk it all – only a courageous man can walk on the path – the Buddha Path.

“You cannot travel on the path until you become the path itself.” – BUDDHA –

So beautiful are the words of Buddha – to walk on the spiritual path – you have to first become spiritual – focus on purifying your thoughts – your Karma!

A man who has been through all – SEX, MONEY, POWER – can someday attain the BEYOND. The real SAINTS therefore never condemn sex. How can you condemn sex – when you are born out of sex! How can you condemn the very source of your existence? And most important question – Why SEX has become more attractive than God?

“SEX has become more and more attractive because of its condemnation by priests.” -Osho

The priests goes on condemning sex – and whatsoever is condemned becomes more attractive! Whatsoever is HIDDEN becomes more attractive! And to someone having RAHU in Jyeshta Natives – it just becomes too tempting – because the nature of exploring the hidden is very much imbibed in these natives.

Rahu in Jyeshta is NOT just interested in knowing about SEX but also wants to study more about SEX. Jyeshta represents Vatsyayana! Vātsyāyana was an ancient Indian philosopher, known for authoring the Kama Sutra. The curiosity – the urge to document the many sexual postures – (Mercury) and share the secrets (8th house – Scorpio) of lovemaking makes Vatsyayana a perfect example of Jyeshta Nakshatra!

The whole purpose of Vatsyayana in sharing and educating the society about SEX and LOVE MAKING – was basically to bring refinement in sexuality – because when you discuss SEX openly – when you DON’T find anything wrong about SEX – only then you truly evolve as a much matured human being.

VATSYAYANA scripted the ancient Indian Sanskrit text on sexuality, eroticism and emotional fulfillment in life however his personal life was highly spiritual and he was a very pious person and this is clearly reflected through the last words that he writes in his famous Sutras – the Kama Sutras (Sex Sermons):

“After reading and considering the works of Babhravya and other ancient authors, and thinking over the meaning of the rules given by them, this treatise was composed, according to the precepts of the Holy Writ, for the benefit of the world, by Vatsyayana, while leading the life of a religious student at Benares, and wholly engaged in the contemplation of the Deity. This work is not to be used merely as an instrument for satisfying our desires. A person acquainted with the true principles of this science, who preserves his Dharma (virtue or religious merit), his Artha (worldly wealth) and his Kama (pleasure or sensual gratification), and who has regard to the customs of the people, is sure to obtain the mastery over his senses. In short, an intelligent and knowing person attending to Dharma and Artha and also to Kama, without becoming the slave of his passions, will obtain success in everything that he may do.” – Vatsyayana

What a great human being – Vatsyayana was! Only a spiritual being can relate to these deep insightful words of – Vatsyayana!

Jyeshta Rahu is not just knowing more about sexuality but are also interested in studying in depth about the private parts of human body and how they function. On positive note such a Rahu therefore gives birth to top notch sexologist. People are unaware of the contribution of a Sexologist to the mankind. On a a very practical ground – attaining sexual satisfaction or the ABILITY to provide sexual satisfaction is a primary necessity of human beings and when you are unable to receive or provide sexual satisfaction – you start becoming frustrated. This frustration then lead you to anger, restlessness, and depression. A sexologist treats the problems you face in your sexual life. Many men and women are unable to provide sexual satisfaction to their partners – the erection lasts for just a few seconds. The female partner then remains unsatisfied. Many times the man wants more sex, more penetration, more response from his partner but the female partner is unable to cope with the demands of her husband or partner. Then there are men who just masturbate and spend time in having oral sex then actual sex. And then many also end up having HASTA MAITHUN – meaning having sex using the finger. Such abnormalities of sexual life and many more sexual problems are treated by a good SEXOLOGIST. JYESHTA Nakshatra does extremely well in this field. In fact Rahu in Jyeshta can produce an eminent Sexologist!

This quest of exploring the sexuality and deeper aspects of human life – slowly pulls the Rahu in Jyeshta native towards spirituality! Because the way towards spirituality goes through the 8th house! And 8th house is the house of sexuality – and transformations. After going through many sexual adventures and experiences – finally the native (if he or she is a evolved soul) realizes the futility of sex – and then begins the REAL JOURNEY – the JOURNEY WITHIN!

Unless you realize the madness that SEX brings to your being – you cannot overcome sex.

“Sex brings fatigue. That’s why I tell you NOT to ignore it. Unless you know its madness, you can not get rid of it. As long as you do not recognize its meaning, the change is impossible.” -Osho

Rahu in Jyestha is an excellent position for RAHU – because although this RAHU takes you through many sexual intercourse experiences – many sudden shocks – still this same RAHU also enables an intense transformation inside out! This Rahu is very much interested in all that sounds mysterious – and what can be more mysterious than DEATH! And so what happens after DEATH? Where will I go after DEATH? How is life after DEATH? such questions often exists in their subconscious mind.

One need to understand that after DEATH – NOTHING CHANGES. You remain EXACTLY to that LEVEL – at which you have taken your last breath. So if you are a thief then after death you will not become an angel. However if you were a thief but by the time you took your last breath – you had transformed into a SAINT – then your journey after life will be that of a SAINT. That is why – DEATH CHART is of extreme importance as much as the BIRTH CHART is! The opportunity to GROW WITHIN is given to you from the time of your BIRTH – how much you make use of this golden opportunity is totally based on your state of awareness – on how much effort you take to realize your SELF – while you are alive.

“Don’t depend on death to liberate you from your imperfections. You are exactly the same after death as you were before. Nothing changes; you only give up the body. If you are a thief or a liar or a cheater before death, you don’t become an angel merely by dying. If such were possible, then let us all go and jump in the ocean now and become angels at once! Whatever you have made of yourself thus far, so will you be hereafter. And when you reincarnate, you will bring that same nature with you. To change, you have to make the effort. This world is the place to do it.” ~PARAMAHANSA YOGANANDA

A few days ago, during one of my consulting session – a woman said to me “I want to die soon. I don’t want to live a long life. I am tired of my life.”

Now this is how people trap themselves. This was a perfect example of a woman frustrated with her life. Now if she dies in frustration – what is the point? She will come back again in some other form – this is how the cycle of birth and rebirth continues. You should NEVER wish or think of leaving this world – because this is kind of escape and by escaping you will only return back – the solution is NOT in escaping but FACING your own past KARMA with courage and faith.

When you are born – you cry and people smile. But when you die – you should die with a smile on your face – while the people around you should cry in your fond memories.

“When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced. Live your life in such a manner that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice.”
Rahu in Jyeshta is a man of letters. But he is interested in what lies beneath – he is a man of depth.

Why I am here? Who Am I? What is the purpose of my life? And many such questions arise in the natives psyche as he or she grows and matures through their own life experiences.

In a way RAHU in JYESHTA is a blessing in disguise for a person having spiritual inclination. Because such a RAHU provides INTENSITY – and it is only through INTENSITY that you can progress on your spiritual path.

Reminds me of a story – story of Baba Farid. Baba Farid was a great Sufi Saint. And Baba Farid had his own way of blessing – whenever someone would come to seek HIS blessings, Baba Farid would look into his eyes and say ” जा तुझे इश्क़ हो ” – meaning – “Go & may you fall in love.”

The ‘Love’ that Baba used to refer was not an ordinary love – it was spiritual love. Ordinary love is ‘मोहब्बत ‘ (Mohabbat). Spiritual love is ‘इश्क़ (Ishq)’!

Baba’s blessings and His words were simply to help you realize the significance of spiritual love – which has no demands but is simply happy to give, to share!

“बाबा फ़रीद जब किसी को दुआ देते थे तो ये कहते थे.. “जा तुझे इश्क़ हो”

You will fall in love – only if there is a certain ‘intensity’ within you! Rahu in Jyeshta brings this INTENSITY to the native’s character. One should be intense in whatsoever he or she does – only then the joy can be experienced – only then the bliss can be experienced. Always remember – make LIFE as intense because YOU are NOT separate from LIFE!

“Live intensely, live totally, here and now. Paradise is not some place, somewhere. It is a peace within you.” -OSHO

It is good to fall in love – only a man who is INTENSE – can fall in love – and the same man – someday can also fall in love with GOD!

Reminds me of a man. He wanted to know how GOD is – where GOD is and so one fine day he sets on his search to find the answer. After a long travel, he finally reached a village, a small village. And the people of the village said “There is a great Fakir, a Sufi Saint in our village and HIS name is Baba Farid. We cannot answer your question – but that man can. But be careful, because he is a great mystic and mystics are very eccentric people. So just be careful, else he will drive you away and you will not find your answer.”

The man was happy to know – that finally he had come to the right destination. And he had heard about Baba Farid – he was indeed one of the greatest Sufi Saint and the very thought of meeting him made him feel excited. The next morning – the man goes to Baba Farid. Baba Farid was seated beneath a tree, in his own bliss and the man asked “I have heard that you have come to know God. I have come from far away. Tell me what God is and how God can be known?”

Baba Farid said “Right now I am going to the river to take my morning bath. Come along and if possible I can answer there.”

The man wondered that why Baba cannot answer here itself. Why at the river bank? Why not here? But then he thought it is better to follow Baba – else as the villagers said – he may just drive me away!

And so the man followed Baba to the river bank. When they reached, Baba said:

“ You throw off your clothes, become naked and join me into the river. Perhaps I can answer you then.”

The man thought this is going too far. How can I become naked! But then there was nobody around the river – so he agreed, took off his clothes, became naked and jumped in the river. Baba also jumped and then Baba pushed the man’s head into the water. The man started struggling. But he was thin man, must be a philosopher, never paid attention to his body and so he was struggling and Baba kept the man’s head inside the water – not letting the man’s head to come out of the water. The man struggled, put all his efforts, Baba was a very strong man – and so it was becoming very difficult to fight off – the man passionately tried his best to lift his head out of water – finally he succeeded.

