Technique is of the MIND. As long as MIND remains – MEDITATION cannot happen in the true sense!

There is NO TECHNIQUE – to meditate. Meditation happens when you RELAX.

In your mind – when you are thinking about ‘relations’ – about ‘money’ – about your ‘work’ – about ‘sex’ – about ‘enmity’ – about ‘revenge’ – as long as the ABOUT LIST remains – you cannot remain unoccupied – and as long as you cannot remain unoccupied – you cannot relax. And as long as you cannot relax – you CANNOT meditate!

Relax. Don’t Rush. The ‘Mind’ is always in rush – you are NOT the Mind. Just relax. What is yours – will remain with you – nobody can steal it from you. Change is constant. Except change – everything else changes. You remain open to change – relax and now meditate. Listen to this meditation music while you meditate.