As soon as he was able to lift his head out of water – he looked at Baba and said “ What is this craziness? I was utterly wrong to follow a man like you.”

Baba smiled and said “You forget about all that – you tell me what were you thinking when your head was pushed in the water?”

The man said “Thinking? there was no time to think – I just was focused totally on how to come out – total focus – total effort – to come out of water.”

Baba said ” When you desire GOD so intensely – you will know God, not before that. Now go.”

Always remember – techniques and philosophies and methods won’t help you to realize GOD – it is your PASSION – it is your INTENSITY that can help you realize GOD and all the precious things in life that you wish to experience.

“God is NOT a philosophical theory, it is an experience of intense passion. Kabir says “When the Guest is being searched for, it is the intensity of the longing for the Guest that does all the work.” Nothing else is needed; no method, no technique. If the intensity is great then that will do the work. All methods only help your intensity, they don’t really help you to go to God, they only make you more and more aflame.” – Osho

Jyeshta is INTENSE – that is why it is called JYESHTA (Elderly) and RAHU in JYESHTA makes you more intense – and Kabir wants intense men and women, Buddha, Mahavira wants intense beings – all methods only help your intensity – all you need is INTENSITY!

Sexuality. Intensity. Along with these what is most striking is their nature of REPRESSING their ANGER. The nature of repressing anger is very dangerous because the more you repress your anger the more it goes on damaging you inside out.

“Repressed anger becomes a temporary madness. Something happens which is beyond your control. If you could have controlled, you would have controlled it still — but suddenly it was overflowing. Suddenly it was beyond you. You couldn’t do anything, you felt helpless and it came out. Such a person may not be angry, but he moves and lives in anger.” -Rajneesh

Repression leads to SUFFOCATION. Repression is Suicide. Expression is Life.

Accidents are common for Rahu in Jyeshta natives. Small accidents often happen in their life or at times they have to face certain shocks of life. Suddenness in matters of life – becomes a way of life and the native slowly becomes used to receiving certain shocking news or facing certain shocking events in life.

Occult, mysteries of human life, hypnotism, shamanism, tantra, tantra sex and many such darker arts attract these natives. However if the native is a spiritually evolved soul – then he takes to MEDITATION. He takes to CHANTING. He understands that SPIRITUALITY has absolutely nothing to do with any kind of MAGIC. Because magic is man made – whereas MIRACLE is GOD MADE!

Less evolved positive souls are inclined towards white magic and less evolved negative souls are inclined towards black magic, tantra, voodoos spells etc. It all depends on what kind of person you are – whether you are an evolved soul or a base level soul.

Rahu in Jyeshta will NEVER take a pistol and pull the trigger to kill his or her enemies. They generally prefer plotting behind the curtains and striking their enemies through their brain power and not muscle power. They are excellent politicians and they know how to manipulate people and situations in their favor.

Along with INTENSITY – the other positive quality of Rahu in Jyeshta is NOT GIVING UP. These men and women continue to fight back – they will not confront directly but indirectly through their writings, their speeches bring mass revolution. They love FREEDOM and they also are good freedom fighters.

“For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.” -Nelson Mandela

Nelson Mandela – one of the greatest freedom fighter has Rahu in Jyeshta Nakshatra. The whole world is aware of the struggles and many upheavals he had to go through – but eventually he was able to attain freedom for his country – and that is how today you witness the Republic of South Africa (RSA) – a happy free country. Nelson Mandela took great interest in meditation. He had realized the significance of living a meditative life. In a letter to his wife who was imprisoned – he writes:

“Regular meditation, say of about 15 minutes a day before you turn in, can be fruitful in this regard. You may find it difficult at first to pinpoint the negative factors in your life, but the tenth attempt may reap rich rewards. Never forget that a saint is a sinner that keeps on trying.” – Nelson Mandela

How deep is the LAST LINE – Never forgot that a SAINT is a SINNER that keeps trying. Deep. Very deep. By trying – by taking efforts even a stone can be carved into a beautiful idol – then what to say about a living human being – even a common human being (Nar) can become Godly (Narayan)!

That is the whole beauty of Jyeshta Rahu – that the person always keeps trying – he is perfectly aware that without consistent efforts nothing is possible.

“No one succeeds without effort… Those who succeed owe their success to perseverance.” -Ramana Maharshi

Bill Gates failed many times – but he kept trying and trying until he succeeded in inventing the MICROSOFT WINDOWS system!

“IT’S FINE TO CELEBRATE SUCCESS BUT ITS MORE IMPORTANT TO HEED THE LESSON OF FAILURE” -BILL GATES –

Bill Gates has RAHU in JYESHTA in the sixth house – a perfect house for RAHU. Although Gates has not officially been on a development team since working on the TRS-80 Model 100 but he wrote code that shipped with the company’s products as late as 1989.

Jyeshta (Mercurian Nakshatra) connected with the REALITY of LIFE (8th house) makes the individual more REALISTIC.

“LIFE IS NOT FAIR; GET USED TO IT.” -BILL GATES

Rahu in Jyeshta amplifies the power of Mercury – if Mercury is placed well in the chart. Bill Gates has Mercury placed in his fourth house – in Virgo sign (Vedic Horoscope). Jyeshta’s ability to write and solve the ‘’codes’’ with support of a strong Mercury made him a programming genius. This placement is positive for a Software developer provided Mercury is NOT retrograde and is placed well in the chart.

Rahu in Jyeshta gives birth to a good orator and if the overall placement of the chart is highly spiritual then you see someone as great as SWAMI VIVEKANANDA!

“You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul.” – SWAMI VIVEKANANDA

Swami Vivekananda had Rahu in Jyeshta Nakshatra – 12th house. He had several foreign visits and those visits were so significant because it helped millions to realize the true essence of RELIGION.

“RELIGIONS Man has an idea that there can be only one religion, that there can be only one Prophet, and that there can be only one Incarnation; but that idea is not true. By studying the lives of all these great Messengers, we find that each, as it were, was destined to play a part, and a part only; that the harmony consists in the sum total and not in one note. As in the life of races no race is born to alone enjoy the world. None dare say no. Each race has a part to play in this divine harmony of nations. Each race has its mission to perform, its duty to fulfil. The sum total is the great harmony.” Swami Vivekananda Quotes at the Shakespeare Club, Pasadena, California, February 3, 1900

JYESHTA – now you see the GREATENESS of this wonderful NAKSHATRA? That is why the ancient seers addressed it as JYESHTA meaning the Elderly – the Respected – the Knowledgeable – the Wise!

The touch of SCORPIO – the 8th Zodiac sign, and the 8th house – simply spiritualizes the otherwise Mercury – through JYESHTA which falls in the sign of SCORPIO. Constant struggle to discover something NEW – to invent – to introduce something NEW to the world is one attribute of Jyeshta!

Henry Ford was just like that – a perfect Jyeshta Rahu native. By creating the first automobile that middle-class Americans could afford, he converted the automobile from an expensive curiosity into an accessible conveyance that profoundly impacted the landscape of the 20th century. His introduction of the Ford Model T automobile revolutionized transportation and American industry. As the Ford Motor Company owner, he became one of the richest and best-known people in the world.

By introducing the FIRST LEFT HAND DRIVE affordable car – MODEL T in 1908 – Henry Ford revolutionized the US automobile industry.

Jyeshta Rahu loves philosophy – and Henry Ford also had his own philosophy of doing business. He was not just an ordinary businessman who does business for earning money – his vision of doing business was by adding certain VALUE to the society – by GIVING BACK – by spreading awareness – overall he had a humanistic view – he was NOT that typical businessmen who will make money at the cost of your life – he was NOT like those shameless businessmen. He was a man of substance – he had certain ethics, certain principles – and that made him a world famous person because he CARED for the society and not just money.

“A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business.” -HENRY FORD

One of the prominent evangelical Christian figure, and an ordained Southern Baptist minister who became well known internationally in the late 1940s – Billy Graham also has Rahu in Jyeshta Nakshatra. As a preacher, Billy Graham held large indoor and outdoor rallies with sermons that were broadcast on radio and television; some were still being re-broadcast into the 21st century. Graham preached to live audiences of 210 million people in more than 185 countries and territories through various meetings, including BMS World Mission and Global Mission. Graham was a spiritual adviser to U.S. presidents, and he provided spiritual counsel for every president from Harry S. Truman (33rd US President) to Barack Obama (44th US President).

“God has given us two hands, one to receive with and the other to give with” -Billy Graham-

His whole life he emphasized on strengthening FAITH within – with FAITH you can always overcome the greatest difficulties.

“Faith is the avenue to salvation. Not intellectual understanding. Not money. Not your works. Just simple faith. How much faith? The faith of a mustard seed, so small you can hardly see it. But if you will put that little faith in the person of Jesus, your life will be changed. He will come with supernatural power into your heart. It can happen to you.” ~BILLY GRAHAM

We all should realize that it is not MONEY and PROPERTY that can shape our children but FAITH & CHARACTER.

“The greatest legacy one can pass on to one’s children and grandchildren is not money oг other material things accumulated in one’s life, but rather a legacy of character and faith.” -Billy Graham

Character – is the 8th house property. Because CHARACTER is hidden – you don’t really know how a person is – personality is the Ascendant – but Character (individuality) is the 8th house treasure! Personality is just a mask – it is a word that is derived from the Greek word “Persona” which means a MASK! You become a victim or get cheated because you fall for the appearance – for the personality which is just a MASK and NOT the real person! Character is REAL – and it is what matters at the end of the day!

“The inner character of a person … is the true measure of LASTING GREATNESS.” -BILLY GRAHAM

When WEALTH is Lost – nothing is Lost. When HEALTH is Lost – something is Lost. But when CHARACTER is Lost – EVERYTHING is LOST! Character is so deep – it is the 8th house – the REAL – the UNPOLISHED – the NATURAL!

RAHU loves Mercury. Mercury is the Master of RAHU. And so when RAHU is in JYESHTA – it is in its Master’s abode!

Rahu in Jyeshta as well as Jyeshta Nakshatra in general has given much DEPTH to this human world. I prostrate before the respected wise NAKSHATRA – Jyeshta which holds a certain INTENSITY, DEPTH, WISDOM, and the passion to research, discover, invent!

This RAHU in JYESHTA certainly has given many great men and women to this human world – and will give more – because the ‘journey’ never stops – God NEVER sleeps. 😊

GOD is the ultimate fragrance of your CONSCIOUSNESS and CONSCIOUSNESS is always AWAKE – always watching YOU – the larger question is – when are you going to AWAKE? when are you going to start meditating? when are you going to start turning inwards?

Meditate. And let the ‘journey within’ – begin.

Jai Shri Ganesha. Jai Guru. 🙏

Rahu in Revati

Written by:

Prosperity comes through Revati. Revati means Prosperity. A man married to a woman born in Revati Nakshatra is indeed a Laxmikant! He loves his wife – and his wife is also no less than a Laxmi – she is a Goddess – she is blessed with prosperity – she is Revati!

Laxmikant is a Indian term – for a man who is married to a woman who is just like Laxmi! She is beautiful she is warm hearted, she is honest and pious, she is NOT asking for more, she is content and she is a great lover of Goddess Laxmi – she worship Goddess Laxmi with much love and faith.

Such a woman is indeed a great blessing – whosoever man she marries – such a man becomes Laxmikant! You see – that is how REVATI Nakshatra is – a man or a woman having maximum planets in REVATI Nakshatra will NEVER FELL SHORT OF MONEY – such a man, such a woman is blessed by Goddess Laxmi – by Revati!

Prosperity is not about money. There are millions and millions of men and women around this world who have millions of dollars in their bank account and YET – they are “poor”. They die like poor, dissatisfied, unhappy.

And then there are men and women who may not have millions of dollars in their account, they may not have a luxury car – or a bungalow and yet they are CONTENT. They are HAPPY. You know why? Because they have LOVE in their hearts!

Those who are living a luxurious life and driving in luxury cars and flying in private airplanes are found to be miserable – unhappy simply because there is absolutely NO love in their hearts.

“Most people are unhappy; and they are unhappy because there is no love in their hearts.” – Jiddu Krishnamurti

So one thing is clear – that MONEY has absolutely nothing to do with LOVE. Else all moneymakers would have found happiness! But that is not the case – the truth is something else.

The truth is that these millionaires and billionaires are the ones who are found to be in more miseries than a poor man! A poor man has absolutely NO SAVINGS, NO PROPERTIES, NO CARS and NO WEALTH – he is just a hand to mouth person – goes in the mornings – works hard, collects his wages and spend it on his daily needs – that’s all – there is no worry – you see – but a rich merchant, a business tycoon – he has so much to worry about! His properties, his wealth, there is so much in the bank account – whether it is safe, whether it will remain safe, what will happen after me – who will be my successor – you see – so many worries – a mountain of worries – he takes pills to sleep, he takes pills to digest his food, he takes pills because he has many diseases (Diabetes, Blood pressure) – you see – and in the end this so called ‘RICH MAN” man dies in worries – such a RICH MAN dies like a beggar. He takes his last breath in a posh Bungalow or in a 5 star Hospital and yet he dies like a beggar – utterly dissatisfied -in utter disappointment.

“सम्राट यहां भिखारी की तरह मर जाते हैं। कभी–कभी कोई भिखारी यहां सम्राटों की तरह मरता है.” -ओशो

“Emperors here die like beggars and sometimes a beggar dies like an EMPEROR” – Osho

And then there are a few “beggars” who dies like EMPERORS – utterly satisfied, totally enlightened, they take their last breath in awareness, they die smiling, to them – DEATH is just a part of the JOURNEY!

And we have had such masters who died like an EMPEROR – Jesus, Buddha, Mahavira, Baba Nanak, and many more – who had absolutely NO BANK BALANCE, NO MERCEDES, and NO BMW and yet there had been no one as GREAT as an EMPEROR as these enlightened beings – the divine masters!

My fellows – the whole point of sharing this is to make you aware that REAL RICHNESS has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with your BANK BALANCE – it has more to do with your INNER BALANCE – your INNER GROWTH – your state of AWARENESS.

Laxmi – is NOT about MONEY and BANK BALANCE.

Laxmi is all about your INNER BALANCE, your INNER GROWTH, your SELF AWARENESS.

A woman becomes a LAXMI – when she focuses on her INNER GROWTH. When she starts turning inwards.

A man becomes NARAYAN – when he focuses on his INNER GROWTH. When he starts turning inwards. When he starts moving towards the beyond, the unseen.

This “seed of thought” – BEEJ – is what REVATI NAKSHATRA stands for – it brings a certain depth of understanding.

And when RAHU is such high frequency Nakshatra of the beyond – the native takes keen interest in spirituality, the cosmos, the beyond. The native at some stage of his or her life – self-realize the fact that to experience true love and lasting happiness – one has to learn the way of the Buddhas – one has to start living like the Buddhas.

“यहां सिकंदर भी भिखमंगो की तरह मरते है। सम्राट की तरह मरना हो तो बुद्धों की तरह जीना सीखो।” “Here emperors die like beggars. If you want to die like emperors then learn to live like Buddhas.” – Osho

The real emperor is the one who has conquered himself. He has become the Buddha. He has attained control over all his senses. A naked young woman may stand before him – she may try to seduce him through her appealing body, through her intoxicating dance, through her sexy moves – BUT – such a man will simply giggle and say “What are you doing? Wear something else you will catch cold.”

That’s what happened when Amrapali – one of the most beautiful woman tried to attract and seduce a disciple of Gautama Buddha. She invited the disciple to stay with her. The disciple said ”I will ask my master.”

He asked Buddha. And Buddha said “You can go and stay with her. After four months you can return.”

The other disciples became jealous. Because Amrapali was one of the most beautiful woman of the town. Kings and Wealthy men dreamed of her beauty and had become slaves of her beauty. The disciples went to Buddha and said “Master – what are you doing? She will seduce him. She is the most beautiful woman of the town. How can he maintain his celibacy when such a beautiful sexy woman is staying with him?”

Buddha said “You all don’t think much. Let him go. He will be alright.”

The disciples goes and stays with Amrapali. Days pass by, months pass by – the other disciples start gossiping – “That man is gone. She must have seduced him.” The whole town started gossiping – a monk staying with a prostitute! That too someone as beautiful as Amarapali.”

The disciples went to Buddha and said “The whole town is gossiping. We are worried.”

Buddha said “You should keep silent. Four months will pass and I trust my disciple. I have looked into his eyes – there was NO desire. If I had said no, he would not have felt anything. I said yes…he simply went. And I trust in my disciple, in his awareness, in his meditation.”

Buddha further said “Why are you getting so agitated and worried? If my disciple’s meditation is deep then he will change Amrapali. And if his meditation is not deep then Amrapali may change him. It is now a question between meditation and biological attraction. Just wait for few months. I trust my young man He has been doing perfectly well and I have every certainty that he will come out of this fire test absolutely victorious.”

Nobody believed Gautama Buddha. His own disciples thought, “He is trusting too much. The man is too young; he is too fresh and Amrapali is much too beautiful. He is taking an unnecessary risk.” But there was nothing else to do. They waited to see what happens.

After four months the young man came, touched Buddha’s feet – and following him was Amrapali, dressed as a Buddhist nun. She touched Buddha’s feet and she said, “I tried my best to seduce your disciple, but he seduced me. He convinced me by his presence and awareness that the real life is at your feet. I want to give all my possessions to the commune of your monks.”

And Amrapali offered all her properties and possessions at the feet of the master – Gautama Buddha.

It is said that among thousands of Buddha’s disciples – if there was anyone who attained the highest state of enlightenment then that was AMRAPALI.

A prostitute became the greatest spiritual being that the world had ever known.

Always remember a prostitute is not evil – she sells her body to earn her livelihood. But the “other woman” who steals your husband away from you is evil.

Marry Magdalene was also a prostitute – but her love for Jesus is beyond the power of words. She became one of the greatest lover of Jesus and Jesus showered His blessing on her – she was transformed into one of the greatest spiritual being that the world had ever known. Jesus had 12 Apostles (disciples) but Mary Magdalene is known in some Christian traditions as the “apostle to the apostles”.

That is how the ways of life are – it doesn’t matter whether you are a thief or a prostitute or a gambler – if your heart is truly filled with LOVE for the master – then the master helps you to come out of the ‘dirt’ and that is how divine intervention happens – only when your longing – your thirst is so deep that the master comes and saves you from drowning…

FAITH can move mountains. Rahu in Revati gives birth to a faithful man who continues to find the purpose of his life. He is not happy living a shallow life. He wants to explore the world that is beyond SEX, beyond MONEY, beyond POWER. His quest for the TRUTH never ends – he continues to explore the TRUTH. And because of his search for the truth – he goes on experimenting until he finds the answer to his questions.

Bengaluru based famous Astrologer BV Raman had Rahu in Revati Nakshatra. He is the man who invented his own AYANAMSHA – famously known as RAMANA AYANAMSHA – You will be surprised that his quest for finding essence of Astrology was so much that he spend long hours in experimenting various technique on hundred of horoscopes.

Deep interest in the metaphysics, spirituality and constant quest to learn more is a trademark of RAHU in REVATI nakshatra men and women.

Whenever RAHU is in ASHLESHA, JYESHTA or in REVATI – the native does exceptionally well in psychoanalyses. Such a person becomes one of the best physiatrist.

Carl Jung was one such physiatrist. His work has been influential in the fields of psychiatry, anthropology, archaeology, literature, philosophy, psychology. Religious study is one of the most favorite subject of RAHU in REVATI nakshatra natives. Carl Jung conducted a research on on a joint vision of human psychology with Sigmund Freud the founder of psychoanalysis.

Later in life – Carl Jung through his work on himself and his patients realized that life has a spiritual purpose beyond material goals. Based on his study of Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Gnosticism, Taoism, and other traditions, Jung believed that this journey of transformation, which he called individuation, is at the mystical heart of all religions. It is a journey to meet the self and at the same time to meet the Divine.

Rahu in REVATI simply drives the native towards exploring the deeper unseen unknown aspects of human life. Such a RAHU helps the native to deal with his own darkness (weak points/tragedies) so that he can then help others to deal with their darkness.

“Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people.” -Carl Jung

Rahu in REVATI natives such as Carl Jung – perfectly understands that the science of CHEMISTRY when two like minded people meet – interact – collaborate.

“The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.” -Carl G. Jung

When two followers of heart come together – and they meet by accident – and their hearts melt – then the reaction has happened – they both are NO more strangers – LOVE has happened – they have transformed into LOVERS!

And the same when happens with EVOLVED souls – when a man accidently stumbles and comes face to face with a man of awareness – then the reaction happens – the man transforms into a disciples – and the man of awareness becomes his master!

A beautiful picture of Sri Yukteshwar Giri (left) standing with his disicple – Paramhansa Yogananda.

Turning inwards, meditation, spiritual progress happens with ease when Rahu is in REVATI Nakshatra.

“You must go in quest of yourself, and you will find yourself again only in the simple and forgotten things.” -C.G Jung

Evolved souls with RAHU in REVATI are much focused on expanding their level of awareness, consciousness.

“Enlightenment consists not merely in the seeing of luminous shapes and visions, but in making the darkness visible. The latter procedure is more difficult and therefore, unpopular.” -Carl Jung

Rahu in Revathi native has the ability to understand the significance of emotional intelligence.

In fact RAHU in emotional zodiac signs of CANCER, SCORPIO, PISCES – makes the person emotional fool but RAHU in ASHLESHA (Cancer), RAHU in JYESHTA (SCORPIO) and RAHU in REVATI (PISCES) uplifts the emotional nature of the native by making them realize the significance of emotional intelligence.

“Emotional intelligence is your ability to recognize and understand emotions in yourself and others, and your ability to use this awareness to manage your behavior and relationships.” ~ Travis Bradberry

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE allows us to RESPOND instead of React.

“WHEN YOU REACT, YOU ARE GIVING AWAY YOUR POWER. WHEN YOU RESPOND, YOU ARE STAYING IN CONTROL OF YOURSELF.” -Bob Proctor

Rahu in Mercury’s Nakshatra – compels the person to THINK and so such a person is not quick to JUDGE.

“Thinking is difficult, that’s why most people judge.” -Carl Jung

In an evolved meditative individual having REVATI RAHU -there is never a conflict between thinking and feeling.

“Where wisdom reigns, there is no conflict between thinking and feeling.” -C.G. Jung

Such a native is very clear about his feelings- he will never say to a woman “I think I love you.” If he is in love with a woman – then he will simply say – “I love you.”

LOVE is first felt when someone starts CARING for you. When someone doesn’t bug you or compel you to call – or to talk – but someone who UNDERSTANDS your priorities and this UNDERSTANDING is the way of CARING. Else Mohan always had a girlfriend who used to always compel him to talk on phone for hours and hours, and our poor Mohan was so much pissed off by this girl that suddenly there was no shine on his face. He became pale. That girl was such a pain – but he was totally trapped in her – he was screaming day and out – “God get me out of the clutches of this girl. ”

One day Mohan came to meet me. He looked different. He had lost his charm. The last time I had met him was some six months ago and that time he was such a happy lad, energetic, body builder and now – he looked the exact opposite – dull, frustrated. I asked “What happened?”

Mohan said “I am in deep trouble.”

I asked “Is it some girl?”

Mohan said “How you came to know?”

I said “That is not important. Tell me what is the matter?”

Mohan said “I am badly caught. She is making my life a hell. Making me run behind her – making me take her calls – and literally abusing me when I don’t attend her calls. I know it is my fault – I know I should not have got caught in such a girl’s trap. But now tell me what to do.”

I said “You have to do nothing. Bear her for a few months – 4 more months and then you will be free.”

Mohan said “I will then come back to you after 4 months. Wish me luck.”

After 4 months – Mohan came back – this time he was smiling, he looked fresh, he looked the way he used to look – fresh and energetic – I said “So finally you have found your freedom.”

Mohan said “YES! You were right. She left me. I couldn’t believe that this miracle would happen – but it has happened and I am thankful to you.”

I said “Mohan – next time if you fall in the same trap then don’t ever meet me. Committing a mistake is fine – but committing the same mistake again and again is stupidity.”

Mohan fell on the ground – bowed and said “I know what it feels to go through a hell of a time when you are trapped in a good looking but monstrous girlfriend. So never will I do this mistake again.”

“Commit as many mistakes as possible, remembering only one thing: don’t commit the same mistake again. And you will be growing.” -Osho

Love should be matured enough to UNDERSTAND.

“True love is born from understanding.” -Buddha

Revati Rahu brings the sense of UNDERSTANDING. A girlfriend having RAHU in REVATI is not a bad choice and so does a boyfriend.

Great healers, reiki masters are born with RAHU in REVATI Nakshatra – simply because these men and women have natural tendency towards healing, towards shamanism.

Mysticism, Spirituality always comes naturally to the natives having RAHU in REVATI. Nikola Tesla – one of the greatest scientist – a genius, had his RAHU in REVATI Nakshatra. And probably after Albert Einstein there has been no scientist other than Nikola Tesla – who has openly expressed the significance of God consciousness.

“THE GIFT OF MENTAL POWER COMES FROM GOD, DIVINE BEING, AND IF WE CONCENTRATE OUR MINDS ON THAT TRUTH, WE BECOME IN TUNE WITH THIS GREAT POWER.” -NIKOLA TESLA

How deep are these words of Nikola Tesla – how to express the significance of these words – only a meditative being can relate – can connect to these powerful words of Nikola Tesla.

Nikola Tesla has RAHU in REVATI – so you see RAHU in Jupiter’s sign and Mercury’s Nakshatra can work wonders IF other aspects are positive and supportive for the native’s overall growth.

The man who wrote the book “BE HERE NOW” – Baba Ram Dass (Richard Alpert) who later became the disciple of Neem Karoli Baba – also has RAHU in REVATI Nakshatra. A Harvard Professor – Richard Alpert came to know about Neem Karoli Baba and his curiosity made him travel all the way to India, Vrindavan where he met Neem Karoli Baba and became his disciple.

Rahu in Revati often brings transformation – Richard Alpert – a Harvard Professor was transformed and became Baba Ramdass.

Acting, poetry, drama comes naturally to these natives simply because RAHU is in a watery sign (emotionally rich – Pisces) and in the Nakshatra of Mercury – Revati (speech, vocabulary, imagination, dialog delivery).

One of the finest Hollywood actress – Meryl Streep also has Rahu in Revati Nakshatra.

Rahu in Revati brings fame in art as soon as it gets the necessary support of Jupiter, Mercury and a suitable Mahadasha.

The wonderful legendary Canadian singer Celine Dion also has Rahu in Revati Nakshatra.

Often referred to as the Queen of Power Ballads — Celine Dion is noted for the song “My Heart Will Go On” which also served as the main soundtrack to James Cameron’s blockbuster film Titanic.

RAHU in REVATI can work wonders.

When the NAKSHATRA is positive, when the NAKSHATRA has the power to bring prosperity, success – and when the planet is a FRIEND – then the magic happens! Mercury – the Lord of Revati Nakshatra is not just a friend of RAHU – but GURU of RAHU!

And so when the disciple (RAHU) is in the Master’s abode (Mercury’s Nakshatra) – then everything is going to be alright as long as Mercury is well placed in the chart!

The most difficult men and women are those who have RETROGRADE MERCURY in their chart. Whenever I interact with someone having Retrograde Mercury – I generally avoid meeting that person again. They are a great pain to this human world.

Retrograde Mercury is to some extent better only if Jupiter casts its fifth, seventh or ninth aspect. If you have a BOSS whose mercury is retrograde – you are in great trouble. And if you have a subordinate whose Mercury is Retrograde then you are going to have trouble from such a fellow.

In 90% cases Retrograde Mercury cases are difficult to handle – the remaining 10% slip out because of certain positive aspects from Jupiter or Sun.

However it should be noted that Retrograde Mercury along with Rahu in Revati is indeed a very sensitive placement. In such a case – the positive results of RAHU IN REVATI are not seen.

The power of RAHU in REVATI is so much that along with great artists, thinkers, it also has given birth to the greatest DICTATOR – Mao Zedong. Mao was the founding father of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), which he ruled as the chairman of the Chinese Communist Party from its establishment in 1949 until his death in 1976.

Mao had his RAHU in REVATI NAKSHATRA in the sixth house of his horoscope. Rahu in the sixth house is a great placement to overcome your enemies and attain VICTORY.

Our First Prime Minister – Honorable Jawaharlal Nehru also had Rahu in sixth house.

“FAILURE COMES ONLY WHEN WE FORGET OUR IDEALS AND OBJECTIVES AND PRINCIPLES.” -Jawaharlal Nehru

Attraction towards foreign land, foreigners comes naturally to Rahu in Revati natives. They are always interested in that – which is not known, which is foreign in essence.

The house matters rules by Jupiter in your birth chart – gets special boost when Rahu is in Revati Nakshatra. In Gemini Ascendant chart – Jupiter rules seventh house and tenth house. Seventh house is not just about marriage or sexual union – seventh house is also about the society – your social connection. And so boost in social status, popularity is possible with RAHU in REVATI – and 10th house Rahu anyhow makes you run and run until you attain your career goals. Boost in business or career is seen when Rahu is in tenth house (Revati Nakshatra) and Jupiter, Mercury is well placed and NOT retrograde.

Desires is what Rahu is. But the quality of desire is what the sign and Nakshatra in which Rahu resides is. And so always remember – you can never drop your desires – but you can always RAISE THE QUALITY OF YOUR DESIRES.

“Desire has not to be destroyed, it has to be purified. Desire has not to be dropped, it has to be transformed. Your very being is desire; to be against it is to be against yourself and against all.” -Osho

You cannot drop desire simply because you are born because of your desire! RAHU is the very root cause of your birth – and so the focus should be on raising the quality of your desire.

The desire of having SEX is natural. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with it. BUT – with whom you want to have sex – when do you want to have sex is what decides the quality of your desire of having sex.

Sex with awareness – raises the quality of desire of having sex.

Sex with no awareness – degrades the quality of desire of having sex.

Nowadays people just go to parties and they don’t even think – but just jump in the bed with any woman or man – after the party is over! And then when miseries start flowing in their life – they come and ask “What is wrong with my life?”

Nothing is wrong with your life – only what is wrong is within you – your ignorance, your unawareness.

“The world is not a problem; the problem is your unawareness.” -Rajneesh

It is ONLY through AWARENESS that you can deal with the uneasiness of the mind.

Reminds me of a beautiful story – the story of Bodhidharma, the only man who was equivalent to Gautama Buddha. Bodhidharma was a Dravidian. He was born as a prince in the Sothern part of India. But like Gautama Buddha – he left his kingdom and attained the highest peak of enlightenment – he looked weird and his way was very rough – he was not at all soft like Gautama Buddha and yet there was nobody who could be of his caliber – other then Gautama Buddha himself!

“Bodhidharma speaks the essence of Buddha. He has his own style, his own way, even Buddha will find it strange. Because Buddha was soft, Bodhidharma was hard. Bodhidharma is not polished like a diamond. He is just from the mine, absolutely raw. There have been many buddhas in the world, but Bodhidharma stands out like Everest.” -Osho

Once Bodhidharma went to China, and the emperor of China went to see him. And the emperor said, “My mind is very uneasy, very disturbed. You are a great sage, and I have been waiting for you. Tell me what I should do to put my mind at peace.”

Bodhidharma said, “You don’t do anything. First you bring your mind to me.”

The emperor could not follow he said, “What do you mean?”

Bodhidharma said to the Emperor, “Come in the morning at four o’clock when nobody is there. Come alone, and remember to bring your mind with you.”

The emperor couldn’t sleep the whole night. Many times he cancelled the whole idea: “This man seems to be mad. What does he mean, ‘Come with your mind; don’t forget?’” The man was so enchanting, so charismatic that he couldn’t cancel the appointment. As if a magnet was pulling him, at four o’clock he jumped out of the bed and said, “Whatsoever happens, I must go. This man may have something; his eyes say that he has something. Looks a little crazy, but still I must go and see what can happen.”

So he reached, and Bodhidharma was standing with his big stick.

He said, “So you have come? Where is your mind? Have you brought it or not?”

The emperor said, “You talk nonsense. When I am here my mind is here, and it is not something which I can forget somewhere. It is in me.”

Bodhidharma said, “Okay. So the first thing is decided — that the mind is within you.”

The emperor said, “Okay, the mind is within me.”

Bodhidharma said, “Now close your eyes and find out where it is. And if you can find out where it is, immediately indicate to me. I will put it at peace.”

So the emperor closed his eyes, tried and tried, looked and looked. The more he looked, the more he became aware that there is no mind, mind is an activity. It is not something there so you can pinpoint it. But the moment he realized that it is not something, then the absurdity of his quest became exposed to himself. If it is not something, nothing can be done about it. If it is an activity, then don’t do the activity; that’s all. If it is like walking, don’t walk.

He opened his eyes. He bowed down to Bodhidharma and said, “There is no mind to be found.”

Bodhidharma said, “Then I have put it at peace. And whenever you feel that you are uneasy, just look within, where that uneasiness is.”

Look within. The Emperor went back happily. He specifically mentioned to his chief minister – that when I die – please inscribe on my graveyard – that I met a man who appeared weird and mad but there was absolutely nobody as GREAT as that man as PURE as that man and as WISE as that man and his name was BODHIDHARMA.

Everything is possible in this world – my fellows – what is necessary is to look within, what is necessary is to focus on your INNER GROWTH and what is necessary is to live your life by surrendering at the feet of the master!

But who wants to listen?

And so the miseries, the unending cycle of birth and rebirth, so many time you have had sex, so many times you have all that you had wished for – and yet many births you attained and then many births you lost – you see – this losing and gaining cycle continues – there is NO END to this cycle – until that day comes – until that moment comes – when someone like Jesus comes and says “FOLLOW ME” and you start following HIM – when someone like BUDDHA comes and says “Listen – just listen to my words and stop agreeing and disagreeing – because only then the words will penetrate into your being and only then the change can happen within you”.

The masters come, the master is always near you – fools are those who seek master in physical form – Judas was close to Jesus – but what happened? Just by being in physical presence of the master won’t change you – if that was true then Judas would not have sold Jesus for few silver coins. Then Judas would not have betrayed Jesus.

But Judas betrayed Jesus.

Being close to the master – being physically present in the presence of the master has absolutely no relevance. The real disciple is that who NEVER craves to see his GURU in physical form – because he is perfectly aware that GURU is beyond the physical form – he can BE HERE & NOW – all you need is intense longing – love – thirst and he comes – heals and leaves – you will not even come to know – that is the true essence of a great master – my fellows – it is beyond the power of expression – language has its own limitations. All you need is TRUST, FAITH and LOVE for the Lord – the master.

“All that is needed is an atmosphere of absolute trust and in that trust, things start happening on their own; neither does the disciple do them nor does the master. The disciple receives them. The master is the vehicle of the universal forces – just like a hollow bamboo that can become a flute. But the song is not of the hollow bamboo; the hollow bamboo can have the credit only of not destroying the song, of allowing it. The master is a medium of the universal consciousness.” – Osho

It is the Master who chooses his disciple. It is God who chooses Man. And once you are chosen – you will be tested – because only those are tested who are the future Buddhas!

Remember – this world had many Buddhas and this world will have many Buddhas in the future because BUDDHA is NOT a title. Buddha is a state of NO MIND – Buddha is a state of enlightenment – and so whoever attains the state – become the Buddha.

The first step towards Buddha is to start living your life with ACCEPTANCE.

A man who ACCEPTS all that LIFE provides with a sense of GRATITUDE becomes a BUDDHA.

Life gives opportunity to everyone – it is your efforts, your persistence and your unwavering faith that can lead you on the PATH – the BUDDHA PATH.

Always remember – you cannot walk the Path until you become the Path itself. 😊

Love to all my readers, and followers.

Stay blessed.

Jai Sri Ganesha. Jai Guru.

Rahu Mahadasha – What to do?

Written by:

RA is SUN. HU is the SHADOW. RA-HU is a state of being in which AWARENESS (SUN) is SHADOWED by INTENSE DESIRES that eventually cause IGNORANCE (RAHU). This IGNORANCE then leads to SELFISHNESS, SELFCENTEREDNESS leading to a man or woman who just crush all those who come between them and their DESIRES.

Too much self-centered attitude, you see, brings, you see, isolation. Result: loneliness, fear, anger. The extreme self-centered attitude is the source of suffering. – Dalai Lama

RAHU MAHADASHA becomes a period of HELL & SUFFERING when you become too much SELF-CENTERED. So the very first lesson that you should learn as soon as possible is:

TO BECOME LESS SELFISH.

Yesterday Mohan said “My girlfriend has started chanting the name of Rahu – every morning and every night she continues to chant the name of RAHU. She is a RAHU BHAKT”

Now in this world – there are all kind of bhakts (devotees). Devotees who worship GOD as well as devotees who worship the DEVIL. Whosoever you worship, always remember you imbibe the qualities of the deity that you worship! If you start worshipping RAHU as Mohan’s girlfriend is doing, you will start becoming more and more RAHUISH.

I said to Mohan “Looks like you have to get ready for another break-up.”

Mohan said “I love her…and she also loves me.”

But LOVE has no place in the kingdom of RAHU. ONLY LUST, GREED, POLITICS, MANIPULATIONS, CHEATING, BACKSTABBING has place in the kingdom of RAHU. And by reciting RAHU’s mantra – Mohan’s girlfriend had entered into the kingdom of RAHU – soon she was going to change – soon she was going to become more desirous – more sexual – more greedy – more restless and one day she was going to dump our Mohan – leaving him with absolutely no clue!

Mohan denied to accept this prediction – but he will when it will happen!

As soon as RAHU MAHADASHA begins – people start chanting the MANTRA of RAHU. It is like as soon as you enter the valleys of Kashmir you start chanting the name of Terrorist. What is going to happen? The terrorist will come and cause more damage to you than otherwise!

But who wants to listen?

As soon as you come to know that RAHU is the cause of your misery – you start wearing a GOMED, Garnet (Rahu’s gemstone). And you start wearing it without even using your common sense! So many men and women have made their life miserable by wearing GOMED gemstone. Wearing a GOMED gemstone is empowering RAHU in your chart. By empowering RAHU – you are inviting more troubles in your life.

WHO SHOULD WEAR RAHU’GEMSTONE – GOMED (GARNET)?

Only those who have absolutely NOTHING to do with SIRITUALITY. Only those whose whole purpose of life is to earn MONEY by whatever means they can. Only those POWER HUNGRY politicians who are willing to do anything under the sky to grab the seat of power. Only those who cut the throats of others without hesitating (Underworld criminals). So you see RAHU’s gemstone is for a specific CATEGORY of people – a CATEGORY which has absolutely NO MORALS, NO ETHICS, NO PRINCIPALS. Their whole purpose of life is to EAT, DRINK, SLEEP and have lot of SEX. That’s all. In Indian context – these kind of people fall in the category of ASURAs – interestingly RAHU also was an ASURA!

The most interesting part of such RAHUISH men and women is that they never miss to visit the temple or church or mosque! IN fact maximum crowd that you see in temples consists of RAHUISH men and women. Because one who truly loves GOD – he or she doesn’t have to visit any temple or church. Majority of people who visit temples are hypocrites. And in these group of hypocrites – a large chunk of people belong to this RAHU CATEGORY – in fact NEVER consider a person as a SAINT because he or she visits temple – you should remember that along with many good people – even the most worst corrupted RAHUISH people (looters, murderers, gamblers, cheaters) also visit temples!

NEVER judge a person based on how many times he or she visits a place of worship – because in a temple – all kind of people come to temple – from criminals and sycophants’ to SAINTS!

A real genuine person will NEVER go on any pilgrimage – because he is perfectly aware that GOD is always around him – so why should he on pilgrimage to find GOD? That makes no sense!

I laugh when I hear that the fish in the water is thirsty. I laugh when I hear that people go on pilgrimage to find God. – Kabir

You don’t need to go anywhere – you don’t need to go to the Himalayas to experience God. Because GOD is NOT on the OUTSIDE – GOD dwells in your heart.

Saint Kabir – one of the greatest Saint says “I felt in need of a great pilgrimage, so I sat still for three days and God came to me.”

My fellows it is possible. For an evolved soul – for a meditative soul – it is very much possible – through deep meditation – he is able to STILL the mind and to a MIND that is STILL – the whole universe is available – what to say about GOD!

Only when the mind is still, tranquil, not expecting or grasping or resisting a single thing, is it possible to see what is true. It is the truth that liberates, not your effort to be free. – Jiddu Krishnamurti

RAHU targets your MIND. RAHU ensures that your mind continues to waver – but it is only your willpower, your persistence, your efforts and your Guru’s blessings that enables you to STILL the wavering mind!

How to STILL the wavering mind?

By chanting the holy mantra.

Gemstones are tools that slowly bring change in your body – and if this change is positive (provided you select a suitable gemstone) then this positive change simply boosts your capability to perform better in whatsoever you do! Then be it meditation, be it in relationship, be it your career – but this is how the whole essence of the matter is!

After a few months Mohan came on a hot afternoon and said “You were right. Today we had a breakup, she left me. But I was okay because you had already warned me and so I was mentally prepared. But now I have come to you with a different question. I would want to know – who should wear RAHU’s gemstone and what to do when RAHU MAHADASHA begins?.”

With time – Mohan was evolving, and I was happy to see him mature as a person. Looking at Mohan I said “You first have a glass of lemon juice, then I will answer your question.”

After taking two sips of lemon juice, Mohan looked fresh. I said to Mohan “Now that you are fresh, I will answer…I will share with you that which nobody has shared so openly – till date.”

Rahu is worldly by nature. All that happens on the outside is what interests Rahu. And that is how RAHUISH men and women are – always focused on the outside, always focused on others, always comparing themselves with others and all of this lead to jealousy, greed, lust, and most important – IGNORANCE.

Wearing RAHU’s gemstone, or by chanting RAHU’s mantra – you become more and more RAHUISH. Look what happened with your ex-girlfriend! The RAHU energy grew within her and then she started cheating on you – you were not even aware that on your back she was dating a new guy until you finally came to know and this breakup happened!

RAHU GEMSTONE ideally is for RAHUISH men and women – in other words for worldly men and women who are behind fame, wealth, and power. Now in the count of 100 – almost 99% people are behind fame, money, power so does it mean that all RAHUISH men and women can wear GOMED – the gemstone GARNET?

The answer is NO. Only those RAHUISH men ad RAHUISH women can wear GOMED – whose RAHU is in the following NAKSHATRA, HOUSE:

1. SWATI NAKSHATRA (3rd, 6th, 2nd, 7th house – )

2. ARDRA (3rd, 6th, 2nd, 7th house)

3. SHATABHISHA (3rd, 6th, 2nd, 7th house)

Mohan asked “What gemstone to wear when RAHU MAHADASHA begins?”

I said “The answer to your question will vary from person to person. Because every person is unique. However one thing is certain – that one must NEVER wear a GOMED (Garnet – Rahu’s gemstone) during RAHU MAHADASHA.

“So what are the gemstone that can be used – if you could just give a general idea…..that would help.”

“Only five gemstones can be used during RAHU MAHADASHA – but which one out of the four suits an individual is totally based on his or her personal birth chart.”

“Which are those five gemstones that one can wear during RAHU MAHADASHA – I am now curious – can’t wait – please tell.”

“These five gemstones are Yellow Sapphire, Yellow Topaz, Sulemani Hakik (Onyx), Natural Pearl and Ruby gemstone.”

Mohan smiled – and said “Now could you explain – WHY these four gemstones are useful during RAHU MAHADASHA?”

“RAHU is the DARKNESS caused by IGNORANCE. From where does this IGNORANCE come? It comes from your intense DESIRES for pleasures, sex, money, power. It is natural that the more desirous you become – the more you stop caring about other’s feelings. You become more and more SELFISH. You indulge in low level karma – so all this can be prevented by wearing the beautiful highly expensive gemstone of Yellow Sapphire – the stone that brings awareness to your being – in Hindi (Indian context) we address it as VIVEK. As long as VIVEK is within your being – RAHU cannot cause harm to you or cannot push you into the deep valleys of pleasures.”

“And Yellow Topaz? How does it help?” Mohan asked.

“Yellow Topaz is a less expensive stone – a five carat Yellow Topaz can cost 5ooo rupees but a five carat Yellow Sapphire can cause close to 95000 rupees! So you see – everbody cannot afford Yellow Sapphire but everybody can afford Yellow Topaz and the Topaz is a beautiful effective gemstone that brings much optimism during the frustrating period of RAHU MAHADASHA. It is a stone that prevents you from indulging in suicidal thoughts – it is a stone that helps you to realize your value – it bossts your self-esteem which is necessary when going through the dark period of RAHU MAHADASHA. Many times people earn loads of money during RAHU MAHADASHA – even FAME to some extent – but whenever human being attains the peak of his or her career then there is a very strong possibility that such a person may fall from grace – because in the illusion of I AM SOMEBODY – the person commits many sins which later come to haunt him. And if RAHU MAHADASHA is going on – and the person is at the peak of his career then he should be very cautious because RAHU can drive him crazy – make him blind meaning ignorant – and so such stones become a great asset and should be wore without any doubt.”

Mohan stood and suddenly gave me a warm hug. His eyes became wet and he said “How to thank you – you explain everything so beautifully – you are a master.”

I said “I am NOT the master – the master is speaking through me. Now sit down my fellow.”

Mohan said “And what about Black Onyx (Sulemani Hakik)?”

“Mohan in this human world – there is more hatred, more jealousy, more anger – and people go on casting black magic spells on each other. This is a messy world my fellow – and when one is running through RAHU MAHADASHA – then definitely the effect of black magic is more seen – because for black magic to materialize – RAHU DASHA is the best time – and so whosoever have cast black magic – his or spell start working on the target victim – when the victim is running through RAHU MAHADASHA. And so to safeguard people from becoming a victim of black magic especially those who are going through RAHU MAHADASHA – this miraculous stone of heavens – BLACK ONYX (Sulemani Hakik) is of great help my fellow. So based on the native’s horoscope – and the intensity of black magic spell cast on him or her – this stone weight is suggested. But for that a proper study of the horoscope is necessary.”

“And what about Ruby gemstone? Why to wear Ruby during Rahu Mahadasha?”

Mohan – your question reminds me of a story. Ruby is SUN. And SUN is very lovable. SUN is the LIGHT of CONSCIOUSNESS. RAHU is the DARKNESS. God made the world, and from that very day the sun went running after darkness. And darkness could not understand: it has not harmed the sun, it has not even talked with the sun, it has not even met the sun, yet the sun is continuously harassing her.

After millions of years of harassment, she finally got tired and went to God and said, “It is ungrateful to complain, but there is a limit to everything. I have been harassed for millions of years, and I cannot conceive of any fault on my part. The sun goes on expelling me from everywhere. It is even difficult to take a rest without anxiety — the sun may be coming, the sunrise may be close. I have not slept for millions of years — the anguish would not allow it. The sun has been almost a continuous torture, and without any reason. I simply want to know: what have I done wrong?”

God said, “You should have come earlier. There was no need to wait so long. This is very ungentlemanly on the part of the sun. The sun should be called immediately.”

The sun was called. He asked the messenger, “What is the problem? — because I have never done anything wrong. I simply go on doing the same routine every day. Since God made me, I have not done anything else.”

But the messenger said, “God is very angry. You have been hurting, harassing a poor woman — darkness.”

He said, “My God, I have never heard of her. I have never met her. I am not interested in women at all — I am a born celibate. I am coming, I want to see who this woman is.”

And as the sun came to the house of God, darkness disappeared.

God said, “Where has that woman gone?” They searched everywhere; darkness was not found.

Millions of years passed again, and one day the woman appeared and she said, “You have not done anything; it is still continuing, the same torture.”

God said, “You are strange. When the sun was here, where did you go?”

She said, “You are behaving like a simpleton. If the sun is here, I cannot be here; if I am here, the sun cannot be here. We cannot stand each other. You will have to hear our story separately and then decide.”

God said, “That is not my way. You both have to be present here so I can be certain that nobody is lying.”

The woman said, “Then it is better I take my complaint back.”

Since then, the woman has not appeared again. Once in a while the sun comes to inquire, “What happened to the woman — because I want to clear it up, it has become a worry on my head that somebody is being hurt by me, perhaps unknowingly.”

God said, “You need not be worried. The problem is such that it cannot be solved. I cannot give any decision unless you are both present in my court together and I have listened to both sides in the presence of each other. But by the very nature of things, you cannot both be present. That woman is your absence. So of course you cannot be present and absent simultaneously. Drop your worry. You are doing perfectly fine, and that woman is not going to report against you again. The file in your case is closed.”

And that is the whole essence my fellow – when SUN is PRESENT – the DARKNESS (the woman) RAHU cannot be present! And so when you wear RUBY and worship the SUN GOD – then RAHU cannot harm you during RAHU MAHADASHA – that is how RUBY is a gemstone of great significance but to come to a conclusion, the horoscope should be observed closely – remember JUDGING is UGLY. OBSERVATION is beautiful.

Observation without evaluation is the sign of real intelligence. – Jiddu Krishnamurthy

Mohan asked “And why Real Pearl? How can it help during Rahu Mahadasha?”

“Real Pearl is very expensive but it is worth it. During Rahu Mahadasha certain individuals go through many frustrations and depressions. When depression comes? When frustration comes? When you start expecting more. This state of being depressed impacts the MIND and the MIND starts sinking downwards – to prevent this sinking – the support of MOTI – REAL PEARL is required. When MIND is strong – you can face the most difficult situations of life with ease! And remember RAHU is the NORTH NODE of the MOON (Mind) and so it is necessary that the MOON (MIND) remains strong while you sail through the many shocks and upheavals that RAHU MAHADASAHA brings along.”

Mohan again gave me a warm hug and thanked me. I said “It is time for you to go back home. Your sister must be waiting for you and I know she loves you a lot. She will not have her dinner until she finds you back on her dinning table. So go my fellow and remember to come back whenever you have time – my doors are always open for you.”

With tears of joy, Mohan left. But you all must remember that along with wearing gemstones – you also should chant specific mantras during RAHU MAHADASHA. What are those mantras?

Here they are and they are very simple – because simple is what GOD loves. Because God is also SIMPLE. LOVE is also SIMPLE. And TRUTH is also SIMPLE.

  1. Aum Gam Ganapataye Namaha
  2. Aum Namaha Shivaya
  3. Aum Ram Krishna Hari
  4. Sri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram
  5. Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevay Namah
  6. Ram Krishna Hari

My fellows – and I say it to all my close followers and readers – by reciting anyone of the above mantras – consistently for 20 minutes morning and evening using a Japa Mala (preferably -use Sphatik Mala(quartz) – you can slowly slowly overcome the many issues that RAHU MAHADASHA creates.

But who wants to listen? People want all kind of fancy solutions – they forget the fact that the most effective solutions are not fancy and complex but utterly SIMPLE – very SIMPLE!

Along with the suggested five gemstones that can help you overcome the RAHU MAHADASHA period – there are also certain semi-precious gemstones that can help:

  • Opal (black/blue/white)
  • Aquamarine
  • Moonstone
  • Peridot
  • Green Aventurine
  • Green Jade

The reason these above six semi precious affordable gemstones can help you during RAHU MAHADASAHA is because these all are healing gemstones that can cool your body down and improve your spirit and help you keep going!

During RAHU MAHADASHA always follow a simple diet:

  1. Eat veg or non-veg but ensure that it is not spicy. If possible eat the way the westerners eat – without applying any MASALA!
  2. Avoid eating outside street food. Rahu loves street food – whenever you meet a person who loves to eat street food – he or she is a RAHUISH. RAHU never is worried about hygiene – all he wants is good taste – he forgets the fact that good tasty food can cause food poisoning – just the way a good looking woman can cause much pain – that you later realize that you just fell for the looks and forget to check if the woman is ‘hygienic’! RAHU always makes you fall for appearances – and appearances are always misleading – beware not to fall for looks and words – instead focus on finding what lies BENEATH!
  3. RAHU or SHANI – one who worships LORD HANUMAN – always is saved from the tight clutches of RAHU! Always remember there are only two clutches that you all should beware of – Clutches of RAHU and Clutches of GIRLFRIEND. Both can become toxic – and both are always demanding – very demanding! 🙂

Always remember true love is never demanding. True love never demands perfection. Never.

Even if they can find a lover they demand perfection, and the love is destroyed because of that demand. – Osho

It happens – that you may fall in love with someone. That is fine. To LOVE someone is NOT a crime. But the crime happens when you start expecting that the other person also LOVE YOU BACK! Always remember my fellows – you have the right to LOVE – but you don’t have the right to DEMAND anything!

You have No Right to Demand anything from anybody. If Somebody Loves you, be Thankful, but Don’t Demand anything – because the other has No Obligation To Love You.  – Osho

When you love – you simply love! Then it doesn’t matter if the other person loves you back – what matters is that YOU ARE IN LOVE! And love in itself is such a beautiful heavenly feeling – that love is enough unto itself! It is only LOVE that can HEAL you – my fellows – it is only LOVE.

Love is the most healing force in the world; nothing goes deeper than Love. It heals not only the Body, not only the Mind, but also the Soul. – Osho

Love to all my readers and followers. Remember to meditate every day – and when you meditate – meditate by reciting the mantra – a mantra should be soothing – only then it can help you and those who come in contact with YOU!

Always remember – LOVE is the BRIDGE between YOU and everything. So always walk on the PATH OF LOVE – for that is the chosen path of BUDDHA, KRISHNA, MAHAVIRA, JESUS – the PATH OF LOVE – BHAKTI MARGA (devotional path).

What is devotion? Devotion is unconditional love overflowing – then it doesn’t matter who is present – it will continue to flow – to tables, to chairs, to everything it comes in contact with! It has great transformative healing power – and only those can experience it – who have become the followers of their heart – because GOD dwells in your heart – and the heart is always right – always!

Listen to the voice that speaks without uttering a single words – for that voice is your guide – that voice is your GOD – that voice is the light of your consciousness.

Breath. And love. What else is there to this journey called life! And when you are on the greatest journey of life – never care about destinations. Shallow people always think about results and destinations – you are NOT shallow – you have to rise – you have to be like Arjuna – you have to listen to the words of Madhav – Madhav says “Arjuna – don’t worry about results – just shoot – just follow my words and you will be alright”

And so will you be all – alright. All you have to do is to follow Madhav, follow the master – and you will be able to follow the master only when you SURRENDER at HIS feet – only then the wheels of your life will start moving on the right direction and then they will never stop – the journey will continue….

The journey never stops, life never stops – because you exist in time but you belong to the eternity.

Jai Shri Ganesha. Jai Guru. 🙏

Rahu in 4th House Effects

Written by:

Buddha says “You only lose what you cling to.”

This nature of CLINGING – is of RAHU. When RAHU in 4th house – the person is TOO OBSESSED with his or her HOME. Such a person is a ‘Mommy’s boy’ or ‘Mommy’s Girl’.

It is okay to be a mommy’s boy or mommy’s girl – but when RAHU is placed in the 4th – the person is too much obsessed with his or her mother.

A man with a 4th house RAHU is a great CHALLENGE for the wife.

A woman with a 4th house RAHU is a HEADACHE for the husand.

Why? Because such a man or woman with 4th House Rahu – are so much obsessed with their MOTHER – that they simply CANNOT tolerate anything said against their mother!

And then the ‘friction’ – the ‘fight’ is obvious – while the mother remains unmoved! It is a strange phenomena that the mother is also like the child – meaning she is also obsessive of her son or daughter! And so then the wife or the husband simply ‘SUFFER’ at the hands of such a person who has RAHU in 4th house!

Generally Men are attracted towards the woman’s breast – it is a natural phenomena studied and observed by many scientists across the world. But to a man who has RAHU in 4th – the attraction is a bit more than others. Rahu in 4th brings lustful tendencies – such men are in the tight grip of LUST and so it becomes very easy for any attractive woman to TRAP them and exploit them and then begins their story of many miseries and agonies.

4th house is the house of happiness – material happiness. Interestingly RAHU in 4th house men and women are so much fired up to SEEK happiness in their life BUT in reality they NEVER are found to be HAPPY – because – the ‘WANT MORE’ tendency instilled in them never brings any satisfaction – never.

4th house RAHU also brings too many DISTRACTIONS in life – the person is so much ‘haunted’ with illusions and fantasies that his or her ‘meeting’ with the REALITY of the life never happens.

4th house RAHU is equivalent to RAHU MOON conjunction! And guess – what if RAHU MOON is placed in the 4th house – then you have got a TOTAL RAHUISH man or woman who does well in the field of media industry – the newspaper – the film industry – the modelling – the politics.

RAHU is a good politician. You all remember – how RAHU ‘too appearance of the DEVTAS and drank the immortal nectar’ – the quality to APPEAR what it in reality he or she is NOT – is good when RAHU in 4th house!

Understand the fact that the 4th house is DIRECTLY connected to your EMOTIONS – and so here when RAHU in 4th house – the man or the woman – is TOO EMOTIONAL by nature.

And emotional person is always RULED by the MIND – and so often these people drag themselves into emotional situations that in turn makes them feel more tensed – more disturbed.

Astrologers make a lot of noise – when they find a woman with MARS in the 4th house – they instantly label her as MANGALIK – but I would say that is less damaging than a woman who has RAHU in 4th house!

How do you do in your marriage?

Understand the fact that the 4th house is 10th from the Seventh house of Marriage! So just the way you see your ‘career growth and happiness’ from the 10th house of your chart – similarly the ‘ growth in your marital relations and your overall happiness’ is seen from the 4th house of your chart! Now a man or woman who has RAHU in 4th house – is desirous of having plenty of marriage – marital happiness in his or her life – BUT – in reality they never are happy in their marriages!

If by any chance – the seventh house lord is placed in the 6th or 12th house – along with RAHU in 4th house – or if there is MARS or SATURN in the 7th house with RAHU in 4th house – then ‘MARRIAGE’ goes for a toss!

RAHU 4 – WANTS MORE AND MORE HAPPINESS from marriage life.

RAHU 7 – WANTS MORE AND MORE SEXUAL PLEASURES from marriage partner.

Understand the difference – remember the difference.

Whenever RAHU is placed in the FIRST house, FOURTH house, SEVENTH house or TENTH house – you must know that you are dealing with an utterly RAHUISH person!

RAHU IN 7th house person – is HUNGRY for sexual union, sexual pleasures.

RAHU MOON in the 7th house person – ATTRACTS attention from the opposite sex – no matter what they do – the opposite sex is always attracted towards them! A woman with RAHU MOON in the 7th house – often ends up with multiple sexual unions and so does a man with RAHU MOON in the 7th house.

RAHU MOON in the 4th house – is an emotional fool person. He is LOUD, he is IMPULSIVE and is prone to getting angry on small matters too!

RAHU in 4th house is a CURSE. This CURSE targets the person’s material happiness. It also creates issues during the last stage of life – such a person (GENERALLY) dies accidentally – in a sudden manner.

Many men and women who dies of HEART ATTACK – have RAHU in 4th house – or RAHU MOON in the fourth house or MARS with RAHU in fourth house.

But the most UNHOLIEST – the most DIRTY conjunction is RAHU SHANI in the 4th house.

Such a person’s mother and siblings are not of good character. Unless there is any positive aspect to this conjunction – the native remains a puppet in the hands of his or her mother – siblings and basically the whole BALANCE of life (horoscope) is disturbed when RAHU SHANI is placed in the 4th house.

RAHU SHANI – the ONLY conjunction that I personally don’t like – the only one that is the most unholy of all.

RAHU MERCURY, RAHU MOON, RAHU SUN, RAHU MARS, RAHU SHANI – these all conjunctions are simply a sign that something has NOT gone well in the past life and the person has committed some of the most unholy KARMA in his or her past life.

The only better – or somewhat safe conjunction with RAHU is – RAHU VENUS conjunction – this too if there are other planets (MAHA-RATHIs) who have an upper hand in the horoscope.

KETU in the 4th house – simply denies happiness from marriage or mother.

RAHU in 4th house – simply makes you too much obsessive towards wanting more and more happiness in life.

One has to understand that why the DESIRE like this comes at first place? Why Rahu comes in the 4th house?

In the past life – you never had any happiness from marriage – so this life you have arrived to seek – to want – to desire happiness from marriage – from mother.

That is fine – but the larger question is whether you have the necessary KARMA BALANCE – the necessary PUNYA – GOOD DEEDS of the past life with you to fulfill your this desire?

If you have – then you will gain happiness from marriage – from mother but the bottom-line is that in-spite of getting happiness – you remain unhappy – because RAHU always remains unsatisfied no matter how much you give HIM – he remains unsatisfied – the nature of RAHU is to remain unsatisfied!

It is difficult to deal with MEN and WOMEN having RAHU in 4th house. I cannot TRUST them – they APPEAR to be somebody and in reality they are something else! And that is indeed the cause of the many miseries that they face in life.

RAHU 4 People think of doing Algebra, but then they feel to do Geometry – but eventually they end up doing Chemistry! – if this is how you live your life – if there is absolutely NO HARMONY – NO ALIGNMENT in what you THINK – what you FEEL and what you DO – then there is going to be no chance to experience the truth – no chance to experience happiness.

RAHU 4 are generally not the folks who will WALK THE TALK. They will TALK a lot but when it comes to walking – they do an exact U turn!

Remember – 90% of RELATIONSHIPS break because of EGO – it is shocking reality that if you are unaware of – then it will be good to beware of your EGO.

“RELATIONSHIP CANNOT HAPPEN BEFORE THE EGOS ARE GONE. “ – OSHO

RAHU 4 is a highly EGOIST person. Emotions feed your EGO. Rahu 4 is an emotional person – gets quickly offended – EGO is too much – such men are quarrelsome and often goes through multiple relationship breakups – and the most common thread to all his break-ups is the BIG FAT EGO.

RAHU 4 is ARIES – is too blunt and aggressive by nature.

RAHU 4 in TAURUS – too much attracted to wealth creation – money making – also has strong indulgence in pleasure seeking activities.

RAHU 4 in Gemini – too much of a shallow person – though good in communications and generally lives a life of luxuries – outside marriage affairs (extramarital affairs) are generally found with this position.

Rahu 4 Cancer – Very emotional – very sensitive and very revengeful person. In general RAHU 4 – no matter which sign it is placed in – gives revengeful tendencies.

RAHU 4 Leo – A very jealous person – often is good at faking things and is not at all a trustworthy person. A woman with this position – in general is good at cheating. Extra marital affairs are common for such beings.

RAHU 4 Virgo – Too analytical women and men – they are a pain in the neck – because they just like to go on and on and on – they are too much in the head and so it becomes difficult to help them. They often end up distorting the meaning of the words that you spoke – leading to many misunderstanding and mishaps. Not a good position – if your girlfriend has this placement – beware!

Rahu 4 Libra – A good position – at least far better than the all previous six signs. I would rather invite a man or woman with RAHU 4 in Libra Sign for a tea party than those with above signs placement.

RAHU Scorpio – Again not a good sign for RAHU. Here RAHU is very uncomfortable and creates many miseries in life.

RAHU SAGGITARIUS – It is like a ‘DRUNKARD’ in a ‘TEMPLE’! You can imagine what is going to happen – the 4th house SAGGITARIUS SIGN (TEMPLE) gets affected badly – happines is at stake with this placement.

RAHU CAPRICORN – A ‘thief’ in the ‘COURT OF JUSTICE’ – where discipline is above all. Rahu in Capricorn sign brings forth the disciplined life -the person is TOO MUCH obsessed with FORMALITIES of LIFE. Moves around like an officer. Is exactly opposite to the idea of living your life by being yourself! A man who loves to live bu being himself – who is an INDIVIDUAL – who values HIS INDIVIDUALITY will feel SUFFOCATED if he comes across a man with RAHU 4 in Capricorn. Such a man is a bad boss – makes the life of his employees – a pure HELL.

RAHU AQUARIUS – YES – this is HOME to RAHU. Here RAHU in comfortable and so of all the RAHU 4 positions – RAHU in LIBRA and RAHU in AQUARIUS and RAHU in GEMINI are the overall BETTER positions than others.

Many of you who have been following me – may have learned so far that I simply don’t like AQUARIUS WOMAN or MAN. And the reason is simple – this sign of AQUARIUS is just TOO MUCH. And RAHU is TOO MUCH. Many poor husbands suffer at the hand of their wife who is of Aquarius sign or Aquarius Ascendant. Now before you all jump – first let me clarify that – a KNIFE is NOT BAD. AQUARIUS is NOT BAD – but if the KNIFE is put on BUTTER – what will happen? That is what happens when an AQUARIUS WOMAN connects with a MAN who is NOT AQUARIUS but a CANCER! He is like the soft butter – then he suffers at the hands of the AQUARIUS woman! And so generally AQUARIUS WOMAN need a man who is also like the KNIFE. AQUARIUS and CAPRICORN do well. AQUARIUS and GEMINI do well. AQUARIUS and LIBRA do well. AQUARIUS and VIRGO do well – both are intellectual by nature.

The only signs that should stay away from AQUARIUS is CANCER, SCORPIO, PISCES. The watery signs are emotional and sensitive while AQUARIUS is insensitive and rough and blunt.

RAHU PISCES – here the situation is such that a ‘thief’ in a kindergarten school! RAHU feels uncomfortable – here RAHU creates more confusions in life than otherwise.

RAHU 4 as I have mentioned in many of answers – is a perfect position to become a victim of BLACK MAGIC – but only if RAHU is alone. In case RAHU is with SHANI – then this person is not just a victim of black magic but also does black magic on others – by hiring black magicians!

If RAHU is alone – then the case of black magic is limited to being a VICTIM.

But the moment RAHU gets a companion in form of SHANI or MARS – then the same person becomes ACTIVE in seeking a black magician so that he can CAST black magic on those men and women who he disliked or feel JEALOUS or wants a REVENGE.

MAXIMUM cases of BLACK MAGIC are out of REVENGE, out of JEALOUSY, out of ANGER, and if the matter is related to SEX – then out of LUST.

Many men with RAHU 4 (Provided they have other weak placements – evil placements) – use black magic to attract the WOMAN of their interest. And the woman doesn’t understand that why all of sudden she is getting attracted towards that man whom she never liked at first place!

Many such things happen almost all around the world – such ACT OF BLACK MAGIC to attract a woman – or – man – is called VASHIKARAN KRIYA.

People use BLACK MAGIC to manipulate matters of their life. For example a man wants a specific woman – he just wants her – he is mad for her – but she is not willing to. Then such a man goes to a black magician – asks him to cast a SPELL so that woman comes in his trap. People do all kind of such manipulations – and then they later SUFFER.

“It is very difficult to know exactly what good should come out of a particular situation. To attempt to manipulate circumstances so that your idea of good can come about is to – Let The Ego Play God – and that as you know, can and does backfire.” – Neem Karoli Baba

Whenever RAHU is in the KENDRA (1, 4, 7, 10) the tendency to MANIPULATE things – using all possible ways – exists within the native.

Enough for today.

Jai Shri Ganesha. Jai Guru.
